Best Friends was my last stop and should have been my first and only stop! From the moment we went in, everyone was so friendly. The facility is so nice. Your dog gets an indoor and outdoor room, access to a pool, plenty of playtime and even a social experience with the other dogs (we opted not to do that). We added on some grooming and even then the price was awesome. Very reasonable. The first night was free as a new customer too! While Cookie was there, we received photos and updates on how she was doing, and whenever my mom (the doting dog grandma, haha) would call up they would give her a status and you just knew they weren't lying - they really interacted with Cookie. I would use them again in a heartbeat and might do so soon. Lovely place and lovely animal loving employees :)

I have video evidence and have reported this to Animal Control. After learning that others have seen similar incidents and even the local news reported on a dog unexpectedly passing away at this facility, I started a group so pet parents can come together, share evidence, and take action. Our guy, Tank, has spent many nights happily ensconced at The Cat's Pajamas where he enjoys spying on the comings and goings from the privacy of his own condo. Yes, we could leave him at home with a cat sitter popping by once or twice daily, but our dude is very social and gets lonely easily. Plus, he is a bit high-maintenance and Patty doesn't bat an eye at his extreme neediness. (LOL) Bottom line: Patty is a total pro. She is caring, considerate, and communicative. She keeps a close eye on her charges and intuits exactly what they need. I just can't say enough good things about her. If you want the best place possible to board your beloved cat, look no further.

Not only is it a very clean and calm environment, it is so clear that Patty cares for each cat and their needs. Their "condos" have levels for them to explore, each with their own box, and privacy curtains for cats who need more time to adjust to the space. Patty sends an email the day after drop off and throughout their stay to let you know how your cat is adjusting and eating. We all know how hard it can be to have to leave your cat and take them out of the comfort of their home. Knowing how well cared for they are with Patty makes doing so much easier. I could not recommend Cat's Pajamas Inn more highly!

A very long overdue update & review, but better late than never!…read more After planning a trip out of the country, my "dog sitter" backed out at the last minute. And who to the rescue?! Rich and Marissa! Sadly, there is not an overnight option. However, I was gone for 6 days, and as promised, they were there early in the morning, again in the afternoon, and yet AGAIN late night to take care of my pup. When I say "take care", I don't mean it lightly! I came home to a diary of visit entries FROM EVERY VISIT--for SIX DAYS! Clearly, the proof was in the pudding as their visits were more than just a quick walk--but love, affection, play time, and attention. MY NEIGHBORS--even those I've never met, stopped me when I came home to say how happy my dog was when outside with Rich and Marissa, big smiles, tail wagging, etc. They all attested to the dedication of time put in by Paw Pals & how fantastic they were with my Naija. And, in each documentation, they were honest & sincere, and you could tell how much they love what they do each and every minute. I never once felt as though this was a burden or tribulation for them. True professionals--and good good people. I came home to the happiest I've seen my pup since I've had her! Not one ounce of resentment that I was gone! Also, I should mention--I have a special needs (three-legged) pit-bull, who suffers from the myriad of stereotypes! Boy did Paw Pals prove each one wrong! Their expertise in ALL breeds & "thinking out of the box" with my special needs pup shone through day in and day out while I was gone. Vitamins, food, appropriate exercise and down time was documented by both them AND the nosey nellies in my neighborhood. I can't praise them enough. I can't hire them enough. I can't appreciate them enough! This is the real deal--l couldn't take care of Naija better myself! I can't wait for their next visit! Keep your calendar open! Naija is anxiously waiting!!
