I've only ordered food for delivery or pickup from here so can't speak to in person service, though from what I've seen of the interior it looks a cool and inviting bar and definitely somewhere I would for sure enjoy some good pub food. I can speak of the food I've ordered though, and to start off I do have to say their onion rings are incredible, in fact maybe the best I've had anywhere in Vegas. Lovely crispy batter with an amazing crunch and flavor but also not greasy like fast food ones. Good size portion too. The Chicken Tenders are nothing short of awesome, and a good hearty portion at a very reasonable price. They come with fries and choice of dipping sauce. You can also pick two different sauces for the chicken and have them tossed or on the side. I prefer the latter so I can dip my tenders. Their Tide sauce which is a spicy honey Bourbon is a great flavor, and also Mango Habanero, both are my favorites. They have some more spicy options and rubs too you can choose from. Their fish and chips are ok but also a bit underwhelming and not a very generous portion for the price. In fairness I'm a fish and chips snob since I'm from England originally, and there's only one place in Vegas that hits the mark for me (which I won't mention here since that would be unfair). With that said, the fish itself is pretty good and has decent crispy batter, chips are the usual pub fayre, again nothing special. Overall though, I'm pretty sure anyone that likes pub style food will find some favorites here so if you're in the area it is definitely worth giving a go. read more

This will be a short and simple review. As a female, a lot of female bartenders can be a bit rude. Mine and my girlfriends first time in, we were happily greeted by two lovely ladies behind the bar. They were so kind, engaging, and having fun with regulars. What great energy! I was craving some fried fish, so I went with their fish tacos and they weren't bad! I finished my plate. I also really enjoyed their thick, curly fries. The establishment is very clean and I plan on going back since it's down the street! read more

Flowing Tide Pub 8 is a 24/7 Bar, Gaming, and Restaurant located in Centennial. They offer all day breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, entrees and more. Seating might be difficult for some people. They have bar seating, high top table, Booth seating that is high. I noticed one small traditional table by one of the doors. They also have a few couches. We started with an appetizer of Caulifire (spicy cauliflower) with cilantro gorgonzola cream. The cauliflower was spicy hot so I used the cream on the side to cool it off. It was tasty and did have good flavors. For my taste the cauliflower was kinda soft. It came out like it was boiled or steamed. But it did have good flavors. We got our mains maybe one minute after the appetizer was served. I got the Pacific Salmon. I asked for a medium center. It came out well done but moist so I was ok with it. My platter came with seasoned rice and fresh assorted vegetables. Everything had nice flavors to it but the vegetables were all over cooked like for old people. My husband had the Fish and Chips. It was almost good. Everything was good except that the coating wasn't crispy. It was more soft like cake. Service could use some tweaking. Beverages should be served not by holding the tops of glasses where you sip. They should be handed by holding the middle of glass or lower. Also someone should check on you to ask how things are (we weren't asked). Also nobody cared to clear any of our plates or glasses. Almost Good. Cooking was a little off. (overcooked vegetables) Batter not right on fried fish. Service not so good. 3 stars still is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK read more

I went back to this pub for another dinner, and this time had another excellent crock of cheesy French Onion Soup, nicely cooked Deep-Fried Pork Potstickers, and a very good Grilled Italian Sub with thin French Fries, although the individual slices of two types of deli meat were not that well intertwined. Not everything went well on this occasion. The kitchen was out of Clam Chowder; requested Soy Sauce for the Potstickers never arrived; and lights were turned down so low at 10:00 p.m. that we could barely see or photograph our food after then. XXX-1/2 stars overall this time around! read more

The food here was really good, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. I was asked to leave my seat for someone else, though no one ended up sitting there, which felt uncomfortable. After the baseball game on October 28 around 9 p.m., the female bartenders didn't seem very engaged with us, making me feel out of place. We also weren't told about the $20 minimum spend for each free drink during the games. With clearer communication and more attentive service, this place could match the quality of its food and fun concept. To add on James wrote a review here a couple days ago from my review. We went here as a group for breakfast. Not only were the staff welcoming, but the service was also top notch. We were greeted when we came in and our orders were taken in a timely manner. My favorite part about breakfast here is a free champagne/mimosa with breakfast entree?! The best!! I had the prawn omelette and it was very tasty. read more

Some guys on hockey team started tradition TNF here at Flowing Tide Pub 8. I have been couple times now and it been awesome. I love that so many tv decent sizes spread out across the bar. VGK bar whenever play games on TV plus audio! Plus because not all bars willing put audio on VGK game. The HH specials are great deals all around. The service is Five Stars!! . If u get the opportunity Simone she is the absolute best! She is on it the whole time, attentive, friendly, and positive vibes. Food tried the wings fantastic! It not average bar food. It cooked perfect. Nice selection of flavors and moist and delicious. Sliders and Nachos pretty good. read more

