The ambiance was lively and fun, with plenty of entertainment options including TVs, arcade games, great food, and drinks. We ordered a pitcher along with pizza and chicken tenders, and everything was pleasantly delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. One helpful tip: be sure to park in the back of the building, as parking in the front is very limited. Overall, it was a great spot for a fun outing, and we'll definitely be back! read more

Rolled over to the launch of Lucky Strike in Westchester. Loved the clubby lighting, slick lanes (There are 32!) and score system. Tried the slider, which was delicious. Devoured some fantastic tacos, and chomped on chimichurri chicken skewers. After bowling, I used my loaded Arcade card to play a few games and felt like a kid again. Lucky strike LA was fun, but I am a little biased because I only came due to a company holiday party. During this party we had a buffet style dinner with chicken fajitas as well as steak, tacos, rice and beans, etc. The food was delicious and good. On top of that we had free rounds for bowling, which was fun; drinks were paid for, which made it even better; and to top it off, they made the arcade mini-games free for us. Service was amazing, and food and games were on point. But this is a totally different experience than one would have if they visited this place on any other day, which is why I debated writing this review. Regardless, based on what I saw, the place looked like it's always a good time. There's plenty of parking, and the entire place is big with multiple bars to help get your drinks going. Food is sold, and prices seem reasonable, so while I had a different experience, I think I most likely will return on a random day to have a good time with friends. read more

Price gouging at its finest. The service or lack of it is a whole separate issue, but that's not even why I'm writing this. Bowling used to be an affordable activity for families. Today, it turned into a $400 experience at a bowling alley. Charging $7 for a soft drink is beyond insulting. Wanting to have a fun day with my grandchildren and children, we picked a local bowling alley. When entering it was empty and we purchased the "one price, all you can bowl" option. Went to the bar to get us a drink and the woman (Taylor) tending bar was the MOST rudest, unprofessional and inexperienced bartender ever. She neglected to recognize me when I approached the bar, she kept her back to me for over 3 minutes before turning to walk away. When I caught her eye she signaled to me that she would be back. When she returned she was arrogant and extremely rude and I asked her if she was having a bad day, she laughed and with cockiness said "Nope, having a great day, why?" I didn't put my hard earned money on the bar to have a part time amateur bartender think they could treat me like my patronage wasn't worth it. We spent over $400 on bowling and drinks and to put up with Taylor's useless, inexperienced and pure ugliness Is why we will NEVER return and hope others don't tolerate the low rate representation of your establishment. Not sure if she's on your payroll or doing community service but for the betterment of your business.... let her go! Had an event this past weekend there and it was not what it used to be when it was Bowlero. I had to check in twice because the first person hadn't even checked me in even after he said he had. The food came out late and the pizza was gross. They literally didn't even cook it enough for the cheese to melt all the way. The staff doesn't check in with your group. You literally have to look for them. We asked for help a few times with a ball stuck and they didn't come. Do your events somewhere else!!! Very disappointing! read more

I like the place and the manager seems awesome. I came in by myself to do a few games while it was slow. Many lanes available....instead of putting me in one of the open lanes that makes sense, they sandwiched me in between two parties...one of those parties had children just running up into the lane I'm bowling on and had to just keep stopping and waiting. I ended up sitting down for 15 minutes hoping that would be their last game so I could actually focus. Was a waste of my entire time there so not happy about that. It's not a bad place but they need to pay more attention about where they're placing singles and groups in my opinion. Was a waste of money. read more

Great lanes! We had a great time here. Easy to book lanes online so you just show up and grab your shoes and you on your lane. Nice digital scorekeeping, but still has a bit of retro feel. Employees were helpful and friendly. Also has food service directly to your lane. read more

Charlese was an amazing server!! We had never been to a lucky strike and visiting from out of town! Kid friendly before 9pm and they have a great deal but 2 games get the third half off!! Make sure you order a pitcher/pizza combo and sit at Charlese's lane! And that is all a reflection of Freddie the manager--we can tell that he takes pride in his staff and his work! bring back bowlero. first off we all check in and pay then we're told not everyone has paid. I had to show my transaction on my banking app to prove i paid smfh. they ran out of house tequila on a friday night at 8:30 and only had patron...interesting. I asked for a pitcher of water and they told me "they don't do that anymore" what? you can only purchase a bottle of water...interesting. do not come here it's a scam. the food and drinks are way over priced. i will have to file for chapter 11 after a night out there. read more
