Stopped in for a bite and really enjoyed it. The food came out fresh and had great flavor, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It's a cool local spot with a relaxed sports bar atmosphere that's perfect for grabbing a meal, watching a game, or just hanging out. I'll definitely be back.

This place has good vibes, good food, and good specials for locals. Their food gives good portions and has a lot of flavor. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it is that their spice level is a bit high overall. The starting point of their spice level is high medium to hot. Nonetheless, the flavors are spot on and their service is friendly!

It is a challenge to find decent Mexican food in the Northwest when you are Mexican and can cook well. That said, The Cantina passes the vibe check. I've had great experiences dining in person and via takeout now, which is a small miracle in itself. Staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, happy to offer suggestions, and enthusiastically fill you in on specials and deals for locals. When staff informed us that The Cantina is managed by El Dorado I was not surprised. I am happy that we can now enjoy the quality and flavors we enjoy at their OG establishments, here in our little corner of the valley. Chips and salsa are a good indicator of how the food will be, and they nailed it. I cannot pick a favorite salsa here because they are all phenomenal. The food was great too! I loved my aguachiles, though they came pretty cooked which is not typical. The flavors and freshness were there, so it was only a minor issue. The tajin on the tostadas was nice. My husband loved his enchiladas verde and said they are almost as good as mine, which is a huge compliment considering my cooking was one of the contributing factors of his proposal. Drinks were fabulous. The paloma was huge and different considering they use Jarritos, but the way the mixologist made the drink made it work. I ordered the pozole rojo for takeout and was impressed that they cook the hominy from scratch since most places do not. Attention to detail matters. My husband's carne asada burrito was huge, and apparently tasty because he did not save me one bite! We are grateful for this addition to Centennial and look forward to dining here more often.

Pretty cool litte bar with some decent music playing. The decorations here provide a bit of class and definitely add to the experience. The street tacos have no business being $6. The shredded chicken tacos were delicious and decent size. I wasnt mad at the price for these. As for the service, the staff was friendly and the beer was cold.

The Cantina is a 24/7 Bar, Gaming, and Restaurant located in the Centennial Area. The Restaurant offers a limited Mexican Menu and Smash Burgers. They do not use seed oils or use microwaves. I was told the only oil they use is beef tallow. Inside is kinda dark and decorated with day of the dead Mexican Pictures and other things like sombreros. But country music fills the air. Margaritas are decent. They started us off with complimentary chips and two very good salsas. My husband started off by trying a carnitas taco. He said that it was very good. We shared a chicken and steak fajita. WOW! everything about it was very good! The chicken was tender, moist, and developed with flavor. The steak had a nice delicious char and was very flavorful and very tender. I must give 5 stars because it was the best steak I ever had for fajitas anywhere. Guacamole was also better than from most places. The only thing is that the tortillas are not hand made but were very fresh so that's ok. Our server was attentive and helpful. She also informed us about all kinds of specials they offer here. 50% off to locals on Mondays and lots of other specials. It's great that we've found this place for the best fajitas in town.

The Cantina is a new restaurant that offers Mexican inspired food located in the Northwest Centennial Hills area. The spot is designed for adults and is more of a a full bar and entertainment space. The interior has a large bar area, big screen TVs for sports, and slot style gaming machines. It's also open 24/7! On the menu, it has a wide variety of options such as the following Street Style Tacos: Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Pulled Chicken, Carnitas, and more) Smash Burgers Fajitas and more If you're looking for drinks, the Cantina has options like signature margaritas, shot specials, late night happy hour, and more! There are a variety of promotions and pricing that the Cantina is currently running. On Mondays: 50% off your bill is you're a local Tacos & Tequila Tuesdays with $4.00 street tacos and $6.00 on certain tequila Taco & Beer Wednesdays: $2 draft beer with $4 street tacos There are a variety of happy hour and late night specials too! The complimentary chips included two different salsas - a green and red sauce. Both were spicy, but good! I ended up ordering 3 different street tacos. [1] Chicken: This was good. Loaded with cheese and Pico. The chicken was tender and juicy. [1] Carne Asada: This was my favorite. I did put the large avocado on the side. I usually like guacamole or the avocado sliced up. The Carne Asada was super flavorful. [1] Al Pastor: There was a lot of the sauce below the meat on the flour tortilla. It was difficult to eat the street taco. The pineapple was yummy with the Al Pastor meat though! My husband enjoyed the Fajitas and had plenty of left overs for the next day! The service was fantastic here and the food was delicious! I think next time we stop by on a Monday, instead of a Thursday afternoon, I'll be trying out a smash burger!

