    Love our iron door!
    Melissa D.

Iron Doors Arizona have the best selection of doors and the quality is excellent. The best aspect of this business is the people that work there from sales to the stellar installers. They are very supportive and appreciate the support they have from the owner of this business. They only hire the best and we greatly benefited with our iron door.

Customer Service: Worked with their rep John to figure out exactly what we wanted. John was easy to work with! He came to our house to get all the necessary measurements and was extremely pleasant to be around. Their installation team was awesome as well! Jesus and Juan were very efficient and did a fantastic job with the install. The were very mindful of our space and tool all the necessary precautions to ensure that other areas of our home weren't impacted by their work. Timeline: We approved the CAD Drawing 10/1/24 and the door was installed 4/4/25, which put us at almost exactly 6 months from the point of purchase. That was pretty tough but we also felt really good about the pricing we received. We had looked at other options... if you wanted a door immediately you weren't going to get what you wanted and you were likely paying more. Price: SUPER fair when comparing it against other vendors we had talked to. Finally, there is still some minor patch work to get done with the drywall and stucco but we already have their team scheduled to come out and wrap things up. The door looks amazing!

We had our front door replaced with an iron door. Jesus Antonio Acosta and Victor Pena. They arrived as scheduled, and let me know the processes and how to make adjustments to my door with the opening and closure and how toolen the glass to let air through the heavy screen protection. They cleaned up the area and painted the new trim. Love how it works and looks. Fantastic.

    Before

Ok paid a lot, $9,000, took a long time from contract to install almost 6 months! HOWEVER very pleased with the final results, AND THE INSTALL TEAM, THREE DAYS, 100% PLEASURE. All three teams showed up exactly when scheduled, very considerate, conscientious and cleaned up. 5 stars for sure!

A neighbor had an Iron door (Instead of a steel security door like we had) with an insert that opened for air circulation on nice days that we admired. So when it came time for us to build a house, we of course decided to get one for our front door. We did our research and ended up at Iron Doors Arizona. We were impressed with the selection, and they would work with our builder and had good pricing. We ended up not only getting one for our front door, but decided to put one in for our back door, which gets a lot of use taking the dog out. Not only were we very Happy with our doors, but down the road one of the doors became a little difficult to open when it got cold (they are ALL metal and temperature affects them). I called and they sent out Service to adjust the door. Highly recommend you check them if you ever decide to look at these doors that combine great looks with security and functionality!

Big thanks to Iron Doors Arizona! From start to install, super seamless, easy process. The service we received was unmatched. I never felt pressured and bought extremely high quality doors at a competitive price. None of that matters though if the doors aren't installed right. That said, I can't say enough positives about our installers, Jesus and Victor. The doors are just perfectly installed, everything was cleaned up completely and they were just nice. Awesome service. Strongly recommend.

Dust Curtain to Protect our Home!

At this point, I couldn't be happier. I had seen two iron doors in the neighborhood, one installed by this company and one installed by another. After seeing the work that Iron Doors Arizona had done, we were in! We ordered our door in May and was told that it wouldn't be ready for install until later in the year. We were contacted in December and told that our install would be in mid-January. It was a long wait but we understood that going in. The crew showed up bright and early and had the main install done my mid-afternoon. We were concerned about all of the dust, but I must say that I was impressed by the dust curtain they built up around the door. The house remained clean and when the curtain came down, the door was gorgeous! Those guys did a perfect job installing and cleaned up very well before leaving. We had to pay in full after the door install and were told that we would be called to schedule the sheetrock and stucco repairs. I thought, oh boy, they have no incentive to come back now! Well, we were called first thing Monday and were told the stucco guy would be out the next day. Wow! I had been concerned about the stucco repair because the home that had a door installed by the other company had stucco touch up around a square window that was removed, just as mine did, but the square cutout was still apparent on the other home. The stucco guy that Iron Doors Arizona sent was really good. Rather than touching up around the removed window, he went all the way up to the eave. His work looks great, and no sign of the removed window! The next day the sheetrock guys came out. Again, their skip-trowel texture was perfect. Just like the stucco work, you can't tell where the wall was repaired. Several days later, the paint guys were out. I had to purchase the touch up paint, but again, the work was very nice indeed! There was a little mark on the door caused by a drill bit and the paint guy touched that up perfectly as well. Black base, dusted with copper powder and the clear coated. Very nice... That was it. In about a week, the door was installed, stucco and sheetrock repaired and the area repainted to match. I thought the install was well coordinated and painless! The door changed the appearance of our home inside and out. I can't imagine a single upgrade adding more to the appearance of our home. We love it! And as an added bonus, the glass inserts open up and the screens are removable. We had several companies that we were considering, but I am sure happy that we made the decision to go with Iron Doors Arizona!

Just replaced an existing, rather ugly, 33 year old door with this beauty. Have to say, this company was excellent to deal with. Chad, the salesperson was on time, straight-forward, knew his product well, and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Scheduling was prompt and accurate. Miguel and David, the installers were right on time, truly professional and did an excellent and thorough job. The product itself is outstanding. Truly beautiful, sturdy and well crafted - at a reasonable price. Will gladly recommend to friends and neighbors.

