Very cute place with minimal to no odor of polish. You get to pick a customized scrub for your pedi which is a nice touch. Clean and sterile equipment is super important to me and I LOVED that the tools came out of a sealed package. Great nail salon! Very clean, nice people, and top of the line polishes. I just got a pedicure and manicure done here and I had a great experience. The pedicure included a scrub and a small paraffin treatment on my heels, and that was just for the basic. I got shellac on my fingernails and they turned out amazing. Alicia was very nice and talked to me about the different things I could do and helped me pick out the right shellac color. I've been here twice and it was ok. The first time I got a mani and pedi. They did a decent job but the nail polish started chipping in a couple of days. I went back a week later to get acrylic nails for a French tip look. They were busy so it seemed like she didn't want to do it and tried talking me out of it. She didn't cut away any dead skin or cuticles and she seemed very distracted while doing the tips. She did not have her machine either to properly do acrylic nails which I thought was weird. After finishing her rushed job, I got a nice shirt back massage before headed out. 3 days later 2 nails came off and one tip came off. The rest of the nails I can see lifting off slowly. I've been in this place a few times, and service gotten consistently worse with every visit. Some employees give you attitude occasionally just for trying to make a polite conversation, but I mark them mentally as they were just having a bad day. They work is ok. Just ok. However, my main problem is the service which always feel so rushed and sloppy! In my opinion, they never spent enough time for service they charge. Yeah, I know they are small business and want to make money. But hey it is Customer service job, and I pay my hard earned money for certain service and quality. I used to put up coming here for location, but my last visit was my last straw. They were rushing so much, I got one of "attitude" ladies and as icing for cake my mani/pedi chipped off after a few days. Yay! A relaxing afternoon turned into disappointment and confrontation with my "technician" who was scolding me for not relaxing my hands. My husband got a serious infection in his big toe the day after our pedicures. Redness swelling and drainage. We asked for a refund and they refused. We have been polite and provided proof that we were there and paid for pedicures. They keep saying the manager will contact us and its been 3 days and still no call, no apology, and no refund. Do NOT go here for your eyebrows. She burned my husband with the wax, please see photo. The technician made mine too thin when I specifically asked her not to. I had hairs still left underneath the brow which is basically my whole point of getting a wax. I came home and had to pluck more because I didn't want her touching my brows any more. I really, really wanted to like this place as it is 2 min from my house. I've been here twice, first time was ok, tech was very friendly but pedi did not last even 1 week. 2nd time I came back I just wanted to relax. Unfortunately the girl doing my pedi spent the ENTIRE time on her cell phone while doing my nails, and at points she was actually in a heated argument with the person. Let me start with I had a appt at 10am and I made this appt 2 weeks prior to my appt! The lady I was with is a elder with problem with sitting to long! Needless to say we did not get into the chair neither one of us til 10:45. No one could understand english, and then they called us back we were called grandma, which was very disrespectful period! My nails were done by Sora and she was the rudest ever! My friends nail were not done well at all you can see the sides of her own nail everyone on the side were not painted plus they do not understand what a round nail was! Now on to myself which Soro did I am not sure I told her I wanted a gel overlay and a no chip polish simple right well I guess she does not know what she is doing! I asked her for a design and she put on 2 lines and called it a design????? so by the time she was done I did not get out of her chair til 12:45. so we were in this solon from 9:50-12:45 and that is not wanted to do! I believe your solan needs some training and how to treat people! And then it is now Monday so 5 days later all of my nails are peeling off! So know after paying $65.00 which I do not where she got the priced at I have to spend another 45.00 to get them re done! This is a great place to go if you want to be in and out quickly-- which I usually do. This place does not give off the "spa" vibe but its great for what it is. I always get the shellac mani and it looks fantastic everytime. They have a good selection of colors to chose from and the manicure usually lasts up to the full two weeks. They had a great selection of colors- both OPI and Essie. From start to finish my pedicure was relaxing and thorough. Best Nail & Spa ever! This was my first time getting my nails done at this place, and even though this place was small, it was great. There were so many colors that I could choose! I got a pedicure and no chip manicure. The result was great! The great thing about pedicure was that I got