It was a great late night snack as the night came to an end! They have a kiosk that you use to order. They have pre created milk rolls or you can create your own :) my friend and I did a pre creation. I got the Oreo one and she got the Biscoff. The process is fun to watch them roll it and incorporate all the add-ins! The overall flavor is what you would expect from any same flavored ice cream so you're really paying a little extra for the experience.
