When placing my order, the staff asked how much boba I would like while stating there were different amounts of boba offered as evidence by the 7 tier markings on the sample cup. I didn't realize that by following these directions, there would be an extra cost in addition to the drink price. I wish this had been communicated beforehand and think that transparency would contribute to stronger customer service relations. The drink had a sweet flavor and was light. I enjoyed the mango and it tasted similar to a juice. I thought the boba was dry. If I order a drink again, I would forego the boba toppings. Three stars because the drink flavor & the environment gave strong first impressions. I admit that not having been here before contributed to a lack of familiarity of the menu though I can't ignore the price paid for the taste of the boba.
