What a lovely place to go for not only brunch but much more. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and inviting. Brunch options are the most well known but I think they'd be good for other meal times too. I personally got the Liege Belgian waffle with strawberries, banana, and whip cream and I thought it was absolutely amazing. The pearl sugar, the textures, and flavors! One of my favorite waffles I've ever had. I will be thinking about this whenever I crave a waffle in the future. Just the right amount of sweetness and crunch! My friend got the Hash Smash bowl. I got to taste a small bite and I found the aioli sauce to be delicious. Speaking of sauces, they have hot sauce buckets with a bunch of different ones to try. I found that very nice that they offer that and let people try a bunch of sauces they otherwise might not have had that chance to try otherwise. Also very interesting and unexpected that they happen to have boba drinks in this part of town. FYI though, their boba isn't soaked in syrup so it's bland if your drink isn't quite sugar heavy enough itself. Highly recommend the restaurant look into that and soak their bobas to take the drinks to the next level. Lastly, their menu seems to change quite often and the pics on yelp don't reflect the current menu anymore. You may see dishes/drinks missing or on there that you didn't expect. read more

2026 Road construction nightmare... however! This place was exceptional! Chai tea latte not too sweet, hot & perfectly spiced! Ordered the blueberry lemon cookie butter waffle. 10/10! Again not overly sweet for all of the goodness added to it. Great atmosphere & service. This place I'm sure stays busy. On a side note: people bring their dogs here & watching them take Scooby poops on the patio & beyond made me inside seating for me please! We stopped by this afternoon for brunch and were thoroughly impressed with the experience overall. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming -- from the host, to the server, and even the bartender who ran our drinks. The level of teamwork was very impressive! We felt very well taken care of by the whole staff, who checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. Wait times were a little longer than usual, but the staff kept us informed the whole time, and the food was definitely worth the wait. Their gluten free waffles were absolutely amazing. My only regret is not ordering more because they are on the small side. They have dedicated gluten free fryer and even a gluten free waffle maker. I have been gluten free for 13 years and have never been able to order a waffle at a restaurant before so this was very exciting. I very much appreciate the restaurants gluten free options and especially their willingness and ability to accommodate severe allergies. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and what can be made gluten free which made me feel safe eating here. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends as well! I highly recommend giving this place a try! I will also add that their menu did not list gf options but almost the whole menu can be made gluten free. I am so glad we stopped here for an early lunch! We got the bibimbap and PagoSlow fried chicken salad. The fried chicken in these dishes is so amazingly delicious, not overly fried, but perfectly fried and seasoned. It was so tasty. We were so impressed and satisfied with our meals. The vietnamese coffee w/oat milk was delicious. Our server was also super nice. If you're kind of a foodie, there aren't a lot of really good food options in Pagosa, but this place is excellent. TD;DR ---- 4.5/5 stars. Food was delicious. Boba and teas could use some refining, but not bad. (The 4.5 instead of 5 was because of the drinks.) Really nice spot to eat at the morning after a hot springs trip; would recommend! The FOOD ---- 1. Fried Chicken and Waffle (Maple Bacon): Crispy, delicious; ate everything and left no crumbs. I don't usually prefer bacon, but it was essential in this chicken and waffle combo. 2. Hash Smash (Sausage): My friend ordered this and enjoyed it! I tried some and I agree that it was quite tasty. 3. Liège Waffle (Strawberry, Banana, Nutella): My friend swears that this is the best waffle she's ever eaten. It's been weeks and she's still talking about how she will compare all other waffles past and present to this one. 4. Extras: Fried eggs: Standard, nothing to write home about. Good accompaniment to the rest of breakfast we ordered. The DRINKS (Boba/Bubble Tea) ---- 1. Jasmine Pitaya 2. Chai Milk Tea This review comes from someone who has many a boba/bubble tea drink in her lifetime. Both of these drinks were neither the best nor the worst. I enjoyed the Jasmine Pitaya flavor for the noticeable jasmine taste. The Chai was...bland (and it was not because it was watered down by ice); flavor just wasn't as strong as we had liked. The tapioca boba themselves could also use some work (like soaking longer in syrup, or more concentrated syrup). But a pleasant surprise to find boba in a small town, and would encourage to keep refining flavors. The SETTING ---- Cozy, personalized, not pretentious! Little games for little kids everywhere. Very much mom-and-pop local fare. Service was attentive. Hot sauce caddies were available and I thought that was GREAT. My friends and I got to try quite a few good sauces; we have a shopping list now! The Seed Ranch Thai Green Hot Sauce was really nice. (Note to owner/manager: "Queen Majesty's Scotch Bonnet & Ginger" and "Danielle's Sauces: Sweet Scorpion Hot Sauce" might be nice options to try! Both are available on Amazon for accessible shipping.) Then....here comes the lemon pistachio and basil pizza, which was out of this world.The best pizza I've ever eaten. Again, the flavors each stood out and none was more overpowering than the other. We went for breakfast food but the lunch menu looks interesting .staff are very nice and we enjoyed sitting outside . The food and drinks were way too sweet and overladen with sauce. I would recommend asking for sauces or syrup on the side of you don't want your food drowning in it. I ordered the chicken and waffles and only tasted syrup. I told my server and she offered me other options or a new chicken and waffles. I declined. I will say she tried. It was like dessert instead of breakfast.
