All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! Quinn already can't wait for his next spa day!

I've been taking my furbabies there for at least 7 years (dogs and a cat)…read more I didn't realize I had given them 4 stars before and I am thrilled to be able to revise that to the 5 stars they deserve! When my previous dog got old, he developed bad arthritis and "doggie vertigo," and would not tolerate his head being touched. We stopped being able to pick him up because he would squeal and snap. I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to take him to get baths anymore, but the groomers at Just Fur Paws were incredible. They went above & beyond to accommodate him. What prompted this new review is my most recent experience, with a new dog I adopted just a month ago. He's the sweetest lovebug but reactive to new people and dogs. I almost cancelled the appointment because I was so sure he'd be turned away. He was barking and lunging at people in the parking lot, and at 45lbs, it can look at sound scary. When we walked through the door, he barked at Kelly, and I let her know that I would 100% understand if they couldn't groom him due to his reactivity. Instead, she sat on the ground with him and turned away slightly to avoid making eye contact, which calmed him down. While asking me about his history, she tossed him some treats and very quickly, he became friendly with her. He ended up doing extremely well! Kelly shared her insights on that, which was really helpful, and also answered my questions about how often he should get a bath considering he has sensitive skin but also gets stinky pretty quickly. Kelly isn't the one who groomed him (I didn't catch the groomer's name) but in my experience, ALL the groomers there are incredible. I have to shout-out Kelly though because she really went above & beyond. She took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, address my concerns, and slowly meet my dog, and she never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. The groomers at Just Fur Paws aren't just good at grooming- they really know a LOT about dogs and cats. They can provide helpful insights and recommendations, and they are able to accommodate pets with all sorts of personalities. The wait times seem to have decreased as well, in my opinion. It's a little pricey but 100% worth it to know my dog is being loved and taken care of. I truly believe that the groomers at Just Fur Paws don't just consider this a job they "have" to do...they genuinely love animals and put love and care into their work. Oh, and the work they do is great as well!!! I've always been happy with the results. My dog showed up stinky and dirty, and he came back to me silky soft, smelling great, and happy! AND his skin was not irritated at all, despite how sensitive it is. Thank you Kelly, and everyone at Just Fur Paws!
