I cannot thank Dr. Dunk and his team enough! Tomorrow I was leaving on a trip to New York, and just the day before, one of my veneer teeth fell out while eating. I was stressed and worried I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in time. After searching on Yelp, I came across Dr. Dunk. I did notice a mix of reviews, but honestly, I believe no one can please absolutely everyone--and I trusted the positive ones. I'm so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, and Dr. Dunk himself was incredibly professional and kind. He took his time (about an hour) to make sure everything was done properly, and the result was perfect. My veneer looks amazing, feels natural, and I left the clinic with so much relief and gratitude. In fact, I was so impressed with his work that I already decided once I return from my trip, I'll be coming back to have a few more teeth taken care of by him. I've been to four different dentist before I found Dedicated dental. I had an infected tooth and another tooth where an old filling fell out and had a huge painful hole in it. Other dentist rushed through the exam and tried to charge me outrageous prices. I met Dr. Bui and he worked with me through the financial part, explained everything that needed to be done and why. He helped me through all the pain in my mouth. He makes sure it's the least pain as possible and he truly cares about people's dental health. I had the most incredible experience here. An old filling from a dentist in California failed, so I called Dedicated Dental and they were able to get me in two hours from the call. I have terrible dental anxiety, and Dr Bui was so delicate and made me feel comfortable. I had to be numbed (worst fear), and he was SO GENTLE. I have had so much dental work in the past with many different dentists, and he is hands down most gentle dentist I have seen. I had to come back for a permanent crown and be numbed again. It is the first time in YEARS that I haven't cried at the dentist. So grateful to have finally found a dentist who also has phenomenal bedside manner. He consistently checks in to make sure you are comfortable, and is upfront about cost, time, and expectations. The girls at the front desk are also so sweet! This office is absolutely not professional by any means. I have an appointment established for Monday. Unfortunately they are unable to verify my insurance because they don't know how to do it. I had an individual state that they would call me back in 10 minutes. It's now been two hours and every time I call they send me to voicemail. It's really a shame ,that the doctor may be a good dentist but will not be able to establish new patients because their staff is horrid. I've scheduled this appointment for over two months. It was not what I expected. The dentist has no bedside manner. He immediately wanted to do a procedure after the x-rays. As a senior, I need to connect with you before you administer an anesthetic. I did not make a connection with him. The vibe was one of a money grab and no concern for the patient. The prices are too high. However, he quickly refers you to a finance company with a 30 percent interest rate if you are inadvertently late on a payment. The name should have given a clue. read more

I know I needed a dentist so i'm checking reviews on here, Web MD, & Health Grades and Dr Bui got great reviews so called them & Stephanie, a front office representative got me in asap! I saw Dr Bui and I needed stronger antibiotics and pain meds and an extraction which we scheduled a week out so the antibiotics could work on the infection first. Had tooth extracted yesterday & after being well numbed it took him a very short time to pull it. Dedicated Dental with Dr Bui & staff are honestly great! Moved to Vegas for school therefore I had to find a new dentist in town. I was told I had 4 cavities and my old silver fillings needed to be replaced. This office only offers white fillings in which insurance does not fully cover. I paid over $200 for X-rays and then at the end of my appointment seven new fillings came out to $1000. I decided to get a second opinion so I went back to my hometown dentist office that I have gone too for years and where my whole family goes. Turns out I only had one small cavity that has barely begun. I was able to get X-rays, a filling and a cleaning back in my home town for only $25. My husband was a walk in at the office in Henderson, with unbearable pain. The office is clean and employees are nice. Unfortunately they're not honest. They say they take all PPO insurance, but be careful they won't tell you if it's In or Out of Network! After he was seen he was told what had to be done. When going over what the insurance covers and doesn't cover, I asked why our insurance won't cover more? They come up with a reason, and jumped right into trying to finance us, knowing it was a PPO Out of Network and keeping that to themselves!! The receptionists were very friendly and got me in right away, despite the fact that they were very busy since it was on a Monday. The Doctor ended up having to do a surgical extraction for my broken tooth which usually would be sent to a specialist; but he handled it right there. My entire family goes to this dental office, including my children for orthodontics. I really love the office staff, they are always so pleasant to deal with. There have even been a couple of times where I have mixed up appointments and they are so accommodating about fixing the problem. Two years ago I had issues with a back molar Dr. Bui got me in the same day and made me feel so comfortable. Had the permanent tooth within a week. Just recently I had a fall which busted my two front teeth and I was Devastated!! It happened during the weekend but I called and left a message and he got back to me the next day! He was able to get me in Monday first thing in the morning, again him and his staff made me feel so comfortable, he had me fixed up with a temporary set that day, and I received my permanent crowns today (one week later) and I could not be happier! His attention to detail is amazing! He is gentle and patient. