Mr. Garcia's quote was a fraction of the one I'd previously received. The windows would be just as nice and of similar quality, i.e. dual pane/LoE. Emergency board-up service on a Sunday night !!!?…read more These guys did it....fast. They quoted a flat price over the phone that was reasonable, (we texted him a photo). About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

Dwane came out to install glass that was under warranty with Milgard. The glass was the wrong size…read moreand had to be reordered. No fault of Dwane's. the problem was that when the reordered glass was in Sunny State wound make an appointment and at the last minute would call and say they couldn't make it out and had to reschedule. They did this twice. Very annoying when I changed my Schedule to meet him. Then they backed out and told me to find someone else to install and they would drop the glass back to the store (window depo). NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