This experience was Nicked and Dimmed from charging me .050 cents for teaspoon of chipotle mayonnaise, dollar 99 onion rings with a corn corned beef sandwich on marble Rye . The server was passive and had to be encouraged to bring extra beverages. This server was eager for me to pay the check right away. The lacking proper communication skills! I don't think to return to this location. Ambiance was a typical Sport Bar with multiple Large Screen TV plastered all around the sky line of vicinity. I even tipped a $1.50 ! read more

A little piece of home! This is one place I was sad to leave behind when relocating from Northern Nevada to Southern Nevada until I was reminded there are flowing tides here too! Stopped in for date night a few weeks back and this was such a good time. We enjoyed some good food, good vibes and got to watch the Lakers game. Ambiance of the place was much more mellow than the locations I'm most familiar with. It was a bit more upscale too. Place was calm, not too crowded, and quite spacious. Food: we ordered pork belly tacos for starters. Such great flavor, tender meat, and the salsa was not too spicy. I got my usual spicy honey bourbon wings and fries. I just love the curly fries because they're always cooked perfect and seasoned well. My date got the seafood pan roast. We both got drinks that included beers for him and a mocktail version of what seemed to be a jalapeño spiced Paloma for me. Both drinks were just fine. We got dessert which was a brownie sundae with vanilla ice cream that was pretty good. Service: service was average. Our waiter was nice and very patient with our indecisiveness and made sure we were well taken care of. No crazy long wait time for food or drinks, so that's always good in my book. Flowing tide goes over the top to provide a golden level service. Up to Captain's club, it's head of the table when you sit down. FTP shows so much appreciation they gave out $1k in free play for Christmas and a personalized gift this year!!!! I've won lots of money and hear from other locals, it's the best spot for paying. Just ask the night shift, coach is available on the weekends The kitchen is also great day and night. Just ask for suggestions if you can't decide. They all know the menu well. If you have any concerns like I've seen in old reviews, don't worry. Speak up and they will make it right. I've scoured the area for a great spot to make home and I keep coming back here. First time we went the food and service was very good, we got the fish and chips plus the Rubin sandwich. The blu cheese coleslaw was amazing. The 2nd time the food was not as good we had the fish and chips again and it was soggy, coleslaw was dry and not very tasty, The Philly cheese was tasteless.. the fries were good as always But I will return again soon read more

