She constantly dodges responsibility and points to the HOA board whenever a real issue comes up. It feels like she's more focused on avoiding problems than solving them. I've tried to be patient, but I keep hitting the same wall.The communication is cold, and sometimes even rude. I've received incorrect information just to move the conversation along. That's not just unprofessional, it's careless. And when I've raised concerns, they've been brushed off like they weren't important. I don't know if this is how the whole company operates or if it's just her, but either way, it leaves a lot to be desired. When someone is the face of the company, professionalism and basic customer service should be non-negotiable. Sadly, that has not been my experience.

Yale Management has been managing our building for over four years, and unfortunately my experience…read morewith them has been very disappointing. Shortly after taking over the property, they got rid of the longtime on-site staff, including the building manager, gardener, cleaner, and the person who maintained the pool. From that point on, the quality of service noticeably declined. The common areas, laundry room, and parking garage are often dirty and poorly maintained. Contractors regularly leave construction debris behind after finishing their work. On several occasions, dead rats in the parking garage and dead birds outside the building were left there for three or four days before anyone removed them. They also shut down the heated pool that residents had enjoyed for more than 20 years and never restored it. The irrigation system for the trees and landscaping has largely been neglected. The parking gate has had the same problem for years. Instead of hiring a qualified technician to repair it properly, they seem to rely on temporary fixes. Instead of fixing the problem the right way, they seem to do only the bare minimum to avoid spending money. The gate still closes after about 15 seconds, even if a car hasn't made it through yet, creating a real risk of vehicle damage. The company's employees can be rude to residents, and complaints rarely lead to any noticeable improvement. Most issues are only addressed after repeated complaints or after the City gets involved. Overall, it feels like the company's priority is cutting maintenance costs rather than providing quality service to residents. Unfortunately, that approach affects everyone who lives here. **Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend renting an apartment in a building managed by Yale Management if you have other options.**

When I read these lower reviews, I found only a legacy tenant held to account for lease violations, a disappointed prospective tenant who didn't qualify for the rental he desired, and an owner with a negative experience on a short-term rental of his primary residence. As an established company with four decades of experience in the industry (read the bio of company founder, Tom Carnahan), it's clear to me that CPM protects the interests of property owners which includes diplomatic relations with tenants. I know this because when I transitioned to CPM, I received feedback from tenants whom I myself had originally placed. They too recognized and appreciated the level of service provided. I can recommend CPM without hesitation, not only for timely owner distributions and reports, easily reachable office staff and leasing agents, and quickly resolved maintenance requests, but for a level of professionalism that is becoming increasingly rare these days.

The following day he asked if had been sent to x email address, and gave me a different email address than what he had written down on the application. When I told him I had sent it to the one he wrote on the application, and provided a photo of what he had written down, his response was "oops". He called and left a voicemail after I responded that my personal identification and banking info was now in some random inbox, but offered no apology. I called their office and the woman who answered was just as flippant about the situation and let me know the only thing she could do for me was give me the correct email. I called his cell and he still was very nonchalant about the fact that his "oops" exposed me to identity theft and potential financial theft. Absolute garbage humans.
