But a great plumber is only good if you can get a response from them. I've been dealing with him for several years now. Consistently I've had to message repeatedly, call repeatedly. On occasion - as the first time I contacted him probably in 2023 - he answers the phone himself, and provides info on what he thinks the problem is. And he does phenomenal work. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Nada. And still a leaking well tank. C'mon. Do better. We are done, hope you sort yourself out with other customers - I've seen several other people have had the same experience.

We completely understand that unexpected issues can delay a plumber -- that's not the problem. The issue is the lack of basic courtesy. A simple phone call to reschedule would have been appreciated. Instead, I sat at home for four hours waiting on a no‑show. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend calling them.

He called again on 1/20 and was told we were scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 22nd since you would be in our area. No delivery occurred. I then called on 1/23 to report that we were between 20-25% with snow and ice approaching, yet we still did not receive fuel by 1/29. On Monday 2/2 after being given the runaround/ told someone would call me back @ 8:20 & 12:40 when I attempted to get an answer. Then I called back after 4p as our tank had dropped to 10% or less. I spoke with Claudia, who stated we were scheduled for delivery on 2/5. After 4:00 PM today (2/5), I called again to confirm since no truck had arrived and was told drivers would be working until 8-9 PM and that we would receive fuel tonight. We are now (8:45p) below 5% (essentially empty). AJ has contacted your emergency line and was told someone should arrive within two hours. Thankfully driver showed up at 10p to fill tank and how ironic we were told he was around our area all day and we weren't on his ticket. Adding to our frustration, Tiger Fuel has had no problem drafting our account monthly, yet we cannot get the basic service we are paying for. This situation is unacceptable and has placed our household at risk during winter conditions. We relied on repeated assurances from your company that delivery was scheduled and coming. Please provide: 1. Why the runaround btwn different offices when customers call. 2. An explanation for the repeated missed deliveries and lack of communication. 3. I had not heard of this company but was impressed by their website, particularly the pricing section, and their responsiveness. Gill, the primary plumber, was thorough, respectful, and transparent. For each of the 3 jobs, he assessed the problem, came up with a solution, and provided me with a proposal and quote for the job. This also included costs of any potential additional work that might be required. He took pictures of the issues for the biggest job in the crawl space and carefully explained the options. There were no surprises. As work went into Christmas week, he had several others join him to get the work done who were equally informative. The resultant work is impeccable and I can relax. Gill examined all visible plumbing to insure there were no other problems. He also provided estimates for several future repairs, one requested by me and one he anticipated would be necessary in the future. I explained on the phone there were strange brown circles over the septic tank and CO detector went off in the room nearest the pipe with outflow to the tank. I was told it would be $89 for them to come out. He opened two of the septic pipes. Asked me to flush the toilet furthest from the pipe. He saw the water flowing to the tank. Came in and looked around the inside of the house. Said he believed the CO was coming from the propane fireplace pilot. (It has a CO detector next to it which didn't go off.) A total of probably 15-20 minutes max. That'll be "$245 for the diagnostic". He said it was office policy to charge for the diagnostic. Basically I paid $245 for his opinion and no work. Last year, they did good work with good customer service moving our water filter system from under the house to the laundry room. We had no issue. But this time I feel high jacked!!
