I hate to say this is the first terrible experience with food I've ever experienced in a restaurant.. I ordered the nachos and I felt extremely sick after eating them, the cheese was fake and it tasted like it came out of a can or something. And there were small hairs in my container. The dining experience was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. The food resembled a failed science experiment, each bite a tragic symphony of flavorless mediocrity. It left my taste buds in a state of mourning, desperately seeking resuscitation. The chef's creativity seemed to have taken a permanent vacation, leaving behind a menu that could only be described as a gastronomic graveyard. Save your taste buds and run in the opposite direction. I ordered the nachos, first of all the meat was spicy which was not even remotely specified when I ordered, the chips were slightly burnt and tasteless and finally to add the cherry on top, the cheese tasted like they took a Tostitos cheese can and just poured it on top, worst place I have ever eaten. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. There is something special in the sauce here. Somewhat disappointed though in managements decision to close the dining area. I always enjoyed eating in the restaurant. To me, it doesn't make much sense to spend all this money on a nice dining area and not use it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not because the food is bad . Some items are not that bad although they're not great. The reason I wouldn't recommend them is because they will over charge you for an item and then blame your bank for the extra charge. For example. I was given a receipt for 47.50 and when I checked my bank statement it was showing that I was charged 57.50 . My statement also showed me that they had adjusted the price from their end of the transaction. When I confronted them about it, they proceeded to blame my bank ,which I know for a fact that the price was adjusted for their end . The place itself is also not vary clean , surfaces are all sticky and the cooks don't seem to care about personal hygiene. If you're in Westfield looking for somewhere to eat, I would recommend checking out other restaurants in the area because Boston Bay pizza is not a place to eat read more

Don't bother.. Ordered regularly for years. when they say 35-40 mins, it's usually over an hr. Pizza is usually overcooked and arrives cold. They don't know how to put light marinara sauce in a calzone! It's not hard. Screwed up my kids calzone and were unwilling to send another. Only offered 20% off next order.. Won't call them again. do not , under any circumstances, order a veggie grinder here... the grinder was supposed to be toasted in the oven but the bread was soft and the veggies were cold. i didn't have any desire to eat the sandwich, that's how bad it was. This place does not disappoint. Best grinders and wings in town hands down. They also have quick and very courteous service. Prime example: We ordered grinders online and I made mistake ordering the wrong type, after a complete misunderstanding and miscommunication between my father, myself, and someone from Boston Bay we decided to eat what we mistakenly ordered, our fault and pretty embarrassing. Unbeknownst to us Boston Bay went above and beyond and delivered us the grinder we had initially meant to order shortly thereafter. We tried giving it back because it was our mistake but the delivery driver told us to keep it and said they wanted us to have it. Can't beat customer service like that. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I'm a college student and there was a deal for 1 large 3 topping pizza for 11 bucks. I ordered pepperoni and they gave me bacon. On top of that the pizza was disgusting, I felt like I was going to throw up while eating it. I called them back and the owner said there was nothing they could do about it and hung up. I ordered delivery on 3 different occasions and the result was way too different each time. The first time I was satisfied: the pizza was fine even though I ordered well done it wasn't, no big deal. These two guys deserve a much better review than they've gotten so far. We found it on yelp, it was late at night - 10:30- and we ordered a pizza from the car from the Mass pike and then drove about five minutes or so from the Westfield exit and the pizza was ready when we got there.
