    Vendor stall inside GSP mall
    Dolly C.

    - Bright, welcoming vibes with free samples (like many other GSP mall vendors)--I sampled the falafel and chicken wrap - Friendly and patient staff - Choose from their signature creations or build your own meal (pita, bowl, or wrap) with 2 bases, 2 dips, 6 toppings, and 1 sauce - Very generous portions--my bowl was packed - Fresh bases and veggies, but meats were mixed--beef kafta took a while to come out, but was cold by the time we started eating - Flavors were mild overall--could use more seasoning and punch - A nice alternative to the many teriyaki chicken stalls in the food court, but not particularly memorable

We got a table right away. The menu had a variety of dishes like appetizers, soups, gyro, kebabs, pasta, pizzas, seafood, wraps and sandwiches. In drinks section, they had the Turkish coffee and tea. We started with their complementary bread, so fluffy and light, we pretty ate the whole thing before any of our dishes came. I ordered my favorite fried liver cubes from the hot apps section, and it was fantastic. It was full of flavor, perfectly sized cubes and properly fried. Tasted so good with the complimentary bread (we requested a second one). For entree we ordered the Mix Grill and Karisik Izgara as it was a perfectly sharable dish for two and we got to try 5 of their kebabs that are lamb shish, ground lamb, chicken shish, ground chicken and grilled meat patties. Both ground kebabs were excellent, full of flavors. The shish and patties were also good. We got the margarita pizza too, but that one was disappointed, seemed like some sauce was just thrown on top of the cheese and wasn't baked long enough. Our server was really friendly. She always stayed on top of things. Our dishes came out in quick time, it was impressive. Despite the shortcoming of the pizza, which is not usually a Turkish dish, I was thoroughly impressed by the actually Turkish dishes, like liver cubes and kebabs. I'll for sure visit them again whenever I feel like having kebabs next time

We had to ask twice for our rice we ordered for entrees to be brought out because our server forgot. Fine, that happens. But what really threw me off was when I questioned if the mold in my cheese was normal, the server assured me it was naturally occurring for the flavor. I felt gaslit because I have never had Parmesan with such questionable green growth on it for consumption in any restaurant in my entire life. The server said if it bothered me, he'd bring out fresh shavings with no mold. I have left pictures so you can be the judge of this. Aside from my minor issue with the cheese, the ambiance of the restaurant was nice and there's plenty of choices for meat and non-meat eaters alike

The Montvale…read morelocation isn't too far of a drive for me, but I would love it if there was one even closer... I've been coming here frequently for the past two months and I'm officially addicted! If you're looking for a healthy and delicious meal... NAYA will not disappoint. It's a fast-casual franchise inspired by Lebanese/Middle Eastern cuisine. The menu is straightforward and follows the typical "build your own" food model. You can create your own bowl, pita roll, or salad. Then you add your bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces. The toppings are UNLIMITED, so go off!!! Plus, they give you free pita bread! They also have a small selection of hot & cold appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The prices are reasonable and they give you a generous amount of food. Depending on how hangry I am, I can usually split my food into two meals. My go-to order is the Naya bowl. I highly recommend trying these: *Chicken Shawarma (roasted strips of marinated chicken) - One of my favorite proteins! It's tangy and garlicky. *Falafel (fried chickpea croquette with herbs and spices) - They're super crispy and deep fried to perfection with a golden-brown exterior. The inside is a vibrant green color from all of the fresh herbs, spices, and grounded chickpeas. *Beef Shawarma - Tender, juicy, and savory! *Baba Ghannouj - A must try for eggplant lovers!! It's smoky with rich flavors from charred eggplant, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. *Hummus - It's creamy, nutty, and earthy. All of the ingredients and toppings are fresh. Every bite is a burst of flavor! The staff is always friendly and packs my bowl to the brim, so I can't complain. They get busy during lunch rush hours, but you can order ahead to avoid a longer wait time. The interior is bright, modern, and welcoming with natural lighting and greenery. There's a good amount of seating. Add NAYA to your rotation of fast-casual healthy eateries!

This time I ordered a rice bowl with shawarma. The shawarma itself looked very odd -- almost like jerky in texture -- though it wasn't hard to chew. I got it with the green and red sauces, hummus, and garlic whip. Flavor-wise it was okay, but the presentation was sloppy by the time it arrived. The bowl looked like a complete mess, and I couldn't even tell what was what. This was an Uber Eats order, and I've ordered through Uber plenty of times without issues, but this one was definitely a miss.

The young woman taking care of our section was kept extremely busy but she did a great job. I had the chicken Caesar salad. The most recent time, it looked and tasted defrosted and re-heated. I threw most of it out. Unacceptable at any price point, but especially unacceptable at the price they charge. Zucchini pancakes inconsistent as well. My favorite menu item. Usually comes topped with a small amount of yogurt, but one time, it was swimming in yogurt (did someone's hand slip when adding the yogurt?) Falafel I could live without, since it's priced much higher than falafel I order elsewhere and not as good a recipe. Maybe I'd order it again if they'd offer it for a lower price without fries. Grape leaves has been reliably excellent. Babaganouj and avoganouj have been consistently good. Labneh has been inconsistent; can't quite figure out why I sometimes love it and sometimes not. If they want to keep my business, the food needs to be consistently freshly prepared.

The baba ghanoush was everything I love in a good eggplant dip and was a definite win in our book - seasoned, textured, and slightly smokey. We intuited this would be delicious by getting two containers of it, and this turned out to be a great life choice. Chicken adana is a fan favorite in our house, and it's done pretty well here. They're like elongated loaves of marinated and spiced ground chicken, and delicious with rice and a dollop of yogurt sauce. We preferred these over the chicken kebab, which were just as flavorful but quite a bit drier. Both entrees were served with a grilled tomato and pepper, which were still warm and charred from the grill. They also came with small side salads, with lightly dressed and slightly wilted greens. My husband appreciated the extra veggies with our meal, but I far preferred the warm and soft pita rounds.
