We were on our way back from the Herman Melville house in Pittsfield and looking for a place to eat on the way home. I used yelp as we drove along and the name drew us in, but the food will bring us back. I stopped in here while passing through town, and was informed by local patrons that this is the best restaurant in Westfield, and I do not doubt it. This shotgun style space has a very large bar and table seating for about 40 people. The menu is short but quite varied, and includes a very nice mix of tapas style dishes and includes charcuterie style boards, salads and soups. I started with a bowl of their homemade Sweet Corn Chowder that came with a large serving of fresh baked bread and a grilled garlic bulb - very classy, nice and unusual. For my main dish I had the Steak Flatbread. There was a decent amount of steak with a very nice mix and portions of cheese and veggies. The crust was thin, and it was both crisp and chewy, a feat rarely achieved in a pizza or flatbread crust. They have a limited but well diversified choice of draught beers. I'm going to start with ambiance. This place, while upscale, makes you feel very much at home. It has a NYC saloon vibe. The staff is incredible - everyone is so friendly and big smiles. Kai greeted us and brought us to the handicap entrance (I'm in a wheelchair) everyone is happy to see you. Happy to serve you. It was my birthday and they made it very special. The drinks are incredible. Amber, our bartender, made me one of the best whiskey sours I've ever had. I asked for a special rye and they made it with that, and it was delicious. We both had the picanha steak, a rare cut I've only had once before at a Brazilian steakhouse, and this was better. Chef Patrice, shows off his culinary expertise with a lemon chimichurri, truffle butter and port wine demi on the side. All 3 were delicious. They were also kind enough to make us fries, which were not on the menu. I was there with my daughter, Ashton, and we are big Steak Frites fans, and the fries were incredible. They were like small steak fries, really crispy and delicious. For dessert, I had the Bourbon vanilla bean creme brulee. It was ambrosia and it doesn't come in one of those little tiny creme brulee cups. It's a small dish of creme brulee. Ashton had the three mini cheesecakes which were incredible. I had one of them. Delicious. So the food is great. Last time I had the mussels and the broth was so good I took it home with me. I haven't tried many of the dishes, but I plan to go back and explore the menu more. This Americaized Tapas joint is a hidden gem in Western Mass. ,a place that truly belongs near Boston, this find in Westfield is truly amazing. Every tapa they have is worth a try. And the range of tattoos they have is phenomenal! We started our meal off with the Texas Twinkies, which were charred and scrumptious! The bacon, gocohang, and the oozing cream cheese really played well together. A number one hit for sure. Next we had the pork belly burnt end and the mini meatloaf. The pork belly was on point!, Burnt, but still melt in your mouth delicious! Scoop on some of the extra sauce for a mouth watering bite. The mini-meatloaf - more like a bacon wrapped cupcake- was hot and delicious, and tasted like something your mom could have made (but with a hint of spice). We ended our meal with the baked brie, which was ooey and gooey, and with it's hint of blood orange marmalade,a true delight. Spread out on a thin crustini, this was a fantastic way to end the protein heavy meal. The drink selection is outstanding as well. I tried the Birds of a Feather IPA, which was somewhat fruity yet enough hips to keep it well balanced. My girlfriend tried two different cocktails: Peachykeen & Lavander Bloosm. The lavender, in. her words, was "dangerously good", while the peach was refreshing and "full of surprise". The Tribeca comes off more like a speakeasy than a grill and tapas spot. Regardless of name or feel, this place is a Definite Must if you're in Westfield. Tribecca mini meatloaves and smashed potatoes were great choices and more than ample, but the King Mushroom "Scallops" were a let down, tiny serving, more like an "amuse bouche." Want so bad to love Tribeca. First of all, it's NYE and there is no holiday decor or hats, balloons or noisemakers. At the least, use some pencil trees or decorate the exposed brick. Wild Mushroom Risotto Tasty and warm throughout. Lobster Bisque Unlike any bisque I've ever had. Tomato base and overly salted. Surf and Turf Would be more appropriate to serve on regular dinner plates rather than tapas plates. Wasn't asked for steak's doneness but it was fine. Scallops were charred and delicious. Served over asparagus and side potato. Nutella Dessert Skipped since I'm not a fan. Only option. Overall food is salty. Menus for prix fixe not available due to printer error. Main server Noel was fantastic but those