What a GREAT PLACE! This is the best Laundromat EVER! I came here regularly in April and May when we just moved in to our new home and didn't have a washer/dryer. It's a very clean place. All the machines worked and they take cash and credit cards. But the best part of it is that they have a full-time employee there. They are cleaning and maintaining the place and helping keep the customers in check. So I never did a review back then as I was busy getting our new place together. Today I had a king size comforter that needed to be washed. I went to Wallace. They have Large Size washers and dryers. The Largest washer fits for the comforter. One Load is $6.50. I had a minor problem and sought assistance. Fortunately they have an awesome employee by the name of Rachel. She was friendly and helpful and got me going back on track. While my washing was going I asked Rachel for the nearest Dry Cleaners so I could drop my wife's coat off. Well it just so happens that Wallace handles Dry Cleaning as well. They don't do it there - but they have another company that does it for them. So Rachel tells me that the price for cleaning the coat was $24.99 plus tax. I thought that was kind of pricey so I made a few calls to other nearby cleaners and their price was cheaper than the other two. So I left the coat in the good hands of Rachel and Wallace Wash. While I was there I met the owner of the business. He was very nice and friendly. I complimented him on his business and his awesome employee Rachel. I found Wallace's by chance, and have been a loyal customer since. I have moved from the area and still come across town to for there service. There staff is great but one stands out above them all her name is Sharlene. She has the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. She makes you feel like you are welcome and like you are part of a family. She goes out of her way to also check on you and see if there is anything she can do. She has a amazing personality and always smiling and never stops working. She keeps that place clean as a whistle. I think I found my new laundromat! This place is really nice! They have plenty of washer that range in size. The small washers are $2, the front loaders are $2.25 and the really big ones are $5. They have free and paid dryers. The laundry attendant was really nice and kept the place tidy as I was washing. They also have a vending machine, ATM and a full size vending machine for laundry supplies like soap and fabric softener. I will definitely be back here! read more

I frequent this place. I spend on the average of $20.00 a week, sometimes more. I have met the owner and really think he is a wonderful man. My experience tonight with the attendant was HORRIBLE. Many patrons know me and usually ask me questions. Tonight was no different. Another lady really needed to use the restroom. It was locked. I checked the office, a piece of tape was on the door for a 30 minute break. Alright, understandable. What happened next shocked and angered me! I saw her a few minutes later on the floor and politely told her who needed to use the restroom. She turned to me and said she was on her break. she talked to the other woman and passed me again. This time she stated, and I quote, "oh my God, I am on my Fu***** break and I don't need this Sh**." She then went to the bathroom door, unlocked it as she shoved it with her knee. I could understand if the lady was not doing her laundry. She and her husband were both there. Also present was a father of 3 children and the 3 children acted better than she did! I say cut her hours! Don't fire her, because then she can collect unemployment. If the owner needs a part-time employee, I am more than willing to work! "Doing laundry is my favorite thing on this planet to do!"...said nobody, ever. I mean, doing laundry just sucks. It's time-consuming, annoying, and can get expensive if you don't have the good fortune of having an in-home washer and dryer at your disposal. Up until last year, I've always had the luxury of doing my clothes at home until I moved into my current location. Our complex's washing/drying machines are horrible at doing both we quickly found out shortly after moving here, so off to experience a laundromat for the first time ever! Wallace's was the first place my husband & I went to get a ton of clothes done at once. Since he initiated the first washings (wow, that sounds ceremonial and weird, like I should capitalize First Washings or something), I think he just picked this place randomly since it's close by a Jimboy's and we just wanted tacos while we did our clothes. The location is pretty scary, but Wallace's is like a little oasis in the ghetto. It's MEGA clean. There is always an attendant in there cleaning everything and watching the place. I have super-bad social anxiety so I never like to go places alone, but feel comfortable coming here by myself to get the horrible laundry ordeals over with. They have a machine that will convert your cash into quarters that always works properly, along with a wide selection of laundry detergents/fabric softeners. It has never really been crowded in there before 9am; I'm usually there free by myself to watch Maury announce who is the baby daddy on one of the TV's at Wallace's, so go early if you don't like crowds. They even have vending machines and some games in the back if you get hungry and/or thirsty or have the sudden urge to play pinball! The greatest part is the huge industrial washers. I worship those things. I can get a million loads (caution: rough estimate 'cause laundry feels like infinity, go to their website if you want official numbers I guess) of laundry done super quick. It's the best. It's also pretty cheap to get my stuff done considering how many loads I would have to do here at my complex to equal throwing everything into one big one at Wallace's. I was a little reluctant to use this laundromat after reading the bad reviews. I went for the first time this past Friday and was pleased. I was able to go get my laundry washed, dried and ready to take home without any issue. The WIFI is free for customers. The sign about the $1 wash is misleading. To wash your clothes for only $1 is for the cold wash cycle only. The bathroom is a little smelly, but, no issue with a clogged toilet. And it has a hand dryer to please the eco friendly customer. There are 3 flat screen TVs on each wall for your entertainment. There are snack and soda machines in the back, as well as an ATM for your convenience. Floors, washing machines bathroom I was very comfortable there. I have had a washer and dryer last 3 years so I haven't been over to the wash house. Well I recently moved and no longer have a washer and dryer so I headed over to Wallace's last night to knock a couple loads out. This is the cleanest laundry facility I've ever seen! There is an attendant on duty who is friendly and knowledgable! There is free wi-fi and even an arcade!
