The lady at the bakery was very helpful and shared with me the different options I have for tiramisu. I could buy a single slice or a full cake. The only thing I didn't like is the person who served us was complaining publicly to the coworker. The cake was delicious though it wasn't like a homemade Italian tiramisu that our exchange daughter from Italy made but still worth every bite!

I was actually expecting a much larger store, but it's fairly small. The aisles aren't the widest and it definitely felt pretty tight with the three of us trying to look at everything. I feel like they did well with the space they had though. Every aisle was filled top to bottom with so many fun items. We found a few things we wanted to try (some yummy ice cream and drinks). In the back towards the left they have a huge selection of different fresh meats ready to be cooked at home. It smelled amazing and made me want to go back to pick up dinner one night. Case in point, a box of cookies had the sell-by date of April 2020 (I didn't notice until I spit out the first stale bite and looked). Next time I was in the store, I grabbed two boxes and took them to the service counter and they said they'd make sure they were pulled. Two weeks later, there are still 16 boxes on the shelf. Milk is routinely past date, as is cheese. If they are this careless about things that can be checked, how can I be sure they are handling perishable foods and getting them refrigerated promptly?! I won't shop here again and I hope the Board of Health does a surprise visit.
