Called in hoping to get seen right away for wisdom teeth extraction for our daughter, it was really last minute but they got us in within a couple of house do calling in. Took the X-rays to find that they wouldn't be able to do it in office so they referred us out. We were hoping to get the. Removed over the weekend since our kiddo had a long time day weekend, so they called and arranged for us to be seen by an oral surgeon tomorrow. I am seriously blown away by their customer service. They are so kind and helpful! Side note about just walking into their office, walking in and checking in you're greeted by the nicest lady, you step over and it's like you're in a living room area, there is coffee and water in the corner for you to grab as you wait. The dental assistant that helped us was super sweet. She was just so warm and sweet. In the Actual room itself it was so cozy. The vibe there was really amazing. Our dentist Dr. Le came in and helped answer all our questions and the check out lady was also very helpful. We did call on a whim to come to this office, but I think moving forward we will most likely make this our future dental office. Thank you again all of you guys for your help! After a few initial front office issues, I spoke with Dr. Villamayor and agreed to come back for deep cleaning and irrigation which I'd never had before. After reading too many reviews about the pain and discomfort for days after the procedure, I was VERY apprehensive and almost "chickened out" on the day of my procedure. Dr. Villamayor already has an excellent reputation and she promised to give me extra local anesthesia. Between that and Alejandra calming me down, Dr. Villamayor proceeded. ZERO PAIN! The worst part of my procedure lasted less than 2 seconds. I felt a slight pinch when the anesthesia was injected. I am writing this 3 hours after leaving the office. All the numbness is gone. Although I was advised to expect some gum soreness, I feel ZERO discomfort of any kind. I was able to each solid foods without any issues. BOTTOM LINE: I'm a spoiled perfectionist. In my opinion today, Dr. Villamayor deserves 10 stars. read more

I'm sitting here with not one, but two cuts on my lip from my cleaning this week. They are hurting and swelling. I was confused why my lips hurt and then remembered I went to the dentist this week. I was soaking wet during my cleaning. Down my neck, my forehead. When she got done she says, we have 3 other people if you want someone else next time. I came here after a personal recommendation. The first visit was no better. Again, I just thought it was not adjusting to a new person. That week my mouth was aching after my visit. I've went to the dentist twice a year my entire life. So dentist appointments are no problem for me. And the two young girls, the doctor and assistant, were gossiping like school girls inappropriately while doing my treatment. Very unprofessional. I did at least like the second doctor better. But after two tries. I'll be moving on. But I wanted to not try another new dentist after i just got X-rays. I was recommended this by someone that was in the dental industry. Very disappointed. I should not have injuries from a simple cleaning. Both appointments. read more

The main dentist is competent, but cancels appointments after I waited months for those appointments. I also got stuck with a secondary dentist, who was clearly incompetent. They even cancel cleaning appointments where you don't see a dentist. Even though they appeared to give you the option to choose who cleans your teeth, my last cleaning was a completely random new hygienist after I waited two months to get the person who gave me a good cleaning previously. I've never had my teeth cleaned before in my life where the hygienist didn't use both hand tools, and the ultrasonic scraper- until now. My last cleaning with this provider, was completely substandard. This was the final straw for me. I will not be returning to Amber Hills Dental after years of trying to do deal with their cancellations and substitutions. read more

It has been 4 years since I have been to the dentist. Definitely was a good experience being able go back, especially here. What I loved about this dental office is the homey feel you get when you walk in. They have couches to sit on and chairs that make you feel at home while waiting to be called back. Not only did they have that, but they have coffee and tea that you can choose from. But wait there's more. As I was walked to the back to get my X-rays, they had the cutest machines (specifically for the littles) and well, you know most kids are afraid of the dentist. This appears to help and thought it was thoughtful to make their experience much easier. This was even before I got my X-rays taken as I got these done they told me every step of the way of what they were going to do no surprises. After I was done, I was able to take a seat in their patient rooms. These are awesome! I say this because they have televisions you can watch, best part they even have one on the ceiling. For those who dread going to the dentist you probably will not even think of pain, nor fear the dentist once you have been here. I loved how they made sure I was not in pain the entire time they did my cleaning. Best part was being able to discuss my concerns. Thanks to Dr.Le and his team, he was completely honest and gave me options rather than just going for the money. I literally had a concern with grinding my teeth at night and finally found out what was wrong as to why I did. Hands down, glad I chose this place looking forward to my next visit. read more