who brought out the food had no idea which table ordered which menu item. They went around asking and returned to the kitchen with our granita. If there was an option for 6 stars I'd give it! Food, service, ambiance are all top notch. We had the grilled Caesar salad, seared tuna, and the best pulled pork tacos I've had. Service was excellent too. The decor is beautiful, warm, relaxing, but upscale as well. It was clear that the designer paid attention to every detail (mouthwash dispenser in the restroom ). Welcome to a place full of fun. The seating, the bar, the staff, everybody is just amazing.. This is a place where you can go and feel like you are an adult at an adult place eating adult food and having an adult good time. This is the only place like it in Westfield, and I highly recommend taking a stop in. The tapas are appetizer-sized plates, so three of them would be about one meal per person, or at least for me that was the case. When you ordered this way, you find that you get to try different foods that you might want to try that you wouldn't get to normally because you have to order one thing off of a menu. Also, there is a really diverse amount of stuff on this here, including a lot of seafood and vegetarian dishes. Yes, the cocktail list and wine list is just simply delicious, and no, it is not cheap but you are paying for quality liquor and namebrand wines. If you want a cheap run-of-the-mill house wine, go find yourself another dive. The camaraderie and feeling in this place is just warm and inviting. It is so nice to go into one of the historic buildings and know that supporting it, you are keeping another piece of Westfield history, alive. Went here last night with a friend, and would have rated 5 stars for creativity, taste and service, but both of us had upset stomachs afterwards. I was going to write it off to my gluten intolerance (even though I ordered gluten free) until she felt sick too. Again, food was great, but there was some sort of contamination going on. I am ServeSafe certified, so my guess is they need to examine their hygiene practices. Again, food was outstanding and nothing tasted "off." Crab cakes: outstanding, and I usually can't eat them because of gluten. But they apparently make them with only crab (and jalapeno). Beet/burrata salad: pretty good. Arugula pesto was a nice touch. Scallops: very tasty and creative with parmesan risotto, green beurre blanc, and blood orange marmalade. Cauliflower/chickpea: least impressive, but still good. For some reason this came out much later than other dishes. Too full to eat much of this. Nice touch to serve roasted garlic with the bread and olive oil. Ambiance is good, but are the huge TVs really necessary? Really takes away from the vibe. Maybe have them on for daytime, but for Saturday night dinner? No. read more

I love this place as a get away for my husband and I on an evening of all about us. The food is very well presented. The lamb chops and chicken dish are definitely a go to, if you want an individual meal And are cooked perfect. Like any Tapas restaurant, most dishes are meant to be shared and therefor purchased in numbers. All of their apps are great, but as Tapas go, the cost is higher than a typical meal out even with an app and can leave some hungry, for a pricey night out. This place bests all the rest from here to the Hamptons and the berkshires. . The bar tenders lean toward mixology proficienados, and can make a standard drink feel made especially for you, with use of chartreuse, campari,amaro and herbal liquors, with the best of a luxardo and highest end whiskeys. All and all we often can find a middle of the road sharing and pairing or a meal that is satisfying for our tummies. The food is delicious. I wish they would add a couple more semi meal sized Tapas for us little people with big appetites with champagne taste and a beer pocket ( that would be my better half ). They are providing an upscale, eclectic, social dining experience with craft cocktails done right; a little slice of big city eating without the travel. Tribeca's aesthetic captures a delicate balance of old world and modern feel with its subdued lighting, dark woods, comfortable chairs, mix of high tops and low, uniform bold-faced serif font. While it is clean, sleek, updated and modern, there is still a sense of broken-in warmth which really rounds out the vibe. The long narrow layout draws the eye right to the bar which really is the star of the show here. Also, is there anything better than having a little buzz and walking into a vibey bathroom?? It's a great bathroom. (Thankful for the post-meal mouthwash on date night.) I appreciate the varied menu. As a tapas spot, there is an art to knowing how much to offer without offering too much. Tribeca gets it right here. They have a mix of savory and sweet, with mindfulness of varied textures and flavor notes. In the few