This year my wife's company started using FedEx as her shipping company. Box and Go employees have all been very helpful with ensuring my packages are scanned and I receive a receipt. I never leave without a receipt, and that goes for FedEx, UPS and especially USPS. Thank you. read more

I never leave negative reviews for businesses. I typically just chalk a bad experience as a loss and never go back. However the lack of customer service and care when packages go missing after they accept them is wild. I'm out $400 after handing over two packages to these guys and the best I got was a, "we're just a third party processing hub, take care". I guess lesson learned. read more

Wow......such a rude man running this store. I can't believe he is still in business. Ask him to look up a tracking number and he said it was not scanned because I didn't ask him to. Then he threw his hands up and said, "Not My Fault, you didn't ask me to scan it". There are too many other shippers in town. I won't be back. I literally just witnessed an older gentleman come into their store and ask if they could print one page for him off of his thumb drive. The clerk was glad to help, then he came back to the counter with the printed page and charged the guy $5.50. Yes, $5.50!! I half expected that he would do it for free, or maybe a dollar at most. They just took total advantage of this older guy and didn't bat an eye to do it. I, for one, will never give this place my business again. read more

This guy that owns this business is not good at all he pretends to be nice to customers who do alot of business with him and is all smiles But treats people who just need copies or small packages for like he's better than they are and he's almost threatening about it. I saw him wait on a man who has a business that ships alot of packages he was very friendly to the man. But as soon as he left the owner of box and go started calling him racist slurs the ( N) word and taking extremely nasty about the man. I almost wanted to find the guy and tell him what he said about him and I can imagine how he treats his employees if this is how he treats long time customers. When we first moved to Weatherford I was so happy to find a mail store that can mail anything from their store. They have always been extremely helpful. Even the customers going in and out have been helpful when others have boxes and need help. I had one box that was a return and had to be returned at an actual UPS office,and when the employee saw my tag (I was behind another person) he went ahead and told me that mine would need to go to the UPS store. I was grateful he didn't make me wait to get to the counter to tell me that! I just think these are very friendly people, and help get your items mailed at the best price for when you need it to arrive! read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in my life!!!! Very rude lady (and I use the term loosely)working there on both occasions I've been in the store. I will never use this business to ship or receive. My husband and I were there to print a document, notarize and scan. The document I needed assistance with was drafted by an attorney and I sent the email to her she couldn't configure her Settings correctly and couldn't get the print font adjusted. She left us standing at the front and hollered from the back at us if we needed something and we said yes, she walked out all pissed and said you need to go somewhere else I can't get this to work. I asked her to see the document and I could read it just fine. I began to feel the document out and stood there waiting while she left me and didn't act like she cared. She then looked over and said do you need something else? And I said yes I need it notarized, she said she couldn't read it and it was too small for her to write she couldn't write any smaller. I didn't have my glasses on and I could read it perfectly. She filled half of the notary section out and then said she decided that she changed her mind and wasn't going to notarize it. She took the document from me and said she was going to shred it and said I needed to go elsewhere to get help she wasn't going to help me because she wasn't a print shop. read more