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! I have found my permanent dentist! Worth every penny! I would be cautious going here to get work done. First prices are ridiculous and doctor comes across money hungry. I came in because I broke my tooth and needed a root cancel. When I made the appointment the person on the phone said I can come in for a complimentary visit to see what is going on. I get there and the Dr made unwarranted comments about my skin. I have severe acne and have a Hypopigmentation spot on my cheek. He goes on to ask me what happened to my face and how he nevers seen that before and he has seen a lot of things. He then goes on and on asking his assistant have you ever seen that before?. Ridiculous..what kind of doctor never heard or seen someone with vitiligo before which causes the same issue g0ranted that is not my case. He goes on to take x-rays and says that one of my crowns is lifting and it will need to be replaced. He then tries to lift and shake my crown lose. Why? I am not even here for that. Basically he is trying to cause more problems so he can get more money. He scheduled a root canal on the tooth that was broken and quoted a high price. First he is a general dentist and not a specialist that perform root canals daily. I would precede with extreme caution having him perform your root canal as per a previous reviewer stated per her bad experience with him. He tells me that my tooth is infected and that I will need to be on antibiotics for a few days first. He prescribed me some antibiotics that when I went to pick up at the pharmacy they told me because I was already on antibiotics because I had my wisdom teeth removed the new antibiotics he prescribed may cause excess yeast etc. She informed me to call him and let him know that I am already on antibiotics. I informed her I already did tell him and this is what he gave me. On top of that when i went to check out that complimentary visit turned into a 50 dollar visit because they had to take x-rays she says. Of course they had to take x-rays how else are you going to see what is going on? I canceled my appointment and went to a specialist that did my root canal the same day and was phenomenal. I asked my new dentist as he was doing my root canal was it infected and he stated no. You just have a very angry tooth because you broke it. BEWARE going to this dr and try and find someone else or definitely get a second opinion. I will never go back there. 0 Stars read more

I've been living out of state for over 7 years and all the other locations I've been to never have cancellation lists. I think this has happen to me 3 times over the past 12 years that I've been called when they had a cancellation. Thanks for the great customer service. I went in to this office with pain on my lower left side, I knew I had a cavity and something needed to be fixed. They didn't tell me that they were out of network for my insurance and wanted to charge me almost $2000 for a root canal and crown. When I couldn't pay that they told me they could just pull the tooth. That's insane. I'm 24 there's zero reason to pull a tooth at this age. They were super pushy about getting me to come get this done and I just made the appointment because they basically made it seem like I had no choice. Very strange. Went and got a second opinion, I'm paying $1100 for my root canal , and seeing a specialist to have it done instead of just a regular dentist. I'm also getting the highest quality crown put on. This place is outrageously priced. The new dentist I'm seeing was so kind and they reassured me if I have any issues making payments that I just need to call and we can work it out. UPDATE: Second visit for my 6 month cleaning, and once again I am so happy & pleased with my cleaning. I love my dental hygienist Érica who is so amazing, sweet & so gentle with my cleaning. I usually hate the dentist & dread going, however this office cured my PTSD with dentist & I absolutely love how affordable it is. Absolutely loved my first visIt here. From the moment I walked in, the front reception greeted me & welcomed me. Their waiting area is VERY comfortable & relaxing, offering free complimentary water, coffee & even NETFLIX! Didn't wait long to see the tech who also was super sweet & adorable! Again, I felt very comfortable & she was also very patient with how nervous I was feeling. Once I got my xrays done, didn't wait long to see Dr.Boui who is such an awesome & funny doctor who explained thoroughly what's going on with my teeth & what kind I do to keep up with it. Then the part I dreaded the most was cleaning turn out to be favorite part, I got to pick a movie to watch AND my hygienist Érica was AMAZING! Super sweet & SUPER gentle with what she was doing! Upon arrival, I was asked to rinse with a peroxide solution. I did comply but did not like this. I have been to many dentists and never was asked to do this. Then on to x-rays, done by Attila the Hun. I kept gagging but she did not stop. Terrible. Then they refused to do the cleaning I was there for, until I paid an additional $133.00. I had already paid $99, which was the agreed amount per their web site and phone conversations. Then the dentist wanted to do a crown, which he said I was covered for, but required payment up front. So, I cancelled the cleaning appointment for the next week. I made an appointment at another dentist and asked to have my x-rays sent to the new dentist. They did comply, but the email was impossible to open, due to encryption. Initially I thought I had found a good practice but was sorely mistaken. I would not recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. read more