We visited on Thursday for lunch, with a party of two, and it was a nice experience. We arrived and were told to seat ourselves. There is a bar as well as several seating options, it is quite dark. The waitress stopped by and took our drink order, their margaritas are strong and tasty. We started with Chicken Taquitos. They were very fresh and well prepared. From there we went with Steak and Shrimp Enchiladas. The shrimp enchiladas were extremely spicy, I like that, but it would have destroyed anyone who can not take the heat. The service was excellent, the waitress was friendly, prompt, and professional. Overall, a nice place to grab a bite and a drink.

I have been a long time fan of El Dorado Cantina's restaurants (years and years!), but this new location has quickly become my favorite. First, NW Vegas is starving for some new places and the Cantina being 24/7 is such a plus. Inside: The decor is modern with the El Dorado touch. There's low tables, few half booths, a high tops and a bar. There's plenty of tv's around so it's going to be a go-to for sports watching. Service: Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. This is really a great neighborhood vibe. Chef Marques often comes out to talk with the customers and to make sure all is good. This means a lot - they care about the quality of food and they really show their appreciation for visiting them. The food: Delicious! Their Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos are amongst my favorites. You can get them a la carte. The tacos are filled with plenty of meat so with only a couple of them, you can get pretty full. Not to mention, if you get chips and salsa as well, you'll be stuffed. I also tried their Chicken Enchiladas and it was so good. The pulled chicken is super tender, the green sauce has a nice kick to it on the spice level. The dish comes with rice and beans. They run a special everyday of the week including all day Happy Hour on Saturday.

    $16 pozoles

Ordered delivery, one green pozole, one red pozole, and 2 chips and salsa. There was no salsa and the soup containers were both filled only about a third. The pozole were each priced at $16. Also limes were brown and radishes had mold.

Kid friendly? And one question about the pozole. We like the red but with chicken instead of pork. Would they be able to accommodate that?

It is a bar, I believe it is 21 and older.

Are all the fried foods cooked in Tallow? Does this include the Taquitos?

    My understanding is yes

Do you have any gluten-free items?

Yes they do have some gluten free options

The waitress arrived and took orders, their margaritas are tall and refreshing. We started with Chicken Nachos. They were constructed strangely, they put the refried beans on the plate itself, under the chips and other ingredients. You had to lift up the nachos to scrape the beans off the plate. We then went with the Ribeye Steak and Chicken and Waffles. The steak was cooked beautifully. They initially brought out hot honey instead of syrup for the waffles, which was confusing. Their "Hash Browns" are actually potato sticks. There were only 2 women working as servers/bartenders, so the speed of the service was a bit slow. We ended up waiting quite a while for the check. Overall, not a bad spot for a bite and a drink.

My friend Dana said, "Hey, there's a local restaurant near me that I go to all the time... and…read morethey're having a FREE BBQ Saturday night!" Free BBQ?!? It didn't take much to twist my husband's arm... though we weren't 100% that this would be anything much... because, as my husband said, "Nothing's free... and what do they get out of it? and how are they doing this... in this economy?" We arrived promptly at 4PM, because we knew it was "first come first served"... they had a DJ and a TON of games, raffles, free alcoholic beverages, swag (tshirts, beer cozies, pins, stickers, custom-designed etched wine glasses), various stations of fun activities... and... the entire restaurant was part of this... So of course we sat our party of 5 at a table in the main restaurant section... and proceeded to... order full meals and drinks from the menu. Listen, the prices are RIGHT, the food looked incredible, and technically they weren't going to serve the BBQ until 5:30... so... we figured we'd have an hour and a half to digest. I ordered a salad though... because I was dead set on some ribs or pulled pork or something... BBQ-y. My husband ordered the BLT with tater tots, and others in our party ordered sandwiches, fried raviolis, among other items like martinis, lemonade. Our waitress was so attentive and darling, really took care of us the entire time. At 5:30 the BBQ happened. Myself and one other from our party were ready, whilst everyone else had already had their fill with the menu items. But boy did they regret the fact that there was no more room in their bellies... because the BBQ spread was INCREDIBLE: A full salad with all the fixings, RIBS (!!), hamburgers (full size, wonderful patties!), hot dogs (delicious!), chili, mac'n'cheese, watermelon... my goodness it was an immense spread. And all was cooked superbly! And again, plenty of free alcohol as well. As I spoke to the other locals around the BBQ, I kept hearing exactly what my friend Dana said, "We live 5 minutes away... we come here ALL the time... we LOVE this place!" The vibe was COMMUNITY-CENTERED... it was obvious... and as the raffle winners were called, the entire place exploded into claps and whistles as each of the winners' names were called. Golden Knights jerseys, golf caddies, backpacks... it was all soo lovely, but those prizes were just icing on the cake... a "cake" consisting of a true LOCAL restaurant and it's COMMUNITY... each expressing their support for each other. My husband and I were floored. And humbled to see the entire event play out.... something you don't see enough of anymore. May Summit Tavern continue to enjoy their success in the neighborhood, and may other establishments learn from Summit Tavern's success! And THANK YOU... for a wonderful evening, Summit Tavern staff and all who made the night truly special.

