She is a beautiful and warm hearted woman. Yesterday I called her at noon and asked if I could get individuals, she said sure come in one hour. Normally this style would have taken 10 hours but she and her sister completed my hair in less than 5 hours. Amazing!!!! Record breaking!!! This has never happened to me before!! Especially since I have big head and a lot of hair. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend her to others.

I have only had my hair braided 3 or 4 times but this pain was enough to make me never want to go again.. If you are tender headed, please choose another shop. Pros: 1. very very nice young lady braided my hair.she was very pleasant to talk to. 2. She was very willing and accommodating. She had immediate openings. 3. She is open 7 days a week. 4. Shop was clean and quiet Cons: 1. She was 35 mins late and didnt call. 2. She only accepts cash. I had to cash app her and she required me to pay for the fee for instant deposit which i dont feel is the responsibility of the client. I still tipped her. 3. Braids are VERY TIGHT. i am not very familiar with braids but i was told to take a pain pill prior to going so i didnt actually feel the pain until a few hrs afterwards. 2 days later and i was still popping pills. Very difficult to rest at night. My scalp is very irritated and i can feel a lot of bumps in the back of my head. After i return from the beach i will be removing these braids even though its a waste of money. 4. My braids dont look fresh. Im not sure what to do to correct it. The attached pic is from day one. I have strands of hair that are a lot longer than the rest of the braids. 5. Braids are spaced out and my scalp is showing. I am embarrassed. This shop did not work out for me. She was more expensive than my other shop and her braids do not look professional and after a week i am still in pain if i touch.

I have been consistent with making and keeping my hair appts. with my stylist. I have learned not to arrive early but exactly on time because my hairstylist is not going to be ready whether it is because she is late arriving or the clients are late. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes past my appt. time but longer than that is inexcusable. Why would a hair stylist schedule to do a baylolage at the same time as a client who just wants to have a trim and blow out? Three times this happened to me with the last being on Saturday. After waiting 20 mins., another staff person washed my hair, which is pretty typical as the staff works together although, I don't usually have to wait 20 mins. as the staff tries to keep everyone on schedule. My stylist was reminded several times that I was waiting. 35 mins. after my scheduled appt. time, my stylist was still working on the baylolage client. I have never been disrespectful to my hairdresser and I always tip between 20 - 25 %. I know that more money is made by a hairdresser with hair dying, baylolage, etc. but at least the stylist could have the decency to schedule a baylolage at a different time. The stylist never has to spend more than 30 - 35 mins. on my hair so at 35 mins. after I arrived, I blew my own hair dry and walked out as I had to be somewhere else on my schedule. I have been going to this stylist for more than 1 1/2 years. Why treat a client this? I won't be returning, too much inconsistency.
