I cancelled my consultation after Adam's conduct displayed a major lack in professional ethics and client security. I value home security and discretion--something a security company should instinctively understand. Instead, Adam showed up an hour early unannounced while I wasn't home and decided to "flag" my house by leaving a giant 8x11 red and white flyer right on my front door. As a veteran with multiple visible security cameras and an Air Force flag, and a steel security door, it should be obvious that I value discretion and OPSEC (Operational Security). By leaving that flyer, this guy essentially put up a neon billboard for the entire street, advertising my intentions to fortify my home. Most importantly, I have a notoriously nosy next door neighbor whose teen is constantly watching my house; this representative basically handed them a flyer detailing my private security concerns. This creates a security vulnerability rather than solving one! Advertising a homeowner's vulnerabilities to their neighbors while they aren't home is the opposite of providing a "security" service. If you want a company that respects your privacy and understands that security is about more than just selling a product, AVOID THESE GUYS! Challenge 1: Quote requested and scheduled yet they kept texting to try to schedule even though I had an appointment scheduled. Mismanagement? System issues? Challenge 2: They texted the night before to confirm the appointment (good), but no one showed up! Waited 15 minutes before I texted the number that confirmed my appointment since I hadn't heard anything. It was going to be another 45 minutes! It would be an additional 30-45 minute discussion once they got there. That would have been my whole morning! I drove to the other side of town for this appointment. No courtesy call. Had an estimate done for my whole house after a few days I had noticed a window was missing from the estimate. Of course the price of the estimate went up considerably.