Serviceable Vegas style bar, with very large common area, with plenty of booths and other congregations for your larger parties. I thought the beer selection was fairly straightforward and the bartenders were nice. I came during happy hour, and the prices were very attractive for what you got. I've been here a few times and the food is really good. They have French Onion soup which is pretty good. I've also had the fish & chips which is the biggest portion I've seen in some time, the Dip is good, the cheesesteaks and the tots supreme all are good. They have TVs a plenty to watch during sports season and the ambiance, makes you forget you're in Vegas with a really cool nautical theme. The service is ok. Last night there seemed to be only 4 people working the front, two bartenders, a bar back and one server. The server, he was ok but not very attentive. Even though we were his ONLY table he had, I had to flag him down each time we needed refills or anything, but he was ok. Not the best but not the worst. We gambled about $80 and only had two beers, even playing a dollar a hand at times. When we asked for bottled waters, no one clarified whether they were complimentary, though they eventually comped them. After asking if we owed anything, we were told to "wait a second," yet it took 15 minutes to receive our check and we were still charged $5 for a beer that should've been comped. We love the food here. The service is great. It's pretty chill. Great happy hour choices and prices. Daily specials. Friendly staff. We are here most Saturdays and sometimes Sundays too. Right in our neighborhood. They have a rewards program that is great. Not stingy on the alcohol pours at all. They have great themed nights for the holidays. First and last time coming here. Food quality was not good. AT ALL. How do you screw up a salad? Happy hour was explained and waitress put in her own choices of our order. Solid neighborhood pub! I was delighted when Flowing Tide Pub finally opened because we needed more variety in the Northwest that don't leave you smelling like two packs of cigarettes. They allow smoking, but the ventilation is great, and they keep the place super clean. The food and service are amazing. Huge portions at great prices. Breakfast came with a complimentary mimosa, which was nice. - Ahi poke - light and refreshing - Nachos supreme - tasty and loaded- easily enough for 4 - Tidal Fish tacos - pretty good, not overly filling fries come separately -Hangover skillet - just do it. After reviewing the menu, we had decided to order the following PORK POTSTICKERS Served with hot mustard and teriyaki sauce APPLE GORGONZOLA SALAD Gluten Free Fresh mixed greens, caramelized walnuts, Granny Smith apples, & gorgonzola cheese tossed with red onion vinaigrette CIOPPINO Gluten Free A tasty combination of mussels, prawns, crab, & salmon in a piping hot and zesty tomato broth PESTO CHICKEN Tender grilled chicken with a savory pesto sauce, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on fresh sourdough The pub is new. There is spacious amount of table seating and bar seating available. The décor is ocean themed. Plenty of TVs are situated throughout the bar area if you're interested in watching the game (NFL, NHL etc..) We didn't wait long at all for our meal! The Pork potstickers were scrumptious! All of the food is made fresh at the pub. Shortly after, approximately 10 minutes, the salad and the remaining entries came out. My friend and I ended up splitting the apple gorgonzola salad/pesto chicken sandwich. There was so much food! The apple gorgonzola salad was super yummy! There was plenty of fresh mixed greens and granny smith apple bites within the salad. My favorite dish of the evening was the Pesto Chicken. There wasn't too much pesto sauce in sandwich, allowing other ingredients to shine such as the sourdough and the grilled chicken breast. I would order the Pesto Chicken again! This is a literal hidden gem! My wife got a tip about FTP from the Las Vegas Food Scene group on FB and took me there for a late day/lunch date to check it out. It really is hidden as it's off of Centennial Pkwy but tucked away behind the Chick-fil-A. It looks small from the outside but it's actually quite larger than you would think. The restaurant has great decor and a super great vibe...we could tell it's a fun spot for a chill time, sporting events or a night out to party a bit. Paulina was our server and she was super friendly, helpful and very professional! She helped us with the menu and all their great drink selections and even gave us samples of the different craft beers they had to offer. We had the tots for an appetizer and they were great! Paulina even brought out the different hot sauces they have for us to try...they are made in house and are great! I'm a huge fane of spicy so I hit up the XXX which had great spice and flavor, I really liked it. It turns out that we were there for the weekly taco Tuesday specials too...so yea let's do some tacos! Now we are very particular about our tacos being a Mexican family and know good ones are hard to find...especially in a pub right? Well let me tell you right now that the tacos are legit! Great selection and great flavor. We had the Fish, Al Pastor, Chorizo and Birria...all were delicious! We took Carne Asada home for our daughter along with the Fideo and she loved it and ate it all! Good and traditional Fideo is hard to find but they nailed it! The menu has so many options and we want to try it all. We heard the breakfast is the best around and it's served 24/7 so we will definitely be back for that! To top it all off, they have a 30% discount for military and first responders...nobody does that! So yea, if you are looking for a great place that is clean, has a great vibe with friendly staff and great food and drinks then you need to come find this place ASAP! Ambiance is definitely like any other bar just with some different decorations. Very comfortable atmosphere with plenty of room and machines if gambling is your thing. The service though, definitely great service from the staff and the food was really good. I heard their burgers were good and I'd definitely say I enjoyed my anchor burger and my coworkers ride burger looked great too. Showed up for Thursday night football. Place was busy and fun but had no problem getting a seat for our group of 6. Simone greeted us and gave us is exceptional service throughout the night. The beers were cold and the food was was amazing! Great happy hour and gametime specials... we will be coming back weekly if not more! Being in the service industry for over 35 years i can tell when company and staff care about what they do and Flowing Tide Centennial really checks all the boxes. I've lived in Vegas for 25 years and I have to say this is my favorite bar I've ever been to. Every bar I go to only the bartenders bring hospitality and personality if you gamble money because they will get good tips. In my experience here as a non-gamer, Symone goes above and beyond as a server to make sure that not only the drinks and food are provided promptly but you feel welcome and enjoy your experience here. I will recommend this bar to everyone I know and I am slowly seeing myself become a regular as well. It feels like home. read more

We saw her walking around the bar, serving others. But after 20 minutes and not even a look at us, we got up and walked out. We've been there before, liked the food, but won't be ignored. Great fish and chips, and probably the best fries I've ever had! Our server was friendly and attentive. My only problem is that smoking is allowed, and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. When I was there, only one person was smoking, so I toughed it out and stayed, but I won't dine there again. If anything, I'll order my food over the phone for pick up. read more

Got ignored the whole time. 3 bar tenders, and only was able to get someone attention after waiting 10 mins, dude couldn't even remember them either. Yesterday was opening day and Centennial is definitely craving some new places to eat at. I went yesterday and returned today! They do have Happy Hour - Yay! One of the things that I really like about the place is that the food comes out hot - as soon as it's in the window, it's being delivered. That is a huge plus! I had the grilled salmon which was really good! Again, the whole plate came out hot and the salmon was cooked well. I returned today to try the Raiders breakfast burrito and that also came out piping hot including the potatoes O'Brien. So far - definite winner!! read more