We absolutely love our front door! The quality of the door is exceptional! I cannot say enough about our sales person Bill. He was always so responsive when we had questions. Because of the pandemic the wait was long eight months. We totally understood! But so worth it. We would make this decision all over again.

***100% 5 STARS*** I am so IMPRESSED. From start to finish this company has been so organized and communicative. Each phase of installation has experts from widening the doors, installing the door, drywall and stucco refinishing to the final phase of painting and baseboards. We interviewed and got estimates from several other companies and finally decided on Iron Doors AZ. Because it was a custom order, it took about 6mo for the door to be completed. Once they had it done, the installation was seamless. I would highly recommend them (and already have!).

Had the door for 2 years and am really appalled at the quality of the door! The paint keeps wearing off and now the rollers are not working! Called the company to talk to the owner who had personally convinced us to go with his company after we had cancelled the order due to a long delay of the original order! If I had known about the quality issues we would never have gone with the company ! Spoke to the Customer service rep and asked for a call back from Steve the owner, she replied that he would NOT call us back since this was a complaint! Basically their follow up is awful

We couldn't be happier with our new front door and the excellent service we received from Iron Doors in Phoenix. We had a terrible experience ordering a door from another company. We waited a year and still hadn't received our door. We were wary of trying again with another door company, but we wanted a beautiful entrance door to our home, so we gave Iron Door a try. It was very hot and we had to bring our two big dogs. The people at Iron Doors invited them in too and provided water for them while we worked with Steve. We chose a custom door and was told it would be about six months, and six months later, they were installing our new door. It takes two trips to finish everything and the men who came (different ones each trip) were wonderful and even cleaned up our front patio as they cleaned up their leavings. All the men were kind, friendly, had great work ethics, were punctual, and asked if we were happy with their work before they left. I can't say enough good things about the experience we had with Iron Doors of Arizona. If you want a beautiful, well made door, give them a call today!!

We recently had our door changed out by a beautiful door at Iron Doors Arizona. The warehouse has a lot of samples to choose from in addition to an on line catalog. They are not made on-site or even in US but they were upfront in disclosing the information. You can buy off the sales floor for a discount and with quicker installation or have custom made. The installers were the great, they showed up on time, tapped off so dust didn't go everywhere, were friendly and provided great customer service advice about the lock situation on the door. I didn't want multiple keys for my house they were kind to remove the old lock from old door and install on new one which was a perfect match. I would recommend in future if your looking to upgrade your door, well worth the investment.

Extremely disappointing experience with K&J Windows. I would not recommend this company…read more Our sales representative was great, but almost everything after the sale was a completely different experience. Our Milgard windows arrived at K&J's warehouse on time, yet the owner and office continued telling us they had not arrived. I eventually confirmed through one of their installers that the windows were already there. Only after I called K&J and told them I knew they had been delivered did the story change. I was then told installation would be more than another month away. Before ordering, K&J sent out the installer the owner described as their "best installer" because our job was complicated. He inspected everything beforehand to confirm measurements, window types, and installation requirements. After our windows arrived, we learned the installers we had been working with were no longer working with K&J. We were told K&J had a major installation backlog and had hired another crew. That crew subsequently stopped working with them as well. The delays and misinformation we had been receiving suddenly made much more sense. Things became worse when I met the owner. He was extremely rude and dismissive toward my wife. While walking the project with another installer, he repeatedly interrupted everyone and told them to stop talking and listen to him because he knew what he was doing. He then announced that ALL of our windows were wrong, blamed the installers who had left, and said K&J could no longer complete our job and would have to refund us. At this point, WE HAD ALREADY WAITED OVER SIX MONTHS. With the owner standing there, I asked the installer directly if the windows were actually wrong. He disagreed with the owner and explained why they could be installed correctly. At that point, I completely lost confidence in K&J and chose to have the original installers complete the job independently--the same installers the owner and sales representative had previously praised as their best people. I also learned K&J sells the windows but uses subcontractors for installation. Anyone considering them should get clear answers IN WRITING about exactly who will install your windows and who is responsible for installation workmanship, repairs, and warranty issues. The final straw came when we picked up our windows from their warehouse. The owner, his son, and other employees were there. Their behavior toward both me and the installers was rude, confrontational, aggressive, and incredibly unprofessional. Comments made during that interaction also reinforced my belief that customers were being told their windows had not arrived when the actual problem was K&J's installation backlog. The Milgard windows themselves were never the problem. They arrived as expected, and our initial sales experience was good. The problems were K&J's communication, scheduling, management, treatment of customers and installers, and the owner's handling of our project. What was even more concerning was what happened when we started sharing our experience with friends, family, and others in our neighborhood. Multiple people told us they had the SAME OR VERY SIMILAR experiences with K&J. Some actually told us they wished they had known we were considering K&J beforehand because they would have warned us not to use them. I really wish we had talked to them first. After more than SIX MONTHS of waiting, contradictory information, multiple installation crews leaving, being told our windows weren't there when they were, and ultimately being told K&J couldn't complete the job, we had enough. I have dealt with many contractors and businesses over the years and have rarely experienced leadership and customer service this poor. Based on our experience--and after hearing remarkably similar stories from people we personally know--I would absolutely NOT use K&J Windows again or recommend them to friends, family, or neighbors.

It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves.
