I had the baked salmon with pomegranate with rice and salad it was nice and light and the portion was enough for two days of carb and protein. The salad I def ate at the restaurant. They are getting a bigger grill because they've gone a bit viral, I was lucky not to have ordered their grilled food. While I was there I met a group of Latin airline workers that apparently frequent the spot when they're here from Florida and they love their grilled meats so can't wait to try that next time! Conversational, personable, and they made a fantastic first impression on friends we brought who were new to Persian food. We were just visiting, but I seriously hope the locals know how lucky they are to have this spot nearby. The standout for me was the sour cherry ice cream (so good and ig friendly) and their drinks were top notch-- from the mint/cucumber and cherry spritz to the doogh (which I've never been a fan of, but theirs won me over). The eggplant dip was a hit, and the filet mignon was a crowd-pleaser at our table. They also have "I heart Kabobs" t-shirts -- perfect as a souvenir or a gift for your favorite Persian foodie. I actually happened to find this place because another restaurant was closed that I wanted to try on a Friday night. I'm very happy I got to try Zafron Bloom. In one word - flavor. Everything we had so much delicious fresh seasonings and packed with a punch. My boyfriend and I started with some fun drinks we've never tried. The sour Cherry drink was great, he tried the Persian lemonade and loved it too. We started with the dip trio and tried the hummus, lebne and an eggplant dip and they were all fabulous. We are the whole bowl of pita trying them all. For dinner I got the chicken kebab wrap and was a little worried it would be a plain and boring option but it was delicious. It came with a tzaziki dipping sauce but I barely needed it, the sauce on the wrap was perfect on its own. My boyfriend got kebabs and came with the famous saffron rice. The chicken was cooked to perfection. I am always a little weary to get chicken at any Mediterranean place, it's always either undercooked or overcooked, but this was truly perfection. Highly recommend trying a chicken skewer. With no room left for dessert there, we got some baklava to go and tried it the next day. Truly probably the best baklava I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to try out more menu items and of course get more baklava. Street parking is easy. The interior of the restaurant is small but it wasn't incredibly packed when we went on a Friday night which I'm sure will change as they get busier and more well-known. They were also very busy with takeout orders but everything flowed smoothly. It's definitely a family running this restaurant and you can tell. There's so much to observe and relish, so much flavor and so many novel and successful taste combinations if you're not native to Iranian cuisine! I dream about going back. Entire dining experience was so perfect. Thing I would not skip out on: variety of saffron rice (we ordered several and they plate it for you) - sooo delicious. The balance of flavors with the saffron, sweet barberries and basmati is perfection. Also enjoyed the combination platter, salmon and crispy rice. Lamb, chicken and beef kebabs all incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. We were obsessed with their refreshments. Incredible mint lemonades with chia, pomegranate and many more to choose from. What made the experience even better is that it's a family owned business which gave patrons an energy that matched the cuisine. They were so sweet to my toddler and made us feel at home. You don't find a lot of persian restaurants in this area, so it was a pleasant surprise that this restaurant opened up, and I was happy to try it out. Family owned and ran, so you know the food is going to be good, and it was! Service was outstanding, and welcoming. Cute small restaurant made you feel at home. Everything we ordered was delicious. The gheymi was very close to my own mother's cooking, so that was definitely a win. If you like eggplant, definitely try the warm eggplant dip, and the hummus was delicious, too. The kabobs were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Even the rice on its own was spot on, I could eat it on its own and be happy. My friend got the Persian ice cream, I'm not a fan of those water, so I skipped that, but she seemed to enjoy it. We drove an hour to try this place and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for authentic Persian food, Zaffron Bloom is it. We got the Tahdig, Shiraz salad, Persian style dolmeh (grape leaves), chicken kebab (with grilled vegetables), chicken soltani (chicken kebab, beef/lamb kebab, Zaffron rice), and green and black tea with rose petals. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The grape leaves were some of the best I've EVER had! This is a family run restaurant that just opened a couple months ago. Upon walking in you'll be met with warm welcoming vibes. The daughter was our server and the mother and father were cooking in the back. Service was excellent. The mother recommended several dishes when we arrived and presented some of our dishes throughout the evening. (She also offered us a free sample of a soup she just made.) The father also checked on us to ask us how our main course was. We were treated like family. Great people, great food, great atmosphere. I recently had lunch at Zaffron Bloom, and I'm here to tell you that all the 5 star reviews are true! It was absolutely some of the best food I've eaten in a long time. The restaurant is run by a family, and they were all there that day, and extremely friendly. We had chicken kebabs, which were large and juicy pieces of chicken seasoned with safron. They were so good, we got a couple orders to take with us. I made a comment to the lady who runs the place and does a lot of the cooking (wish I could remember her name), that I was looking at ordering some olives, but they are often too salty. She lit up and told me that she soaks her olives which removes a lot of the salt, and then serves them seasoned with crushed nuts and pomegranate juice. Based on her recommendation, I got them, and I kid you not, they were the best olives I've ever eaten. Not salty, and kind of sweet and sour. Amazing! I wish I could buy a jarful. I also had the Kale salad and it was also fantastic, and so large, it was a meal in itself. The balsamic dressing was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

I ordered the lamb chops w/ zaffron rice, side salad, the baklava for desert and hibiscus iced tea. Absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh, and well seasoned.