This dental office is very affordable, very caring, has impressive availability, and is very professional. Right before Thanksgiving, I called for a fit-in because one of my crowns came off, and I could not promptly get to my out-of-state dentist. The other places in Henderson and Las Vegas told me to wait until the week after (which would ruin my feasting on all the yummy food!) - and it also would have cost more. This office was willing to fit me in that evening, but because I was finicky and only wanted to see the lead doctor (I know, I know!), they still got me in the next morning. The whole team was very caring and professional. The doctor was gentle, thorough, kind, and considerate. I've moved a lot in my life and have had many dentists and literally tons of dental work. Earlier this summer my 18 year old bridge broke. I'd had numerous root canals and a bridge due to a bike accident that knocked teeth out and broke my jaw. I was so sad that my bridge finally broke and had to be replaced. It was a long involved process, but all the staff and Dr Aimee made it very bearable. She had to pull three teeth to prep my mouth, then a temp bridge. I opted to not have sedation and she made sure several times that I was numb enough and had no pain. My temp bridge fell out a few times and they got me right in to cement it back in. Cut to a few months later, after my mouth healed, got impressions and my permanent bridge was made, I finally have a beautiful front set of "teeth" again that I can trust to bite a sandwich. I highly recommend teeth over no teeth. And I highly recommend Dr Aimee and all her staff. PS: they let me pay in installments after my insurance payout and although it wasn't cheap, it didn't bankrupt me. Here's to another 18 years (or more) hopefully! read more

I came in a little while ago for a cleaning and some issues with a wisdom tooth fragment sticking out of my gums, and all of the nurses and staff were kind and did a great job if i was rating off of their work alone it would be 5 stars but this rating is solely based off of the horrible doctor. my usual doctor i see was not there this time and doctor peitre had seen me for this visit and it was the WORST experience i've ever had with a doctor in my entire life. i told her about the pain i was in because of the wisdom tooth fragment and she straight up did not believe me, she doubted everything i was saying and was extremely rude about everything, i would say i keep up with my teeth pretty well, i've never had a single cavity in my life. she made it seem like all of my issues were from not brushing good enough, doubted any pain i was in from the tooth fragment, was condescending in every way. it's already nerve racking enough to go to the dentist or any doctor and feel judged. i can't imagine how she treats patients with worse teeth than me. so moving onto doubting my pain, she proceeded to smack my teeth hard with the handle end of a pick and of course it hurt, bad, and she didn't believe me, she said just brush better and the pain will go away, and so i asked her well what about the tooth fragment, it hurts because it's stabbing through my gums, i figured she would have a look and either say that she could remove it and do a numbing gel or refer me back to the doctor who removed my wisdom teeth in the first place. she's looking over it one more time and without any warning goes into my mouth and scrapes the piece out of my gums with a pick and it hurt so bad that i started crying, and i have a high pain tolerance, and of course my mouth was bleeding. i was furious, i asked her how i was supposed to deal with the pain from the fragment being removed as it hurt way worse now and still does 2 weeks later, eating has been a huge struggle before and after, and she said i'll just refer you to a root canal specialist and walked away, didn't even want to say goodbye to me or hand me the referral personally, and had one of the nurses do it because i could tell she just didn't want to deal with me anymore. i'm 22 years old and some people would say i dress and look a little different, and i feel like so many adults mistreat me and are rude because of this and they see all younger people as a nuisance, whatever, i can deal with strangers doing that, but for a DOCTOR to be treating people differently because of their age and how they look is not okay at all. i will not be coming back ever again if i can't see my regular doctor next time. read more
