A true hidden gem. If you like video games and prizes, video poker and a wall 'o frozen cocktails! A few to know before you go tips- 1- Cash only 2- $1 game tokens given with food & drink purchases, dollar for dollar 3- Comp policy for poker machines doesn't include the frozen drinks 4- 21 and over! My first visit was a lot of fun, I dragged along 2 friends and we enjoyed the cocktails and gaming for prizes, and also video poker for cash. We each bought a T-shirt at the affordable price of 3 for $30. Most shirts are Bourbon Street related, a few aren't. Only the shirts can be purchased, the other merch/prizes are available with game tickets only. Games are 1, 3 or 4 tokens from what I saw. Pinball and Pac-Man are 1, the carnival type games and the other video games are 3 or 4. So at an average $3 or $4 each for games, buy food or drink to get them and not at the token kiosks! There are a few video poker machines at the bar, and more on the floor, Dotty's style. Dotty's and Bourbon Street share owners. Employees were helpful, and had info about the other Bourbon Street locations. Other than allowing smoking, I really like the place. read more

I came here to grab a drink for my brothers bday got some tokens to play games. Unfortunately all the machines were down and they couldn't give me a refund for some unknown reason. They should let customers know that the machines are down before grabbing tokens. There is a reason why the reviews are low and the place is dead. I regret giving them a 20 percent tip wont be coming back hopefully it closes soon for a more reputable bar like PTs. read more

Food is terrible service is worse. If your lucky enough o get the guy bartender he will at least help you. All the women walk around here bitter and mad. Can't get them to say anything to you unless they are enforcing rules. Used to be appealing because of the games but those don't even work. Well that was quick.... walked in on a Friday night at 6:30 maybe 4 people inside so not busy. Walked up to the bar and asked for a menu and the very uninterested bartender pointed to a stack of menus and said "right there". Umm yeah ok thanks. My husband and I walked to our seats and were there for about 5 minutes and not one person came over. Remember 4 people in the entire establishment. Walked out after that. Just found this place and will definitely be back! Decent sized place with a handful of arcade games to place. There's also 2 pool tables and a couple of slot machines. Went with a couple of my friends on a Thursday night. Wasn't a ton of people inside. Drinks are pretty cheap compared to other bars, even without a happy hour. And you receive tokens when purchasing drinks! Bartenders could have been a little friendlier but that's ok, wasn't sitting at the bar anyways... You have to go up to the bar to order, they don't have servers walking around. Only downside was the kitchen was leaking oil or whatever so they closed it early. After reading reviews, seems like the kitchen being closed is a common occurrence which sucks because we usually order food when drinking. Other than that, a super chill place to have some drinks and play games with friends. read more

All of us were of age and had ID's and denied service to our friend in a wheel chair because his ID was voided...the DMV has been closed down all covid and this man is 24 years old. Bourbon Street is so much fun, tasty frozen drinks and good food (when I've been able to order). My friends and I have our fill of drinks but EVERY time we go there, there is NO cook. Multiple times we have been told we can not order food (on different times, days and locations!). Why even offer food?? Walked in and was barely greeted by either of the 3 staff members that were chatting at the counter! I Sat down and asked if I could order food from the area I was in which was the bar. They all looked at each other, one lady whispered something to the heavy set guy he then walked off and the other lady said "well sorry I'm off now." The one lady said "we're in the middle of a shift change so give us a minute!" So I sit down like oh ok then. A few minutes pass she walks over and taps on the counter and says "the menus are right here!" I must have had a look on my face because she ended up handing one to me. I ordered my food, she puts it in the computer I guess then comes right back and says "that'll be $11" I said oh I have to pay before I get my food? She says YEA that's how we do it here! I've never heard of that considering I was dinning in. But ok! My food comes and NO ONE EVER checked on me again after. My water glass sat empty from the time I started my meal until I walked out! Beware: this place has a strict dress code. Vegas natives & have grown up in this area (over 25 years). As most residents know, temperatures outside can reach over 100 degrees. Came here on a holiday weekend only to be turned away because I was wearing a muscle shirt with a blue boarder around the arm & neck holes. This was NOT a ribbed tank (aka: wifebeater). Was definitely taken aback, that a neighborhood bar would have such a strict dress code - especially in the Centennial Hills area. I stopped here with my brother in law to have him try some amazing beers after not ever trying something else for about 20 years other than corona and stuff. I made him try an 805 after couple of his Coronas and he actually said it was great. But then Manny the bartender said have him try a purple haze Abita and he loved it. The he said have him try the big wave from Kona brewery and he was actually surprised of how there's such amazing beer other than the only you drink. I exchanged a few words with Manny he talked to me about a few beers, turns out he went the same bartending school I am currently going to 6 years ago. I came here because a group I'm in decided to try it out. When you first walk in it has a Dave and Buster vibe (on a much smaller scale) with arcade type games in the middle. To the right is a seating area with couches and low tables. There are bar height tables throughout. There are giant screens everywhere of course. So all this being said it's not a great place for a group, we had to drag all the furniture to one area with managements permission. After meeting some of our group we found we had to order our own food and drinks, no table service. The two guys behind the counter cooking and taking orders were very nice. But then we found out it's cash only. I had heard that but thought that might have been an opening a business glitch (they haven't been open very long). But no, that's a permanent thing. I had cash but there's an ATM so not to worry. I ordered a vodka cran and my husband a Bud Light. Both very reasonably priced and had we been playing at one of the bank of video poker games would have been comped. We went to our table and decided to go back up and get food. I ordered a muffuletta sandwich and he got a very big sausage hot dog called the Italian Stallion. Both for $12.00! And they were very good as well. The downside of the food is that I had to wait for it and at a table not so long a waiting time, but just standing there was awkward and took awhile.The music was loud and made visiting a little challenging. So the only reason I can't give Bourbon St a better rate is because it would have been great if they had servers. It's just a bummer to leave the group or even just another person and go get something to eat or drink. My husband and I really wanted another drink but neither one of us were into waiting in line again. They probably needed more than two people working on a Saturday night as well. So if you like good cheap food and maybe watching the game or arcade games and don't mind getting your own stuff, I'd say yes, give it a try. But for groups or if you prefer not to have to queue up for a drink, I would opt for somewhere else. read more
