Such an adorable café, with drive-thru in the middle of the shopping area! We were in serious need for a quick lunch, before hitting a 4 hour drive on the road. Plenty of parking and outside seating available. We were not greeted, as their barista was busy attending the drive-thru! We totally understood, so we went ahead and spent 15 good minutes browsing the menu anyway. Once, we were trying to place our orders, the owner says their dine in hours are closed and we cannot place a order. We were confused as we were standing at the counter for a good 15 minutes and NOW you say something? Why didn't the barista bother to say anything? Not the greatest ending, but we moved on.

    Their cinnamon rolls are yummy!!

This is a tiny coffee shop with a drive through. We were passing through town when we found it. Their cinnamon rolls are DELICIOUS!!! They are served warm, loaded with frosting, and topped with nuts!! They are pretty big too, so you should get full off only one! I am not a coffee person, but they have a ton of unique flavors to add to your coffee! The flavors sounded so good I was almost tempted to try some! A reputable person told me the coffee was quite tasty!

The menu is on chalk boards.

Very nice coffee house that will really satisfy your thirst and also has excellent specially foods. We had a huge homemade cinnamon roll that was totally delicious The cappuccino was excellent. Lots of breakfast and lunch options, too many to list. This is definitely a coffee shop the locals migrate to and that is a sign of good coffee! Definitely stop in when your in Pagosa Springs. It's easy to find and just a short distance off of the main highway, just west of downtown !! If you are in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, and need a place to sort out your plans and get a super drink, this is the place for your. It's small, quiet and friendly with tables inside and out and that includes a fantastic view of the Rocky Mountains and sometimes a view of the hot-air balloon which takes off just across the road !

The Mexican mocha latte and chai latte were pretty delicious, I'll give them that. Although the latte had all the syrup at the bottom... BUT the service was awful and not worth the price. Two drinks, a slice of quiche and a (small) breakfast burrito ran us $25. Also, the guy at the bar was rude and condescending. I felt pressed to order and he seemed impatient with us. Then the food took SO long. I mean, to the point I had to make go ask him if he remembered we ordered.. considering a quiche is not made to order and the burrito was basically just eggs and bacon, I'm pretty sure he forgot about our order. When I went to ask, before I could even get the whole question out of my mouth before he told me 'it's coming'. Miraculously ten minutes later out food arrived. I was interested in purchasing some of the items around the place, like through some of the vendors but he definitely made me feel like my business was not important.

Such a cute little coffee shop/cafe! It was recommended to us as we were visiting Pagosa Springs for a quick breakfast before hitting the road home. The staff were great to talk to and their food didn't disappoint. My waffle was on the pricey side but it tasted delicious. The "hash browns" are more like home fries but they were seasoned and tasty so I didn't mind. My friend loved her breakfast burrito and we both liked our coffee drinks--they have lots of unique flavors. Definitely recommend a stop in!

We went through the drive through and there were no prices on the menu. Not only is the food and coffee expensive for this area, but they add fees. They charge a "to go" fee & "conscience" fee yet we wait for our order for 15 mins. $27 for two breakfast burritos & two coffees. We won't be back

Cubano Americano: espresso layered with sugar. Yum!

Slow as molasses. It was rather aggravating. The coffee wasn't very good and the woman messed up my order.

Cute little place but the food was very blah. Oddest biscuit I've tasted and the veggie burrito was mostly potatoes.

Located on the main street in Pagosa with ample parking (the entrance is around back), it's a cute converted house with original wood flooring, bright lighting, and the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread when you walk in. We ordered the Ham & Cheese Croissant, which was buttery and flaky with just the right amount of filling. Next, my wife ordered a breakfast burrito smothered in green chili sauce. This burrito was surprisingly good (I helped her finish it)! The sauce was made with fresh Hatch green chile (NM-style), which we loved because it reminded us of home. The coffee was decent overall. My wife said her latte wasn't quite strong enough, but I really enjoyed my cold brew. When we realized an item was missing from our order, the staff quickly and efficiently hustled to make it right.

The owner of this little shop has really ticked all the boxes for providing an enjoyable dining experience. From the meticulously decorated dining room, to the scrumptious pastries, you can feel the heart and soul she has poured into it to bring her dream to reality. And for this little backwoods town to have something like this, is a treat indeed! It's so difficult to get a successful business up and running here in the Mountains. But I guess she takes after her mom in tenacity, because she is off to a good start. The pastries have the taste and texture of true French baking. She has either watched a lot of of the Great Brtish Baking show or she's done her homework when it comes to technique. And we can't quite figure out what she's done to create such a spectacular doughnut. It's not a cake donut and it's not a raised donut. It's somewhere in between and three times as tasty. If she can just keep this pace going and keep up with demand as it increases (and it will) she will be a true success. I highly recommend that you try this little patisserie. I am looking forward to going back for some French Onion soup and a baguette sandwich. And, if you are a coffee snob like I am, you can get a strong fresh steamed cappuccino, to go with your sweet treat. At 6:30 in the morning there's nothing like a fresh warm donut and a strong cup of coffee to kick start your day. Let's support this business Pagosa! We have a good one.

The latte was absolutely divine and is a must-order if you visit. For food, we tried the Patria Biscuits & Gravy and the Patria Loco Moco. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. The biscuits were soft, tender, and flavorful, while the gravy was rich and satisfying. It was a very filling dish. The Loco Moco was also enjoyable, and I appreciated the addition of green chile, which gave the dish a nice twist and added some much-needed flavor. Owner Matt and his wife Tasha could not have been more welcoming, in a "friend, we're so glad to see you again" way (despite having never met us before), and not a creepy, cloying way at all. My husband and I went twice in three days for breakfast and had great food and wonderful service both times. The food was cooked to order. The wait wasn't long at all. We love their selection of teas and heartily recommend the Tropical Green tea and the Passionfruit tea. I like a standard breakfast, and their Patria Plus Breakfast of two outstandingly delicious sweet cream pancakes, perfectly cooked bacon, scrambled eggs, and well-seasoned house potatoes was a winner. Their Biscuits and Gravy is huge and filling. We absolutely needed a box for leftovers with that one. The candied bacon, made presumably with a homemade sweet chili sauce, was sinfully delectable and addictive. The Croissant Smashburger with added avocado hit the spot. I highly recommend Patria as a place to try when you are visiting Pagosa Springs. We are new to the community and are thrilled to find a quality eating destination for us.
