Very strange environment. The first time i came it was dead as a graveyard.I decided to come on the weekend to see if it was any better. It was worse.I came in to very loud music and half naked cowboy dancer/stripper looking staff. I guess kind of a hooters environment on steroids but not as sanitary. I asked about the bathroom and was asked if I "needed a cup". I looked at him like wtf? He eventually laughed and pointed me in the right direction.I did not feel safe at all. Reading the reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect when I went in. I can't speak for the night time staff and crowd however my friends and I went to enjoy some happy hour drinks on a Sunday and had a great time! The place was super clean I must say! (I did have to ask for soap for the bathroom though). Dez was our bartender and she was super welcoming and attentive to us, she will be the reason we return for sure. The bar has some dart boards, pool tables, basketball arcade games and plenty of seating. Full bar. Check it out for yourself! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am completely appalled at the direction this place has gone in referring specifically to Friday happy hour. My wife and I are LUCKY to be served in timely manner when the girls dressed like they're in a strip club choose to acknowledge us. These ladies clearly only care about the men who I'm sure are paying their bills, and in that case should move to the local strip joint. I thought this was a neighborhood bar, not sugars. read more

Some of the worst service I've ever had! The girl working was dancing around and flirting with all the men at the bar to the point no women could get any service. Not just that but she seemed to be on a substance as well. It's the same experience I always have with this chick and I'm not sure why she still works there. We went to go celebrate a friends birthday. It was going great until a bartender who was "in charge" to the bouncer to kick out one of our friends because she simply "didn't like her" for whatever that means. After trying to figure out why she had to leave another bartender simply responded with "if she doesn't leave we are going to fight." So to avoid any drama we took our group for 30+ people and went to a more reliable venue. Disappointed to know A bar is a location for high schoolers. read more

Located in a shopping center, this tucked away bar has some interesting vibes going on here. On a Friday night there was a DJ spinning and playing music videos that were displayed only on the back projectors of the place. The bar/front area had baseball and sports playing in the background. The DJ was taking us back by playing some serious 2000 jams and had a pretty decent Mariah Carey, Tupac, and Missy Elliot set going on as we hung out here. Drinks were priced $5-6 for well drinks and $4-5 for draught beers. Shots were about $5-7 depending on what ya got. One bartender was working during the evening and as the bar was served their drinks the bartender would make the rounds around the DJ area/VIP seating areas and take orders which I appreciated. Restrooms were clean and was a good place to go to just take a break from the loud music the DJ was blaring inside. Smoking is only allowed outside and your drinks gotta stay within the boundaries of the sidewalk nearest the front door. There were a few single chairs and small tables to place your beer or drink on as you ash out on the ground (no ash trays). When a DJ is not around it looks like the bar has an iTunes type of jukebox. High table tops and booths are available to chill out in but you have to go to the bar to order or receive any drinks if there is 1 bartender. Careful rolling out of this place too - it leads you to US 281 from the far end of the shopping center. We saw a police officer posted up in the shopping center parking lot as well rolled out and headed home. read more

We had to constantly wave at the server and she ignored us. Then when I walked to the bar to ask for a server, she corrected me and said "we're Bartenders" so I walk back to my table, explaining to my friend what she said and that I didn't care the title, I would just like to be served. While I'm explaining this to my friend, she walks up and takes offense because she heard the END of the conversation. Then continues to complain to the other server and the other server walks up to our table and tells us not to "talk shit about a pregnant bartender". THEN continues to tell other guests about our interaction. Very immature. So don't come if you're a POC or woman. THEY DO NOT WEAR MASKS HERE. read more

I thought this was a sport bar, well to our extreme pleasure Friday and Saturday nights this place becomes a very happening dace club with an outstanding D.J. that is on point and keeps the party rolling mixing music videos flawlessly. On Super Tuesday after voting I went to this place to have a drink and see the results of the polls. The male bartender said that he did not want anyone talking politics because " he new what would happen". I was a bartender on the riverwalk for ten years and even I could tell the difference between voters and people looking for a fight. There was a old saying that you sould never talk politics over drinks, but it seemed like this male bartender was not reading the situation like bartenders should do and wanting to seem relevant. If you are politically inclined at all stay away from this bar because your are not wanted here according to this bartender. read more

On a College football Saturday, with playoff baseball on. The barteneders have "The Voice" on multiple TVs. I asked to put the UTSA game on, and they acted like it was a big deal. They then switched a TV with a good game on to the UTSA game, leaving three TVs with "The Voice" on. This place is a joke. read more

Great setup to watch games and a solid bar. They don't have food but they encourage you to order in delivery. What sets this place apart is that they have sets of couches around six big screen TVs. The couches form your own little "luxury box" for the game so you can have your own little party and watch the game you want to watch. If you wanna get out and watch the game with some friends I would try this place out. read more

This is really a 3.5 rating, but since I liked dive bars, I'll bump it to 4 stars. Went here to watch the Spurs game. Setup was weird, because all the seating/booths were reserved for bottle service...for a basketball game... There was only standing room or some random chairs available for patrons, so I think they need to improve on that for heavy and long duration sporting events. I was surprised by the inside as it was decently decorated with plenty of TVs and good sound. We had a guy that came to check on us often for drink orders at the beginning, but when it got busy, he totally disappeared. They don't serve food, but allowed us to bring in grub from the restaurant next door or the pizza place across the street. read more

Claims to be a Sports Bar but won't play the game over the PA. They have a Jayhawks logo painted on their glass and they won't turn it on as they play. Bartender is rude, but I can't handle that. Just annoyed that it claims it's a sports bar and it's far from. read more

Never heard of this place, assuming it just opened. I was invited over on my way home from a horrendous fail at apartment hunting on a Sunday. Yes, what was I thinking?! It was fairly packed, not uncomfortably, but to the point you are going to make new friends... if you aren't shy. I ended up running into 3 of my separate friend groups all on one night. SO unexpected. I hear it's the place to be on Sundays. They had a good DJ and I danced for a few hours and made my boyfriend irritated for coming home 2 hours later than expected. Whoops! I had a great experience at this local dive/sports bar/happening sunday shindig place of awesome encounters. We will see if I update my review as the Sundays continue. ;-P read more

We were at Box 903 for our friend's birthday. He was hosting it, brought in a line up of DJ's, basically a huge source of income for the night. First of all, they were allowing people inside with no masks, letting people order without masks and only 2 out of 4 bartenders had masks on. One of the bartenders, I believe her name was Esme, had some teenage drama going on with one of our mutual friends, and apparently there was "no manager on duty tonight", so the bartenders were in charge and they instructed the bouncer to tell my friend that she had to leave. He gave her no reason, only that the bartender had problems with her. When the birthday boy asked the bright blonde bartender in a pink top and black shorts why, they told him that if the girl wouldn't leave, they would fight her outside. We, including the dj's all left and took the equipment to another bar. Drama from the employees is extremely unprofessional and immature. Hope the appropriate consequences come to the right people. read more
