I bought a Branson tractor a few years ago and was very satisfied with the price and tractor's performance. I have the tractor serviced by this dealer and they take care of service that it needs. Last year, I was dragging a tree through the woods and had another tree fall across my backhoe levers which required getting the control unit replaced. I've spoken to most of the employees at Boulder Equipment that includes the owner, office lady and their service mechanic and never had any issues or complaints. This review of my experience was not pleasant. I dropped off our battery powered golf cart to their facility on a Monday of which they were closed. I luckily found a person there that took care of me. I wanted to support a local company & read the reviews on Yelp & it was in close proximity of where we use the golf cart. Boulder Equipment had our cart for FOUR WEEKS & couldn't find time to give me an explanation of what was wrong with it. I called every week to get excuses from Christa as to why they havent had time to look at our golf cart. From "Very Busy Time of the Year", to "Sales & Service has priority", to "There are 20 customers in front of you" & on & on. So I finally called in the 4th week & Christa had more & more excuses as to why they haven't looked at our cart yet. I asked if it was going to be done by July 4th & she replied that she couldn't be sure of that. So . . . I told her I wanted to come & pick it up & I would be by this coming Sunday morning. I asked her to be sure that it was charged so I could drive it up on our trailer. Drove out on Sunday morning to pick up our cart. Found the cart & found the key where she said they would hide it. AND YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE I FOUND ?? I found an invoice for no charge, but amazingly they found time to troubleshoot what was the matter with our cart & wanted to replace all six batteries for about $1100 + tax. Christa . . . If you would of performed this inspection within the first 2 weeks that you had our cart, you would of earned our business. However after four weeks of your BS, how long would it take to replace the batteries for our cart ?? Another 4 weeks ?? No Thank You !! We found a Mobile Golf Cart Maintenance person & replaced 2 of the batteries & the cart is running fine & holding a charge. Very disappointing service from Boulder Equipment !! read more

Bought a 3520H from Rod, great service. A little confusing since the tractors are all shown outside in a field but it gives you a better real feel for the tractors when test driving them, rather than inside a parking lot. Upon delivery Rod took a half hour to show me all service points and had many tips and reminders when operating the tractor. read more

We purchased a golf cart from Boulder Equipment. This is a small family business that really went above and beyond to make it a good experience. I don't know of any other golf cart place that has a consistently good rating. These guys do. They did not gouge us on price. Very attentive through the process. A business with integrity was refreshing. read more

I bought a machine from Boulder several months ago, and figured, "I'm just getting a little tractor for small work. First off, my experience with the staff at Boulder has been nothing but positive. Great Sales team, great service team, just a good group of people. Then, the Mahindra Tractor, though a subcompact 26HP MAX has been consistently performing beyond expectations. My Dad, an old Ford 8N, and Massey tractor guy, assured me that it wouldn't work like an old heavy tractor. He was wrong. This "little" machine does every bit the same amount of work his Massey 50 will, and more. Versatility and performance in a small package. No hassle, no used car salesmen tactics, straight forward with a real interest and concern for the customer, I Recently bought a new tractor with several implements after spending the last year working with other local dealers (and being dicked around and treated like an idiot that could be sold sold all the typical "BS" like used car sales men work,) finally finding a dealer that listened to my needs and concerns and not trying to squeeze every penny out of me that they could, i wish i would of dealt with boulder from the get go, and i will conduct all my land equipment needs and service from them in the future and recommend them to every one. read more

Very poor service and didn't have the product they advertised when I got there. All they was a bunch of junk. Tractors are stored outside and it shows. Save yourself the trouble and go get a Massey, John Deere or Kubota. Kiperts in Tumwater has Masseys with a 5 year warranty. read more

Customer service sucks! I bought a backhoe only because they had the only one left in the area for the next 30 days! Otherwise I wouldn't have bought a damn thing from them with the way the front desk lady acted and the bait and switch 3 days later on the price. I get a flyer from there office tuesday from one of their guys it says $5800 then they tell me Thursday $6200 after learning that I will be buying the tractor from OR since they had the model in stock I needed. I planned to buy the backhoe from Boulder since they were the only one left with one in stock and I needed it ASAP and could not wait for 30 days for a new shipment to come in. I show up to buy the backhoe attachment which I called the day before about and she told me she would call me back and give me the best time of the day to stop and grab the backhoe no call so I just come down the next day like planned. I bring my new tractor on the trailer down there to attach the backhoe I was going to buy and first off she left early for weekend no one in the shop knew she was leaving they say. The kid in the shop has nothing saying I am buying it so someone else could have come in and bought it and he cant figure out the computer inventory and calls the lady that is suppose to be there. She says we wont hook it up to your tractor we were just going to load it into trailer we don't have time to hook it up to your tractor and would charge shop time to do that. I can't believe my ears I am going to spend $7000 and you tell me you are going to charge shop time to hook up the backhoe really. This should take about 10-20 minutes(17minutes what it took me to hook up hoses and connect my first time by myself with no experience doing it). I am thinking I buy the attachment and you wont hook it on the back of my tractor REALLY. Well the real reason I figure now is they don't want to hook it up is because they knew the hydraulics don't match up even though it is the same brand tractor and backhoe but they have weird fitting on the brand new models. While the shop guys are transferring the backhoe to mine even thought the lady never said it was ok and the owner shows up and didn't seem to have a problem hooking it up until the fittings didn't match. the owner seemed nice and put in a little effort to find a hose for it on Friday afternoon but in the end we didn't get it working to my tractor even though it should have been as simple as screwing two quick connects to the hydraulic lines. In the end they were more worried about getting the backhoe off his lot and letting me deal with finding the fittings to make it work. So I buy an attachment and it can't even work because it doesn't have the right hoses fittings! They send me on my way to deal with the problem myself over a holiday weekend. I receive no follow up call after the weekend to make sure that I could find a hose to make the hydraulics work. I had to spend $150 for someone else at a hydraulics shop to make up the hoses to make the backhoe work. Not happy at all. How ever the dealer out of Bend OR that I bought the tractor from( he was sold out of backhoes or I would have bought from him) was going to ship me the fitting overnight for free when I called him to see if he knew of a problem with the fittings even though it was not his fault because I didn't buy the backhoe from him. I would NOT recommend Boulder Equipment dealer. They don't seemed to concerned with their customers needs. I told them that I needed the backhoe and they didn't deliver. You should know that the hoses don't fit the newest tractors well maybe if they had a new version they would have know that. Don't know what to say besides wasted 2 days with trying to find the fittings instead of using my tractor and backhoe! read more
