Samantha is so, so great! My shih tzu needs regular grooming and before finding Samantha, I was really struggling to find a quality groomer who could take care of my fur baby without being rough, knicking him, or just making him look and feel miserable. Samantha is always prompt and reliable, and always does a fantastic job with his cut. He always comes back a happy camper! She's really gentle and good with him, and takes her time making him look and smell amazing!

First time with Boujee Bubbles. Very convenient and reasonably priced for mobile grooming. Samantha was super gentle with our dog and was accommodating about his boundaries. She was able to give him the exact haircut we asked for. Our boy looked very dashing after their visit. Would recommend!!

I've been using Samantha from Boujee Bubbles for about 18 months now, and we've been very happy. My dog Teddy is a 16 1/2-year-old terrier/poodle mix who hates being brushed, shampooed, or groomed -- he literally shakes with fear and runs the other way. Sadly, he wasn't always like this, but age has made him extra sensitive. Despite all that, Samantha has always been patient & done a great job w/ his care. He may dread the process, but he always comes out looking and feeling like a million bucks! Samantha recently went on maternity leave, and Axel did his most recent grooming. He spent almost two hours with my very grumpy senior pup, and I so appreciate the time and care he took to make sure Teddy looked great. They're booked months in advance, which says a lot -- but totally worth planning ahead. The convenience of a mobile groomer coming right to our home is perfect for our busy family. Highly recommend Boujee Bubbles if you want experienced, caring groomers who truly love what they do! read more

We've been bringing our pups to the Jamboree location for quite a while, and up until the beginning…read moreof this year, we had nothing but positive experiences. Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

Brendan not only trained our dog, he also trained us. Our fur baby is MUCH better now while on walks. I told Brendan that he, Brendan, is like Yoda. We are very pleased and grateful.

Hands down best groomer EVER. My dog is not an easy dog to deal with. However Samantha's gentle touch and expertise has helped my dog improve overall when it's time for his fur cut. She's very knowledgeable, professional and TALENTED! I have a Shih Tzu, they required a true experienced groomer due to the amount of fur they have. I will never go to another groomer! I have been with Samantha since 2017. Cannot recommended her enough ! I have sent my friends to her and also patients of mine. Everyone has had nothing but good things to say about her! Sam is wonderful! I had a mobile groomer for almost 10 years who changed businesses. She had big shoes to fill and right from the first visit, she nailed it! I have 3 doodles and am very picky with their cuts and she is great with them. She's been on time for every visit and has a very calm energy which helps the dogs feel less stressed thru the groom. I highly recommend boujee bubbles!! read more

Amazing! So glad to have found Samantha. First time using a groomer with my pups. I never wanted to take them to a salon and leave them there all day. She communicated very well and was very patient with my derpy Golden Retriever and my two older (12 & 14) year old bratty girls. They look and smell wonderful. Samantha always does an amazing job with our golden doodle!! She's a big 70lbs dog so it's not quick work....but she is so thorough & provides the exact haircut we ask her to. I was very pleased with Samantha and her detailed grooming on my Candy. Candy is a very well behaved dog and loves people but if I take her to place where other dogs are there. She is not happy Candy does not like dogs except her cousins that live in Fontana. Chico and Chapo lol read more
