From the moment we arrived, the communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and we arrived early to complete all of the required paperwork and make our payment. Despite that, we weren't seen until after 10:00 AM. Waiting over an hour after arriving early was extremely frustrating. While the staff did apologize for the delay, the apology felt insincere because it was immediately followed by excuses rather than genuine concern for our time. A simple, sincere acknowledgment and better communication throughout the wait would have gone a long way. When we were finally called back, there was little to no instruction about the process. As a parent, I wasn't told whether I should accompany my daughter or where I was supposed to go to discuss her treatment. The lack of communication made the office seem disorganized and left us confused. Overall, this office lacked professionalism, organization, and good customer service. Delays can happen in any medical office, but patients deserve honest communication, respect, and appreciation for their time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and based on this visit, I would not recommend The Dentist of Henderson

I was taken back after sitting just a couple of minutes by Angel the awesome tech. I love the technology of this office. They do digital X-rays and photos. Super easy no pain no stress, and super quick. I saw Dr Kaplan today. She is so nice and I got a great report today. My hygienist was Chelsea. I hadn't had an appointment with her in like a year. I guess I was scheduled with a different hygienist. She is so great! She is very detailed and personable. We caught up on what we have both been up to this last year, during my treatment. I just love the personalized care. I do have new info that they are using a new and improved fluoride treatment. It is water soluble. And it only has to stay on for 15 minutes to be effective. That means you only have to wait 15 minutes before you eat or drink anything. They have two flavors right now mint or watermelon. The watermelon flavor is light and sweet. I like it. They gave me sunglasses to wear during the exam so the bright light they use to see doesn't blind me. Lol. I was able to book my next 3 appointments while sitting in the comfy chair. I received a tooth brushing kit, perfect for travel or work. Check out was super quick. This office is professional, friendly and efficient. Team work in action. The hours are also important to me. They are able to get me in, late afternoon after school hours. So perfect! This office is right between my school and my house so it's perfect for me. There is always plenty of parking. There are spots right outside the door or right across. I like to pop over to Trader Joe's and dollar tree when I'm over here. I highly recommend. Check them out.

There was constant turnover -- the hygienist seemed different at nearly every cleaning, and my dentist changed multiple times. With each visit, the overall bedside manner felt less personal and more rushed. There seemed to be little concern about explaining treatment plans or helping elevate concerns I had. What ultimately concerned me most was the treatment planning. After seeking several second opinions, I was told by other dentists that some of the recommended treatment recommendations, including crowns, were aggressive and unnecessary. That raised serious red flags for me. I also began to feel uncomfortable with the front office staff. There was noticeable pressure to agree to additional services, and when I asked questions or declined treatment, the response sometimes felt dismissive. Because of these experiences, I decided it was best to switch providers. I hope they can refocus on consistency, patient communication, and more conservative treatment recommendations in the future.

We were greeted right away by the friendly staff upfront, and we got back to our appointments on time. My dental assistant was super cool and made me feel comfortable. I am not a fan of the dentist and she made it a bit more tolerable. Dr Newton was good as well, made me feel relaxed and was willing to help make the visit tolerable as well. I had a chipped tooth and a cracked tooth. The Doc got me a nice cap and it fits well. I had some other stuff that needed to be done and had it scheduled but unfortunately there was an insurance mix up and we found out it's not covered. He said to the woman my wife prepaid for everything and the woman said no you owe $2072 Did you want to make payment arrangements? My husband paid the $2072. I immediately called the office and was told that the staff didn't look to see it was prepaid. It took over 10 days to get a refund. The staff were rude, not apologetic, and just plain unprofessional. Never go to this office !!!!

Since it was my first visit, they did X-rays too. I was told the visit would be $25. I thought I'd be there for an hour. I was there for 2 hours and 15 min. They really should tell you that the first visit is going to be this long so people can plan accordingly. They told me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, but I waited a half hour before I left the waiting room. I had already filled out the paperwork online, so there was no need for me to be there so early. The dentist was pleasant and thorough . She did my exam and reviewed the procedures she recommended. Then, the insurance girl came in to talk about what my insurance covers. I told her all I wanted today was the cleaning. For some reason that price was now $75 instead of the $25 they told me it would be when I first arrived. I paid the $75. Finally, the hygienist came in to clean my teeth. She was very friendly and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. On my way out, I noticed they had a sign in the window that said a cleaning, exam, and x-rays was $59 for new patients. I'm not sure why I was charged $75, even with my insurance, if they're only charging other new clients $59. Overall, the medical professionals at this office were professional and competent. The wait time and total visit time took too long. And I feel like I overpaid considering they charged me more with insurance, than they do people without.
