They have been reliable without fail (unlike my experience from the dog walking apps), text me an update of what my dog did that day after every walk, and what other animals from my apartment building he played with! It's clear Chris and Karen really care about the dogs they walk as if they are their own and make every extra effort to maximize their fun while their owner is away. I've also gotten to know some of the other dog owners in my apartment building who also use Walk-Ur-dog and they also have nothing but positive things to say about Walk-Ur-dog. My dog is noticeably more excited to see one of his Walk-Ur-dog friends than he is of the other dogs he sees. I haven't yet used Walk-Ur-dog's boarding services but I've heard they are great as well! They have been helping me care for him and raise him and I couldn't be more grateful. The team at Yappy's is unbelievable. Rocco is a maniac 98% of the time and they are so patient with him. Every person I have met at Yappy's is truly amazing. Always smiling, they treat the dogs so well, they are just a genuinely great team who really care about the pups. I ask Rocco "do you want to go to the playhouse?!" and he does a little dance and can't wait to get into the car. He knows where he is the moment we pull into the parking lot and can't pull away from me fast enough once he's leashed and we go up the stairs into the building. The facility itself is big! They have several separate areas indoors for the different groups of dogs and they rotate bringing them outside to the fenced in turf area to do their business or enjoy the weather and play around. In the summer they put out a couple of kiddie pools for the dogs to play in. It's also super clean considering how many dogs they care for daily. For daycare, they separate the dogs by at least size so he's not in a group with dogs 5x his size. They post so many videos, reels, and pictures on their social medias and it's the cutest thing you've ever seen. All of the dogs are so happy and enjoying their time for sure. For sleepovers, when he was super young, I would drop off his crate and requested he be crated at night so he could continue to have the same structure as home and get used to the crate and they were great about it. A few times after that, I just dropped it off and asked for it to be left open as an option for him if he wanted it and if he could be put in his own space at night and they were super supportive. Now, I don't even bother dropping the crate off and he gets to sleep and hang with the other pups for a fun sleepover! They have a separate bedroom on site where a person will stay with all the sleepover guests overnight so there is always someone with the pups 24/7. Of course Rocco makes himself right at home and gets up on the bed right against the person staying over with them on his back with all 4 paws in the air haha. They will groom him or give him a bath before I pick him up especially after a longer stay. You can email or call Yappy's and they have an awesome app you download to your phone, you upload all of your pet's information and health records, and you can book your daycare and sleepover appointments right in the app. You pick your days and dropoff and/or pickup time. It shows pending at first and then confirmed if they have a spot open or waitlist if they are full but sometimes they have cancellations day of so a spot could open up. The owner, Kathy, also texts so anytime I need something or she has an update about Rocco, she will text (or call in an emergency of course). The communication is amazing! Also in the app is all of the pricing including daycare and sleepover packages you can purchase in bulk for a discount. They are so attentive to the dogs. One time Rocco threw up a foreign object and they texted me immediately and sent me a picture of what he threw up. It was just a piece of his bully stick he had the day before that wasn't digesting thankfully but they were so great about it. Another time they texted me because they noticed his nails were a little on the longer side. He had just been groomed a few weeks prior but they didn't cut them short enough so Yappy's took care of it for me. I was away when his first birthday arrived and they spoiled him rotten and sent me the cutest pictures. For holidays, they will dress the pups up and take adorable pictures to take home with you. I can't say enough amazing things about Yappy's and highly recommend them! Rocco and I are so thankful!

HOWEVER, we received a call that our dog had a scratch during daycare and it "didn't happen there." It sounded like no big deal. When we picked him up, there was a gash/hole on our dog's side. It looked like he might have gotten stuck on a toy or the fence and rippled himself out. I don't blame Four Season's for him getting hurt there. What I will blame them for is for lying, saying it didn't happen there, and making it sound like no big deal. We had to rush him to the vet when we picked him up and he needed four staples. He was put on antibiotics for a week and we had to put a shirt on him. Like I said, I don't blame them for my dog getting hurt but we will not bring our dog back here because I don't want to be lied to. Also make a note, there were Facebook photos uploaded showing him before the incident and after proving it 100 percent happened there.

I was absolutely frantic trying to find a daycare for her. I sent a message to mcgrupps, and got an almost immediate response from the owner, Megan. She walked me through the steps of what I would need to do in order to board my pup and got me in very quickly to do an assessment. My dog is very anxious and Megan and the staff knew exactly how to handle her. They answered all of my questions and helped me feel at ease about leaving my dog for the first time. While I was away, the wonderful staff posted pictures of my dog every day on Instagram so that I could see what she was up to, which made me feel so much more at ease. I even called for an update a couple of times (crazy dog mom, i know) and the staff were so kind and took her time to talk to me about my girl. When I came to pick her up, she was bathed and ready to go. Being at the daycare, I can see that Lexi has opened up and made tons of friends. She didn't even need her anxiety medication because of how well she was taken care of. Since diagnosis Oliver has been doing much better and we are so excited for him to be healthy enough to return to McGrupps. Angela remembered Oliver and his entire situation which as a dog mom was so incredibly comforting!!!!! We are so lucky to live down the street from this clean, friendly, dog orientated facility - even for the high need pups! Highly highly recommend!