the paraffin wax. My feet were so soft after the wax. Also the scrub smelled very nice. I think they used green tea scrub! It was so amazing! I also got the scrub for my hands. There were 4 types of scrub, and I got to choose 1 type. The hand scrub was really nice too. I love this place! They offer high quality manis and pedis for their great price! My pedicurist seemed new as she took a little extra time on the service but I didn't mind at all. She was very thorough and did a great job with the paint job. My manicurist was awesome too as he was also very thorough and did a great job with the polish and filing. The first time I went to this nail salon I was treated fairly well. So I went another time without an appointment because my husband surprised me with a vacation to the Caribbean. I was shocked to see how I was treated. They only agreed to do a pedicure but refused to give me a full set. I usually do gels but wanted to look more glamorous for this special event. I waited and waited and no one paid attention to me. All the workers there acted snobby and as if I were inconveniencing them. I am a generous tipper and a respectful client. Best pedicure I've ever gotten hands down and its totally worth spending the extra cash as for manicures they always last me a good week before chipping. They really take their time for eye brow waxing. My skin is sensitive but I've never broken out from it like I do other places. The waxing takes place in a separate room away from everyone which I never expected out of a small nail spa but I'm happy they do it this way. I am very happy with the no chip manicure I received at Botti. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The salon is small, but clean and inviting. No heavy chemical odors. I had made an appointment for 3 pm on a Saturday and was seated right away when I arrived. I paid $5 for the removal of my current Shellac and $35 for the manicure. Comparable to most nail salons. They accept walk-ins, but I'm sure weekends are busy. So, it might be advisable to make an appointment. I will definitely be back! read more

Bad experience and I will not be going back. I first went a week ago to get my acrylics filled and color change. I told my nail technician that my acrylic was cracked and needs to be fixed as well. Her response was "it's fine" so now today I go back in because the cracked got bigger and then half my acrylic fell off. They were insistent they no longer had the color that I got only a week ago so she picked out another color that was "close" and so I started to look for the correct color. 3 more people walk in (who didn't have appointments) and are immediately taken and there was no one left to do my nails so I had to wait even though I had gotten there first. All 3 wanted mani-pedi which takes a while. I finally said something so she comes over to the waiting area to do my nail. All she did was take off the color and left me sitting there again. Rushing she put some acrylic gel on half my nail and it ended up uneven but she just put a top coat on anyways and let it dry with the fan. Once the others were done then I finally was good enough to sit in a chair to get my nails. There was another girl waiting for her toes so my nail got rushed and was only cured in the light for 10 seconds or less. Now that I'm home under the top coat the nail isn't dry so it's all wavy and falling apart. I am so disappointed that they could treat someone this way. They have 2 stars because she at least didn't charge me. read more

I've tried this place four times, every time I'm disappointed. They try to go so quickly that part of nail is missed. Last time I had a pedicure and a no chip mani. Both were subpar. My toe nails were actually lumpy, bc of their cheap base and top coat. My nails were not fully covered and I could see through the extremely thin coat of red polish. Also their ten second massage had less effort than what my husband gives (of that's possible). Their prices are a bit high, which would be fine if my nails lasted for a while but my no chips have lasted less than two weeks both times I went. The second time I went was the last straw. First, I went in and asked for a gel refill and no chip manicure and they told me they didn't do refills. Huh? How does a nail shop not do refills? I said fine I'll just get a full set. So I got a full set and a no chip, and I kid you not as soon as I got home the paint started to look wavy and puff up as if there was air in between my nail and the paint. I noticed it on two nails but by the next morning it was most of my nails. So I went back and she re-did them for free at least, but 4 days after that the entire polish on my index finger came right off. You may be wondering if I do any strenuous activities for work or during that time period for that to happen, but no. I literally read and type all day for work, so the fact that the paint just peeled right off is ridiculous. Also, my first experience at the nail shop was not great either. The woman was in a rush and the polish wasn't cured enough so it started chipping a few days after. Overall, this nail shop has consistently shown me that they overprice for a nail job that won't last more than a week. I really hoped they would redeem themselves but they didn't. read more
