I am writing a detailed review because I just want to share with others how much I'd recommend this dental office! I was impressed for a few reasons: (1) Dr. Hamilton has all the qualities you'd want in a dental professional. He is not only extremely talented at his craft, but he's very personable too, and makes you feel right at home. If you're afraid of going to the dentist, you won't be if you're in the right hands. While he was working on my teeth/gums, he consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and free of pain. He's very patient as well, which is huge if you have children and need to get their teeth cared for too. Going to the dentist can be such a nuisance, but after visiting here for the first time, it definitely felt more like a "spa"-like experience and I left feeling refreshed and happy. That never happens! And I had some pretty intense work done. Definitely looking forward to my next visit :) (2) The facility is brand new and has state-of-the-art equipment and amazing features (brand new dentist equipment, flat-screen TVs in front of the chair and directly above the chair, a quiet dimly-lit private room with a luxurious massage chair, modern and chic decor, etc.). It's a very clean, organized, and tidy office. They're also practicing safety measures against COVID-19 to ensure the safety of their patients as well as their staff, which I really appreciated. (3) The outcome of the dental work was superb! Dr. Hamilton performed a gingivectomy (removing only soft tissue), which was accomplished by using a Picasso laser. He was able to expose what was covered up by excess gum tissue (gummy smile). He was able to even out the gingival architecture and lengthened my front teeth which I absolutely love. He also helped smooth out the mamelons on my top teeth (the ridges at the bottom) by using dental bonding. I wasn't even aware of this procedure; he recommended it and I couldn't be happier! His dental assistant, Brittany, was also super kind and helpful in assisting with these procedures, which I believe adds to why the outcome was so impressive. Their office just seems to have extremely professional experts in their craft. Thank you, ADS! You have a new loyal customer :)

Hands Down Beat Dentist EVER!…read more Dr. Toral and her friendly staff Karina and Alissia are awesome. I came in initially last month after calling Dr. Toral early Sunday morning. Yes SUNDAY! I had a terrible accident which resulted in my cracking four of my front teeth. One of which was almost completely gone. I fell face first into the pavement after my dog, as her leash tripped me up. Needless to say I was in immense pain and scared to death from the look of my face, and lacerations . I immediately started looking up dentists after I finally got myself somewhat together and to no surprise I mostly got voicemail boxes instead of talking to a live person. Then I contacted Dr. Toral's office. She answered and took the details of my incident. She then made me an appointment for later the same day! Again on a Sunday! She immediately got me in, gave me a preliminary exam, and prescribed me medication to help with the terrible pain. She was very thorough and reconstructed my teeth good as new in no time! I will forever be grateful to her and her amazing team for their patience, diligence, kindness, and meticulous work making this experience as pleasant as possible. Thank God for leading me to this place. They have a new customer out of me, as I will continue to go here for my regular dentist work as well from now on. Please if you are looking for a dentist look no further. Dr. Toral and her amazing and super sweet staff are top notch! They take their time with each and every patient. You are in good hands here! I was clearly told that a cleaning and x-ray would cost $199. I specifically asked in advance who would be performing the cleaning and even took the time to check her reviews. But when I arrived, I was told someone else would be doing the cleaning--someone I hadn't researched or been informed about beforehand. I've never felt so uncomfortable or unsettled during any of my dental cleaning in the past 30 + years When I arrived, I was shocked to be told that the cleaning would actually cost $850, plus the $199 for x-rays and examination. When I asked for clarification, I was told the $199 only covered x-rays and an exam--no cleaning included. This is completely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I've had my teeth professionally cleaned once a year for many years, and dentists consistently comment on how well I maintain my oral hygiene. Charging $850 for a routine cleaning + $199 is outrageous and unjustified. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the pricing. I walked out feeling disrespected and scammed. I would not recommend TruCare Dental to anyone. This experience was a total rip-off!!
