At this point, I couldn't be happier. I had seen two iron doors in the neighborhood, one installed by this company and one installed by another. After seeing the work that Iron Doors Arizona had done, we were in! We ordered our door in May and was told that it wouldn't be ready for install until later in the year. We were contacted in December and told that our install would be in mid-January. It was a long wait but we understood that going in. The crew showed up bright and early and had the main install done my mid-afternoon. We were concerned about all of the dust, but I must say that I was impressed by the dust curtain they built up around the door. The house remained clean and when the curtain came down, the door was gorgeous! Those guys did a perfect job installing and cleaned up very well before leaving. We had to pay in full after the door install and were told that we would be called to schedule the sheetrock and stucco repairs. I thought, oh boy, they have no incentive to come back now! Well, we were called first thing Monday and were told the stucco guy would be out the next day. Wow! I had been concerned about the stucco repair because the home that had a door installed by the other company had stucco touch up around a square window that was removed, just as mine did, but the square cutout was still apparent on the other home. The stucco guy that Iron Doors Arizona sent was really good. Rather than touching up around the removed window, he went all the way up to the eave. His work looks great, and no sign of the removed window! The next day the sheetrock guys came out. Again, their skip-trowel texture was perfect. Just like the stucco work, you can't tell where the wall was repaired. Several days later, the paint guys were out. I had to purchase the touch up paint, but again, the work was very nice indeed! There was a little mark on the door caused by a drill bit and the paint guy touched that up perfectly as well. Black base, dusted with copper powder and the clear coated. Very nice... That was it. In about a week, the door was installed, stucco and sheetrock repaired and the area repainted to match. I thought the install was well coordinated and painless! The door changed the appearance of our home inside and out. I can't imagine a single upgrade adding more to the appearance of our home. We love it! And as an added bonus, the glass inserts open up and the screens are removable. We had several companies that we were considering, but I am sure happy that we made the decision to go with Iron Doors Arizona! read more

We recently had our door changed out by a beautiful door at Iron Doors Arizona. The warehouse has a lot of samples to choose from in addition to an on line catalog. They are not made on-site or even in US but they were upfront in disclosing the information. You can buy off the sales floor for a discount and with quicker installation or have custom made. The installers were the great, they showed up on time, tapped off so dust didn't go everywhere, were friendly and provided great customer service advice about the lock situation on the door. I didn't want multiple keys for my house they were kind to remove the old lock from old door and install on new one which was a perfect match. This company will be dangerous if you trust what they say. Very, very unethical. The work after the door was hung was very shoddy or unfinished. They may or may not be fine, if the door goes in without any stucco, or painting or tile or baseboard work needed.(unlikely) This is the first time in 65years i have made a negative review. After nearly forty years of service, I had to replace my front entrance door. I looked at several options and finally chose Iron Doors AZ. Their product line was extensive, allowing me to find just the type of door that suits my taste. Their price was very competitive and beat the others by a couple hundred dollars. Once I made my decision, Iron Doors AZ scheduled my installation. They had a door in-stock so I didn't have to wait long for installation. Installers arrived on the appointed day and right on time. It didn't take them long to remove the old door and frame up the new one. They had all the proper tools and expertise needed for the installation. Then they insulated all the cracks and crevices, reinstalled the trim, freshened the paint, and cleaned up after themselves. They were quite thorough. Josh even noticed a leak I had in my irrigation feeder and suggested a way to repair it. When the tasks and clean-up were completed, they gave me a briefing on some of the doors features, suggesting ways to maintain the door for many years to come. My new door looks great, feels very sturdy and functions more smoothly than the original door. I expect the door with last longer than my house. AZ Iron Door installed a front door (double door) and a courtyard gate for us. After contacting them for a quote, we dealt with Steve, the owner up to the point of placing an order. Steve was not only the most knowledgeable contractor we dealt with, not only helped us with making style and appearance decisions, but was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. We used an existing AZ Iron Doors front door design, but designed with Steve's help a custom door pull and a custom large (56" wide) courtyard gate. It took a while to get these manufactured and delivered. AZ Iron Door installation team was very good. I'm very particular, but they did an excellent job installing patching and painting. So this very easily could have been a 1-star review, but the customer service that we received made it a 5. We met with our original sales consultant oh, and we made an agreement on our door. Unfortunately, the door that we purchased was not able to be found. So after going by the shop they wanted to help, so we agreed on the same door with a different glass. They would then order the glass we wanted and install it. Perfect solution, until I got a call that evening saying that that door had also been sold.
