I decided to go here on a random day. It was very easy parking and I like how you can just show up. However, the class did get full and they weren't letting a friend come inside which leads me to... the place is much smaller than I was expecting! Aside from being small and hitting capacity that day, the staff and teachers were extremely nice and attentive. They ran the class very smoothly and kept the kids engaged with activities the entire time. They have filled such a need in our Pico-Robertson/West LA community and exceeded all expectations. Asa and Mina kept the kids entertained and having fun, while the adults mingled and watched. Also, the play center is clean and well organized. I think the set up at Bounce makes it an ideal spot for a young kid's birthday party. The food and seating area is just outside the main entrance, so it feels safe and secure with the kids inside playing (supervised by Asa & Mina) and the adults lounging either outside or inside. What a great place to bring the kids! I bring baby H. for 4 months and she loves it more and more. As she grows up, new games, songs and surprises are presented to her in a very special and proper way. Asa and his team are fantastic, the installations are always clean and above all super safe. I went here today for open play with 2 of my kids, ages 3 and 4. I wasn't really sure what to expect, because despite the fact that I had heard good reviews, it was an open play for many ages at the same time. What I found was despite the fact that it was "open play", staff members were facilitating and interacting so nicely with the kids. They were able to easily identify when a child needed extra help with a piece of equipment or when it was time to take a break. I was most impressed that the owner even came in to play "beach ball baseball" with two boys whose skill level was above that of the rest of the kids in the room. The room was very clean, and the toys were well organized despite the fact that there were many kids using them! They were mats for climbing, rings for swinging, a small swingset/gym type of thing, a trampoline, balance beams, and even baby toys. I know that for the classes they are separated by age and all of these toys probably are not out at the same time. I'm already perusing their class schedule to find one that meets our needs. We are at birthday parties most weekends and usually the venue just checks you in and does nothing to help with the party. Asa and his staff got directly involved with playing with the kids making sure everyone had a great time. They decorated in Avengers theme, set up a bounce house at the perfect time, supplied bubbles and kept everything moving very smoothly. I scheduled my son's 4th birthday here in early December. Sadly, the night before his party he came down with the fever. Louisa, one of the owners, called me back at 9pm immediately after seeing my email and reassured me that we could find another date soon, she would make it work, and not to worry. I was prepared to have the party without my son- since we reserved that date! We picked two weekends later, and they did not disappoint. Ace is top notch, so friendly and high energy with the kids. They decorated, ordered drinks, pizza. We showed up with cupcakes, and they cleaned our party mess. Honestly, to pay the extra and have them decorate, order the food, and keep the party on a schedule was a life saver for us at a busy time of year and allows the parents to enjoy a party and be present! We love Bounce - the staff is very engaging with my daughter but they still allow her to explore at her own pace. There are activities set up but without the pressure that we've experienced at other baby gyms. My daughter is almost 2 and she loves the class. There is also a nice structure and flow to the classes without being too rigid. Plus - parking is free and the facility is very clean!! Just had my daughter's 4th Birthday here. The kids had a blast. The owner/staff is amazing with the kids! They were great at entertaining them with games and a dance party, so the parents could mostly watch. It's right above Ralph's, so we were able to grab supplies just before the party. I decided this year for my son's 3 rd birthday tondo it at Bounce and it was nothing short of exceptional. We had 24 kids and parents and had a blast. Coach Asa had the kids engaged from the moment they sat down in circle time till the end in a Bounce house. He designed a maze or kids circuit they had the children sliding, balancing, singing, dancing and bouncing three whole time. My 22 month grandson loves Bounce. I take care of him each Wednesday and his parents say he gets so excited for Grandma to come and take him to Bounce. He is enthralled with Coach Ace , who has an impressive background. He gives each child his attention. He is very energetic and always striving to make sure each child is engaged and having fun no matter the age. The class is a combination of song, exercise and learning. This class also helps learning socialization with other children and sharing. Lots of toys come out for children to enjoy. Coach Ace also takes the time to speak to the parents. He takes his time with each parent in between class and free time. His assistant is Samara (sp?) who takes care of running the front desk and everything else to help the Coach have a good class. By the time we get home he is ready for lunch and conks out for a good two hours! Come in and try it! read more

The classes are brilliant; educational and structured, but the kids really enjoy themselves and leave worn out!
