Had to change dentists so I chose to come here as it's right near my house and you can't miss the sign on the building. New patients first appointment is your consultation and exam where you get xrays and meet the dentist. Checked in with ease, I had printed the new patient paperwork online and had it completed beforehand so I didn't need to fill out anything. They just needed my id and my dental card copies. I had Dr. Kim and he was great. No cavities asked if i had any questions and I got my handy dandy flouride toothpaste because I've brushed too hard and need that extra sensitive toothpaste since sensodyne just isn't enough anymore. Robin was my hygienist and she was very personable as well. I got lucky and was able to have my cleaning later in the day so I cane back at 5 for my cleaning woo hoo!! My cleaning was with the awesome Robin who was gentle and again very personable. I had no issues and was in and out with ease. No waiting time at all!! Robin scheduled my 6 month cleaning, gave me my goodie bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and chapstick. I checked out and was on my way. I am very pleased and scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Thank you Dr. Kim and Robin for an awesome first impression. I loved my old dentist back in Florida, but apparently now that I live in Vegas, I thought it was best to find a dentist closer than 2,000 miles away. I dread new dentists because it always feels like going to the car mechanic where they find loads of stuff wrong and tell me how white my teeth could be. Hopeful for a change, I went on Yelp to see what they recommended - and I'm thankful I did. I saw Dr. Kim and Mo as a new patient. Dr. Kim took the the time to answer all my concerns and I even got to see some crazy 3-D technology of my teeth. DUUUDE! And yay no cavities, or trying to get an upsell for a deep cleaning. The next day I returned to get a cleaning with my new hygienist Jessica. She was really sweet and I'm not sure what magic she used but my gums didn't hurt as much as they normally do during a cleaning. Thanks, Jessica! Everyone was really great at the office and it's definitely state of the art. I did have to make my appointment a month out in advance, and I wasn't able to schedule my cleaning until I had a new patient exam. Luckily, a spot opened up as the date got closer, so I didn't lose out on my yearly benefits (woohoo). I have been going to Dr Hill's office for years and for at least a year I was complaining of tooth sensitivity and pain. They take X-rays but only prescribe me a sensitive teeth toothpaste. Turns out I needed a root canal. How long were going to let this problem go on for? Also the last time I was there the receptionist was super rude about the type of insurance I have. I didn't make up my benefits I have what my job offered to me. Somehow my new dentist has no problems with it. No longer recommend this place. read more

I love how Dr Hill addressed my concerns and came up with a treatment plan to get me to my goals. So I received a recommendation for this dentist from the Nextdoor app. I've been looking for a dentist for quite some time as my fiancé has sensitive teeth so a gentle hygienist is a must. Unfortunately my experience at this location didn't even merit meeting anyone other than the receptionist. I walked in with my fiancé at about 9:50 A.M. with our new patient paperwork in hand already filled out with the indication we both had appointments for 10:00 A.M. The waiting room was solemn as most dental offices are, however what struck me by surprise was we were not acknowledged or greeted when we entered. This made for a poor first impression because not only were we the only people in the waiting area but the receptionist looked at us both as if she was confused why we were even there. My fiancé proceeded to say "Good morning!" to which we received no reply. We approached the desk and gave our names and stated we were here for appts at 10:00 A.M and the first reply we were given was "Anthony, I have here your appointment was at 9:00 A.M." I then replied "Okay, is there anyway you can accommodate me?" The response was a cold hard "No." I then told my fiancé okay, just proceed with your appointment to which the receptionist then advised that her x-rays had been performed at another location last year. "Okay, so what does that have anything to do with our visit here?" I asked. "Well your insurance will not cover them." I find it a poor assumption that this information was not delegated. It's almost as if she didn't want us there to begin with. - A little context: My fiancé called her insurance ahead knowing that having gone to 2 other dentists and having inpatient services performed without dental work, with bad experiences at both previous locations, her insurance would be aware of her search for an accommodating facility with no penalty or loss of coverage. I then proceeded to cancel both appointments and left the building. We are people, and in order to be respected you must first show respect. Having someone rude and unaccommodating as the face of your company doesn't exactly come off as a business I'm willing to support. There may be great dentists at this location but the supporting staff is less than mediocre. read more

