Adding a new favorite to my Crumbl collection: The Dubai Biscoff Brownie! This sounds like it is too much, and it is, but in the best way! The brownie layer, good chocolatey flavor. The Dubai layer adds that wonderful crunch. The white layer (white chocolate?) was creamy and delicious. Drizzle of Biscoff cookie butter on top. Amazingly it wasn't too sweet. Loved it! Peanut butter cookie was just meh. Previous visit notes: Strawberry Butter Cake: Tasted like summer! There were lots of crunchy little crumbles, delicious strawberry flavor, and the whipped cream was perfect. Cookies and Cream Brownie: Obsessed with the combination of vanilla buttercream and chocolatey brownie! Chocolate Sea Salt Toffee: I always love a salty/sweet combination, and this cookie delivered. Today my daughter and I had the worst experience at this Crumbl in Northville! The young lady totally treated my special needs daughter with such attitude and disrespect. Myself and my family walked in the young man looked me directly in my face and said nothing the young lady look at us dirty and did not say a word. The workers were so nasty . I have never been treated so poorly. For that girl to give my daughter such attitude because she has special needs and didn't understand she could get the cookie right away when her name was called is so disgusting, tasteless and disrespectful. I came here for my birthday cookie. Love that there are more locations! I was having trouble with my app and the staff was so helpful! I was able to order my delicious cookie, which I shared with my mom. A week later, my mom and I were running errands and ended up at Crumbl again! How could we say no to splitting another cookie? Welp...there's always hype about Crumbl but I definitely don't get it. Stopped by today and the staff were all super nice and friendly so they were really great and helpful, no concerns there! But- These cookies are seriously lacking in flavor. Surface level, basic kind of cookies that are soft, but there is no depth to these cookies whatsoever. Today I purchased a four pack with two chocolate chip (big mistake), a lemon poppyseed, and the cookie butter ice cream with biscoff. I would equate the flavor of the milk chocolate on the chocolate chip cookie to that of a cheap chocolate Easter bunny you buy at the dollar store. The dough on the chocolate chip also had absolutely no flavor, so I was incredibly disappointed seeing as that's my favorite type of cookie. The lemon poppyseed was definitely better. I liked the lemon flavor, but again, there was really no depth aside from just a bit of lemon, and no other flavor to the cookie. Finally, the cookie butter ice cream cookie...I guess you could say it definitely tasted like cookie butter, but it's still very one note and all the same texture. Very disappointing... read more

****Update - Crumbl Corporate is amazing - the manager emailed me back and told me he respected me writing the review and told me to contact corporate so I did - they were quick to offer a gift card and look into letting the store know how to better help customers. She was a great help! For that, I thank Crumbl corporate! The update on the service stars is for corporate. Josie was amazing! We love Crumbl and do large orders for our events. We had placed a large order for Mother's Day and were schedule to pick them up at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. We arrived to find that our order wasn't ready - they "didn't even know about it" - even though it was in the system and the lady who didn't know about it was the one who printed me the confirmation receipt the day I placed the order. They tried to rush to get them done, so my husband decided to leave for a while to not pressure them to get them done - when he came back, they had to take several cookies back inside to get them redone as they looked rushed, a few were broken and weren't presentable to hand out for Mother's Day. Again, this was a large order and when the manager was contacted we were given a $15 refund for our inconvenience - we definitely didn't feel this compensated for having to change our evening plans due to our order not being ready and for cookies not being presentable. What should have been ready at 4:30 was completely picked up around 6:30 p.m. We will use other Crumbl locations in the future. Also, the day I went in to place the order, no one greeted us to offer to help us place the order and the kiosk's were not working well and kept freezing up causing us to have to keep retrying the order. I don't recommend this location for customer service and catering at all. read more

I bring it to this location and they say it's only good for the mundane chocolate chip cookie and none of the fun flavors. Ok, whatever. Now I want to get 4 cookies and use the coupon. Nope! They rung me up for 4 cookies and the free one. Can't use the coupon for the 4 pack! Great. I ended up getting 3 cookies, 1 free and 2 others. The total was still $9. For some cookies!? Blasphemy.
