Purchased in June and didn't take possession of the golf cart till the end of August, about two months. The dealer lied to me multiple times. When I finally got the cart we ordered, Russ, the owner, refused to deliver as promised. He refused to pick up the loaner as promised. I had to file a complaint with the state Attorney Generals office. Today I tried to switch out my charger which quit working and He told me he wouldn't honor the contract and replace the malfunctioned charger. I had called and was told to they would switch for one that worked so I drove to Chehalis and was then told by the owner that he wouldn't change the defective charger. This has been a nightmare dealing with this company. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere

I was referred to Golf Car Services by a guy I bought some golf cart parts from on Craigslist…read morebecause I needed some electrical wiring work done and some other engine work (timing adjustment and valve spring upgrades). Rob assured me he could get it done, and after a month or so they said the work was done. From what I can tell, the job was done as requested but I've been unable to road test it sufficiently because during my first road test yesterday, the transmission began making horrible grinding noises and now the cart cannot be driven. In addition, they replaced the starter solenoid for some reason with an aftermarket solenoid that froze and no longer functions. The original solenoid may have been old, but it worked fine and I did not ask them to replace it. I asked Rob for the part number of the replacement they installed and he said he did not know. I asked for info on an OEM part and he suggested I look on eBay or Amazon. So in summary, if you have a golf cart and you like to waste your money on nonsense, talk to Rob. GCS never offered to warranty their work, I dropped $500 on the work they did, never received an itemized work order even after requesting one, no receipt for cash paid, and now I have to spend another $86 on an OEM solenoid and get the transmission repaired.

Back in November 2023, I took my BR600 blower in to be looked at. It was acting pukey, on off button needed fixed. I figured it needed a tune up, I purchased it at pawn shop 3 years ago for under 300 dollars, never had it serviced ran like a champ, and I'm hard on them! So I thought maybe bad gas, spark plug etc. They call and tell me a few weeks later that it needs carburetor rebuilt and valves adjusted. I asked how much, and I believe it was well over 300 dollars. I said ok let me think on it. My father had just been admitted to hospital with a brain bleed and wasn't doing well. The guy on phone said well you will need to pick it asap, like it was taking up alot of space? I was completely pissed after telling him about my situation he didn't care. So I went and picked it up, I believe I paid 50 bucks to have her looked at. I didn't have the time back then to look at it and was using my new 800 I had purchased from them. Well guess what? Last week I pulled the old girl out put new gas and new plug in her, yup she runs great! Same carburetor and no valve adjustment!!!!! Ladies beware, try and have someone who is mechanically inclined, look at your machine before going here, and get charged for repairs you don't need! Absolutely disgusted with them! I will go here for warranty stuff, but I will no longer step foot anywhere near here!

I've done it twice and even though I was first in line the last time, it took 20 mins for me to get through and it just got slower for everyone behind. What they'll do is they'll send you a text to let you know when to get in line, so feel free to wait in your car until you get that text. It costs about $150 for the vaccinationsor each dog and even though that sounds like a lot, I priced it out with a vet and it was going to be $300 to $500, so this is really a bargain. The staff is nice and very gentle with the dogs.

What an incredible inventory for a store so close to town. I came looking for seed and bone meals, ground rock minerals, lime, and such, for making Complete Organic Fertilizer. They had everything needed to make COF, and quite a bit more. They even had Langbeinite. Wow! Friendly and super-efficient customer service was provided during both of my trips this week, and Star was especially helpful in the amendments area out back by the bales of straw. I used to go shopping for farm supplies at another store south of Oly, but no more. With a convenient location, friendly staff, and one of the best selections of stock anywhere, Eastside UF&G is my favorite new farm store. It's worth the drive from Seattle, or anywhere else in the Puget Sound region. I'll be back!

The manager did give us at no charge the grease and oil needed to do the job. You just have to not assume that the job is done right, in today's world, you can't take anyone at their word and double check your own equipment. Nice people but hard to find reliable workers.

You can get farm supplies, dog toys, boots, tools, snacks, etc. Parking can be rough when it's a busy day, however, it doesn't seem to be as busy following the grand opening weekend. The staff is courteous, but not particularly helpful, so they get marked down for that. I walked past three staff members during my last trip, but none of them asked if I needed help. However, when I checked out, the cashier gave me a $10 off coupon. That was pretty nice!

We got a massive tree at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and it had the same smell as the hardware store I used to go to for popcorn when I was a kid. The only down side, and it isn't much of one, is I wish they trimmed the tree when you bought it. When we got home we had to do a little snipping in our apartment to take care of stray branches. It is now, looking amazing and probably one of the best trees I have ever gotten . Thanks wilco!
