I'd been meaning to get to try Frankie's for some time and today I finally got the chance. Small place, pretty much carry out only. Located at the end of a little strip mall, next to a Brewery and a Chinese food place next to that. Pretty decent menu with your standard pizza shop offerings. What caught my eye and why I wanted to stop by is Frankie's Triple S pizza.......Salami, Sausage and Spinach. Plus garlic, mozzarella, parmesan and topped with basil. No sauce. I've never seen that combo before and it intrigued me. So I called my order in and talked to Frankie himself. When I went to pick it up he provided a happy and pleasant attitude and thanked me for stopping by. Which, I appreciated. Great customer service goes a long way with me in this day and age. The pizza was exceptionally delicious. The tanginess of the salami works really well with the sausage, spinach, garlic and basil. No sauce here, but that's completely fine. It's not needed. One of the best item combinations I've ever had on a pizza. Simply wonderful. Super happy I stopped into Frankie's. It's not hard to see why Frankie's is rated one of the best pizza shops around and has a 4.5 star review average here on Yelp. I'll be a repeat customer for sure! read more

I will admit first attempt to get it didn't work out due to a third party error (I've already contacted them & sometime this week my money lost will be sent back) & second attempt using a reputable one I know got lucky & I ordered Meat Loaves with red onions/green peppers added on, French fries & sausage grinder with peppers/onions & I've got plenty left over for myself, portions are very good and tasty, grinder's excellent even if you have a little grease (that's Italian Sausage) & the bunch can do delivery to your house via third party crew (just use a good one & my own recommendation). Oh yes photos will be available & I see why they promote it on local TV in my area because if the grinder was a sign more good quality is coming to my stomach. read more

The pizza is very good here but I don't think I'll be ordering delivery again. Between the $5 delivery fee, the $4 delivery tip and the service fee it turned a $20 pizza into a $34 order and when it arrived it was cold. The driver also text me saying that the pizza was at my front door, they literally left it on the front step of my house, didn't ring the doorbell or anything. The pizza wasn't cold because it sat out there long either because I watched them pull out of my driveway as I went outside to get it. Pretty disappointing service. read more

I called Frankie's to re-order and not only did they put a rush on our order, but called DoorDash on my behalf and got my payment refunded. I've been hearing great things about Frankie's on my town's FB forum so decided to stop in and give it a try for myself. I'm glad I did, the pizza and customer service did not disappoint! My best friend ordered a personal sized Margherita. Unfortunately, it came out soupy in the middle (to the point where if she lifted a slice, all the sauce/cheese would've slid off). She was hesitant to bring it to their attention because she's not one to complain, but glad she did because Frankie graciously fixed her up a new one - no questions asked. The 2nd Margherita came out perfectly! I ordered a personal Hawiian and love that it comes with both ham and bacon. At most pizza joints a Hawiian is just ham and pineapple, and adding bacon of course is an up-charge. I appreciate that Frankie's makes a Hawiian just the way I like it! I'm also a crust girl, and frankie's does it right! It is deliciously thin (but not floppy), slightly charred, and perfectly airy. Al-in-all, I'm glad they've moved into the neighborhood! Their location is where the old Luigi's used to be (next to Li's Brother's). There is no option for delivery yet, and the restaurant is only big enough to fit 2 high-top, 2 seater tables; however, next door is 1WayBrewing Co. to which you can bring your pies over, have a seat, and enjoy a beer there with your pizza(s). read more

Service was very friendly and fast. I was initially planning to order online but it seemed to add an extra upcharge to my gluten free pizza so I called to order. We are from out of town and were ordering as we passed through. It looked like they only offered one size pizza online so I expected to order a lot of pizzas that were small. Turns out they offer different sizes...and their large is HUGE! It was more like a party size. I way over ordered but leftover pizza is even better than fresh so it worked out. Great pizza! The hype on Facebook from different forums made me finally try this place. I ordered through the Slice app. I like the app because you can take your time to customize your pizza the way you want it. I've ordered twice through the app, and when I've gotten to the place the food was ready or was just almost. It's very small inside, and would be limited to just takeout. It's also very hot inside with the ovens cranking. The staff is friendly and one of the cooks behind the counter always says thank you. I wonder if that's Frankie? I really like that. Most other pizza places have an attitude on the phone, and in person, with an arrogant take it or leave it attitude. The pizza is very good, crispy crust, nice amount of toppings. Only complaint is the bbq chicken pizza I had one time had many inedible pieces of chicken that had bone or cartilage mixed in with the pie, and way too much bbq sauce. Give it a try! We've had delivery twice... first time was good, pizza was good, ingredients were good, nothing to write home about, but it was good. This last time was.. not good. Ordered a well done Buffalo chick pizza and a steak and cheese sub with bacon. Starting with the pizza, it wasn't well done, not even close. In fact, it was undercooked and floppy, which might have been fine with a cheese pizza but this pizza was absolutely covered in hot sauce to the point that the middle was just a watery, soupy mess. It wasn't pie cut, so the middle of the pizza was just inedible, soggy bread. We ended up eating one slice and tossing the rest of the pizza. The steak and cheese sub, again it was edible, but it was also missing the extra bacon we were charged for. The first time we ordered, they had a great ratio of ingredients and their pie crust was decent. I'm giving them a three because I think they have potential, but they seem to be too busy to pay attention to the little details that make a world of difference for their customers. I am more than willing to wait a little longer for an order to be made properly, especially when a pizza and sub order is over $50 read more

Really wanted to like this place. Got a few really good pizzas from them. They have burned 2 of our last 3 pizzas that we purchased from them. Someone on their staff is not moving the pizzas around enough (hot spots in the oven). I have seen the pizza chefs at other restaurants doing just that, opening the ovens, checking the bottoms, spinning the pizzas, moving them around. I am kind of sorry to have to leave this review but since they don't have any contact email to send a message to, I wasn't going to call their phone number to complain, I unfortunately didn't have a lot of choice on airing my disappointment with recent pizzas that we received from them. I hope they do better in the future because when they aren't burnt, they make a good pizza. read more