I'm sad to have to write this review but after going to Dr Hill's office for over three years, I started seeing someone closer to home. What a shock I got when they took X-rays and couldn't believe I'd been faithfully seeing a dentist my entire life. Five deep cavities under crowns (that absolutely could not materialize in the six months since my last cleaning). I agree that Dr Hill's office is clean and the staff is wonderfully friendly, but more importantly, I needed them to actually look at my X-rays. Every time I went there I was told how good my teeth were and they didn't need to see again until my next cleaning. I'm looking at a lot of wasted time in a dental chair, pain, and a fair amount of money to correct their mistake. So disappointed that I trusted them. read more

Horrible customer service, I'm extremely angry and my time has been completely wasted. I called about 1.5 months ahead of my appointment schedule to give them my insurance information and to tell them to check if my insurance worked ahead of time. That means they had 45 days to see if my insurance had worked or not. They should have checked if my insurance was fine the same day I gave it to them so I could figure out my own stuff. I know my insurance works because I had an appointment right before the pandemic shut down, and had to cancel all my old appointments with my other dentist until they opened back up. This office didn't check it until a few days before my appointment date, and didn't even bother to tell me my insurance was terminated until I walked into my appointment THE DAY OF! That is absolutely ridiculous because in the 45 days I was waiting for an appointment, I could have gone somewhere else. I'm so upset because I need dental care ASAP and had to hold off on it for months. read more

Great service and great dr. He fixes a problem in 5 min. that another dentist could not figure out in 3 years. Hard to believe, but true. Also, love that they make the crowns on the same day. The price is about 1/2 what I paid my previous dentist for the same reason (need a temp, etc.), which you don't need with Dr. Hill. When our dentist of 20 years dropped out if network, my family was quick to find a new one. Little to our surprise there was one right down the street. With great reviews from co-workers and trusty Yelp, we decided to give it a go! We were pleasantly surprised when we all came in. Scheduling was a breeze! The office is very clean and staff are nice and helpful. The Dental Hygienist, who I found out is no longer there, was so kind and knowledgeable. The doctors are great, too! I joked with one saying my mouth is boring, rarely have cavities or anything. Then a few weeks later I called for a pain (so much for boring) and they saw me the next Monday and resolved my issue. So grateful for that! The only thing is they don't see children under 12. They have recommendations, which one they recommended was great as well. Otherwise, we really like this practice! Came in for a routine cleaning and mentioned to the hygienist that one of my implants might be a little loose because I've noticed an occasional click when I eat. No pain but I was concerned and wanted to be sure everything was ok. As soon as my cleaning was done Dr Hill came and removed the implant crown to inspect it. Long-story-short he decided to re-mount it with an adhesive and scheduled me for a no-cost crown replacement once I return from an upcoming trip. This is the kind of professionalism and honesty I've come to expect from Dr Hill, and the reason why I'm so happy I found this office. I have been seeing Dr Hill for 3 years and very Thankful for it. I had the worst looking teeth and hated to smile. In the past sadly had some bad Dental work. He had to re-do an old root canal and discovered cotton still packed in it. I also had 30+ year old caps & crowns and an older bridge so we decided to replace and do a new bridge . I have been coming to this dental practice for years now and I think it's time for an update. The staff members, especially those who answer the phone and schedule appointments, are extremely friendly and courteous. I have been seen by a few of the dental hygienists and they are very sweet and considerate of patients' comfort. The office is clean, modern and overall very inviting. But there are some downsides that are hard to ignore. I often wait a bit to see Dr. Hill once I'm in the chair. When I do see him, he is nice, albeit quick and maybe even a little rushed. What I don't love is that the staff seem to liaise between me and the dentist. They talk to me, and then communicate my concerns to him - sometimes inaccurately - and I don't get the opportunity to talk directly to him. I think this system works to save the dentist time, but it feels a little impersonal when they're doing a "she said..." routine with me sitting right there. Lastly, Dr. Hill is very conscientious when it comes to making me as comfortable and pain-free as possible, but when the job is done he doesn't give me enough of an opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, etc. I just had a wisdom tooth removed and, Dr. Hill spent all of 10 minutes with me to administer novocaine and pull the tooth. His assistant's way of going over the post operative instructions with me were to have me read them without even verbally reviewing the salient points. Look, I don't expect mimosas and conversation with the dentist or his staff, but a little patient education goes a long way. read more

