I get cryotherapy very regularly at other businesses. This will be my first and last time going here. The owner and son are extremely rude. They could not care less about the customers. I was in extreme pain from this burn. The response from the owner .. "This sort of thing happens sometimes" What happened to my leg is NOT supposed to happen. First time is $45 (a little pricey IMO especially for your first session) but if you like it they have a lot of pack options which is great. They provide gloves and fuzzy socks along with shoes you wear during your session. They explain everything which was great because I was nervous as it was my first time. Their facilities are really clean which I appreciated as well. A little out of my budget to come here routinely, but great every now and then when I need something to help me recover from an intense workout.

I'm really glad I did. I felt 100% better the whole week and I want to start making it a regular thing. It's so nice to have someone come to me during my busy work days so I'm not scrambling to find parking or rush out of the house on my break. Rob was attentive, incredibly nice and warm.