times I've been, I have experienced some inconsistencies with some basic prep techniques (fibrous ends on Brussels sprouts, underseasoned lamb) but overall the it's clear chef has put together complete, balanced dishes with intention and creativity. Because of the high notes (perfectly seared scallops, perfec crab cakes, perfectly prepped meatloaves), I feel able to overlook the minor flaws. The waitstaff is relaxed and nonchalant in the best way possible. They perfect navigators, using their knowledge to guide the experience the way the palate wants. There is an art to putting together the right journey and they mediate so well between guest and kitchen. The bar staff is skilled, adaptable, creative and engaging. These are true bartenders! From the glassware, the garnish game, the exciting available ingredients, the thoughtful cocktail list to the performance of mixing/stirring and charisma, they are truly bringing it. Their very own Port of Gali is a masterpiece. I haven't had a complaint about any single sip of any cocktail there yet. This is craft. I will also applaud their spirit free list. Mocktails have been so under appreciated but they on the rise; I'm glad to see it embraced here. Tribeca knew itself right away. It didn't need any time to figure out who it is. Our holiday lunch was at Tribeca this year, the staff was really nice and patient with our large group. The lunch menu is a lot different than the dinner menu - but the food was delicious. I was torn between the Beet and Burrata Salad and the Crispy Gochujang Pork Tacos, I went with the tacos and wasn't disappointed! The pickled jalapeno was a great touch! The food was very good but the service for an upscale establishment was lacking. Lunch time and not very busy sitting at the bar and it was like we were forgot about on everything. Apps were gone and had to wait to order food then forgot our side condiments and drinks. Then order desert were brought the bill with no desert on it when we mentioned about the desert was told it was on the house for having to wait. Then kept waiting for it to be brought out and was not how we ordered it. We believe they forgot so were trying to save face. I would go back for dinner the lunch menu seemed very good for sandwiches not tapas. I am hoping it was just an off day because the food was good and look forward to trying more dishes. Well, to update the review nothing has changed. We tried several dishes again (foie Gras, tartar, short rib, onion soup and gumbo). The tartar came with potato chips, some of which were not crunchy and the pickled jalapeños had NO flavor. Also, all of the avocado was weird and brown. Foie gras was okay, came with some sort of butter I think on top (the bartender didn't know what it was when we asked) and compote. The compote was the best part of the dish. Short rib tasted great, but at that price for it to be HALF a rib AND cold? I didn't even bother to send it back. The French onion soup wasn't traditional but was probably my favorite part of the meal. Had some heat and the mushrooms came through, wish it had more cheese tho. The gumbo was my husband's favorite even though the sausage was overcooked. A piece of honey glazed corn bread would have blown it out of the water. The bread. It was at least 3 days old. It's was dry and hard to chew. Highly recommend to either change the bread or make sure it's fresh or toasted... My birthday is November 15, my older brother's birthday is October 29, so we, including my sister in law, decided to try Tribeca. First, I live in Washington DC, which has some amazing restaurants, so I was visiting Massachusetts for said birthday. My brother lives in Mass. We arrived for a 5:00 reservation, and were seated promptly, we had also perused the menu ahead of time. We got the $35.00 Charcuterie board, with some amazing choices, the ordered the Grilled Caesar, Mini Crab Cakes, Roasted Eggplant, Braised Short Ribs. It was all delicious, the Crab Cakes and Short Ribs being my favorite. The Eggplant, for me was just okay, and I would have liked the Grilled Romaine to have been grilled a bit more. But, we were so happy to have such a great meal, 7 miles from my brother and sister in law's house! Hopefully Tribeca has a long life in Westfield MA! read more

It was such a lovely experience to try this new restaurant in town. Tony greeted us warmly and offered us a seat at their impressive looking bar. After chatting with us a little bit about where we from as my local bestie introduced me as her guest visiting we learned about the crack cocktails the bartender specialized in. All the cocktails sounded great yet we opted for Chardonnay as we liked the wine list as well. We ordered the Charred Scallops over Parmesan risotto. They were delicious and both the scallops and risotto were cooked perfectly. The peach marmalade and Beurre Blanc drizzle were an interesting and tasty combo.