There are a few video poker machines at the bar, and more on the floor, Dotty's style. Dotty's and Bourbon Street share owners. Employees were helpful, and had info about the other Bourbon Street locations. Other than allowing smoking, I really like the place.

Amazing unique menu! Nice atmosphere without being over the top. There's been a lot of new trendy /…read morebougie Mexican restaurants that are opening all over town with mediocre food, but this place actually has a great menu with amazing food! I would say one of the best nice Mexican restaurants in Vegas. We started with some margaritas. Prices are $12 for an 8 ounce, or $24 for a 20oz. I opted for the 8 ounce and my hubs got the 20oz. To be honest, the 20oz sounds like a good deal, but it wasn't so much because it had more ice than liquid. We got the Tommy's Style and Fresca margaritas. The Tommy's Style tasted more like a house margarita and the Fresca includes strawberry and lime. To be honest, the Tommy's Style margarita tasted a lot better than the Fresca because the Fresca was a bit bland. We ordered their beef tartare and Prawn al Achiote to start. Both were amazing. The prawns were shareable between two people, and these were the biggest prawns I've ever had. It came with chimichurri sauce, which complemented well with the prawns, but the prawns were still buttery and juicy enough without the chimichurri. For our entrees, we got the duck Vampiros de Juliette and Pollo Asado. For the side, we got the Fire Roasted sweet corn with bone marrow and salsa matcha. The duck vampiros were amazing with the super tender and juicy duck carnitas on top of a tostada and cheese. The corn with bone marrow was amazing as well. The bone marrow was very tender and tasted great with the spicy salsa they put on top; however, there was more salsa than bone marrow, though the taste was still fantastic. What other Mexican restaurant could you find beef tartare, duck carnitas, and bone marrow? Fantastic food, and will definitely be back next time we're in this side of town!

Yelp Review 2026 #179:…read more I've been wanting some good pozole and I saw their menu online says they have it so, I had to give this place a try. This spot on Norman Rockwell has changed restaurants at least twice. It was originally Leticia's then, another Mexican restaurant (the name escapes me), and now, La Casa de Juliette. The entrance is facing the main road. The parking spots along the side are only for 15 minutes so you would have to park on the other side or the bigger parking lot behind the buildings. They have patio seating but you don't really want to sit there in the summer months. At least I know I don't. We got a booth inside and I had a view of their small TV so I can watch the World Cup. Our server took our drink order and handed us menus. Service was pretty friendly. He asked us if we had food allergies. I have a lot but I know not to order food I'm allergic to (at least not the ones that cause an anaphylactic reaction). Pozole Rojo: Braised Pork, White Hominy, Toasted Chili Broth, Chicharrón, Radish. It comes with tostadas too. It's a pretty big bowl enough to be a meal or to be shared by two people as an appetizer. I was missing fresh onions and cilantro. There's a restaurant in CDMX with really good pozole because it had more protein and cabbage than there or broth. This definitely had more broth. I didn't finish this. Pozole tastes better after a day or two. 3/5 Fish Tacos: Order of 2 Fried Mahi Mahi, Chipotle Slaw, Piña Pico de Gallo. I got food allergies so I can't have pico. I've had fish tacos from several different places and not have pico on them that have sauce that made their fish tacos taste amazing even without pico. I guess I really missed out on flavor by not having pico from this place. 2.5/5 Enchiladas: Your choice of Braised Chicken or Beef Brisket. Corn Tortilla, Stuffed with Queso Oaxaca. This was good. The chicken wasn't dry. The sauce was tasty. 4/5 So, why 4 stars and not 3? It's not their fault I have food allergies. Maybe, the fish tacos are really amazing with pico.