Dr. Hill and Dr. Kim (I have seen them both) are professional, gentle, ethical, and kind. They give a good thorough examination and don't recommend treatments or procedures unless they are needed. They don't like to see their patients in pain and great care is taken to make sure everyone is comfortable during the visit. X-rays now are a breeze and much faster with their new digital system. I practice excellent home care and they always give me kudos for it! I used to have a phobia about dental visits, now it's almost a pleasure! I'm grateful that I found this wonderful group of people. Made an appointment for a cleaning. Because I was a new patient they required to come in for a check first (X-rays, etc.) - I don't have dental insurance and paid $100 for the initial check (I did not think that was a lot considering the number of X-rays and pictures they took, + consultation with the dentist). For the cleaning they charged $70 and the cleaning lady did a great job. I haven't had a cleaning done in a while and in the beginning she said my teeth might require deep cleaning (done with anesthesia and takes longer) but in the end she did a great job without any of that in one hour. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning in 6 months :) I will also use them for any other dental needs that might show up. Just a thing to remember - when I made the initial appointment there was a very long wait l, however, they put my name on the list and i got a call within a week as someone had cancelled. Same happened with the cleaning. If the appointment is one month out and you want it done sooner you have quite high chances to get a phone call to get in sooner. read more

I've been going to this office for my dental needs for a year now. This is my third dental office in the three years I've lived in Las Vegas and definitely the best of the three. Finding a good dentist in a new town is really hard and I'm glad that my search is over. The first impression of a dental office is always the front desk staff. When I called to schedule as a new patient the woman I talked to was friendly and welcoming. On my two visits in since then I've found the front desk ladies to be friendly. Every part of the office from the waiting room to the exam rooms are clean and inviting. Each cleaning area has a TV overhead for entertainment during your cleaning. Love that! My hygienist is Monica and she's awesome. She makes dental cleanings as painless and pleasant as a dental cleaning can be. Monica is really friendly and fun to chat with at appointments. She makes appointments more like catching up with a friend. She does a great job getting my teeth nice and clean too! I've only met Dr. Hill one time, at my first visit, but he seemed nice. The office hours couldn't be easier to fit into my schedule too. They have evening hours a couple days a week. I love that I can fit in my cleanings without missing work. Monica even sets up my next appointment immediately after my cleaning and gives me a card reminder. read more

I am new to the area and I had a cap fall off a back tooth. My experience was just as the Yelp reviews indicated. Good service, nice team. They have a friendly and efficient front office. The dental assistant that helped me was very nice and informative. My cap had come off over the weekend and they fit me in the next day. Dr Kim was able to reuse it and cement it back on. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and got the job done fast, effective and with no pain. I was in and out in 45 min. There was a minor copay and problem solved. DR Hill has an all women office. A group of ladies do cleaning and x rays. another group is more advanced and helps with procedures. If Dr. Hill get upset with you you will not get another appointment. I have been a patient for 8 years and have waited a year to get a cleaning, still waiting. Dr. Hill did find time to start work on a crown, he did the root cannel, put a temp and I was to come back. Never got a call 2 months later and he has never finished the work. Well all I can say is Service Service and more Service. I came out from Los Angeles for a full mouth reconstruction consultation on a Tuesday.. The way I was treated by the staff alone I knew this was the place for my treatment. Dr Ken went thru every step of the treatment and explained all the time it will take for both (best / worst case) conditions regarding my bone health. That was enough we started that Thursday and now 7-8 month later I have the best smile the most beautiful smile I could ask for. There were a few time during my treatments Dr. Ken and his staff work up to 15-16 hrs on a Saturday even Sunday he picked me up at the hotel for some follow ups.
