Constantly had to shift the comforters around so the washer wasn't uneven then again in the dryer so they would be throughly dried. The facility is practically spotless clean, employees are constantly cleaning and extremely helpful, a variety of sizing for washers and dryers, and vending machines that have detergent/softeners to purchase in case you forget yours. Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these!

I set up a pickup online, was told the approximate pricing, and we set a date. They picked up on time and in a few days, I had my rugs back, good as new. They did an excellent job cleaning, and I now will use them each year to get things cleaned. I highly recommend My Laundry Spot, they were fast, efficient, and did a good job.

Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.

I even have them dry clean my travel Beis backpack and it comes back looking brand new. WARNING: Parking can be tough sometimes! This plaza is not the biggest but they have a dedicated parking spot just for them so I've been able to snag that front space most of the time but be prepared to park a little farther, especially if you're arriving during lunch time as there's restaurants around.

Instead, I got the suit back covered in gray and black marks throughout the garment. To be clear, I dropped off a suit with one minor issue and got back a suit covered in new ones. I picked it up, drove straight home, and as I was hanging it in my closet I started noticing mark after mark after mark. I immediately called because I was genuinely shocked by what I was seeing. They didn't care! No resolve! What is most frustrating is that nobody mentioned a thing when the suit was returned to me. A white suit covered in dark marks does not magically end up that way after leaving the store. Someone should have noticed. Someone should have said something. $400 and it had been worn once.... I trusted professionals to care for it, and it was returned in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. Now I have to take it to another cleaner and hope they can undo whatever happened here because I no longer trust this business to touch the garment again. Take your clothing elsewhere!!

Laundromat is clean and employees are constantly keeping tidy and wiping washers down. People will continue to walk around without masks even though it's clearly labeled throughout the store that a mask is required. The prices are a little steep, you can find cheaper prices if you drive out of the do area to a different laundromat. This place is convenient and stays open late for those of us who work all day and have to do laundry later in the evening. This laundry mat owner is horrible. He is openly discriminating against my mother and kicking her out because of her service dog which is against the law and a major ADA violation. He says he does not care about the ADA law. My mother's dog detects her seizures and for him and his employees to mock my mother saying " she can walk just fine, she doesn't need a service dog" is BS. Not all disabilities are seen. We will be filing a complaint to all places we are able to. I will not let this rest. read more

Save yourself the trouble and save time by going somewhere else. However, they refused to let me use the free dryers and insisted I pay extra to use the largest dryer, claiming it's required for blankets--even though my blankets didn't even exceed the maximum fill line. There are no signs stating that blankets must be dried in the paid dryers, and this policy wasn't mentioned in advance. It feels like false advertising. They lure you in with the promise of free drying, then apply hidden restrictions to force you into paying more. Because I couldn't justify the unexpected cost, I had to pack up my wet blankets in bags and take them home to hang dry. It was a huge inconvenience and completely avoidable if they had been upfront about their policies. I found the experience misleading and frustrating. I don't recommend this laundromat--there are more honest and transparent places out there. Avoid if you value fair and upfront service.
