Excellent service even if unfortunately, they could not repair the fridge. Tony and his colleague came on time and diagnosed the cause of the water leak very quickly. Besides the waterline line which could have been an easy fix, there was a factory sprayed seal that cannot be replaced. The cost of the visit was $230 (which did not last long ) , more than others but they are the only repair company that is factory certified . read more

He cleans up after himself and you won't even know he was here. The value of their services is the best. Most of our issues are under warranty. Very impressed by their punctuality, competence and honesty. I had a third party technician diagnose our sub-zero with a dying compressor and quoted us the fee for its replacement. Box appliance came out today and told us the compressor was fine and performed several other checks to confirm that everything was operating within manufacturers parameters but the reason we were having an error code was simply due to a corn gasket. This was unexpected honesty from a service technician that I was not expecting due to being accustomed to so many of them being so untrustworthy. Bad warranty service and lying. Box appliance told us they ordered parts and we have to wait long time for the dishwasher parts, it's OK, but they kept rescheduling the appointment because the parts were not delivered on time. After endless calls and my son being involved to this matter the parts were received and the technician showed up. He told us that they need another parts, that they have and that he can come as soon as next week to fix it because he is not too busy and he can do it for us. But when he left and I called to the office to schedule they told that they can send the technician only in 2 weeks. So we called to the office and asked the technician to call us back, but he never did. My son called again and asked, but the technician never called back again. read more

Run, don't walk, away from this place. I understand they're Wolf's go-to appliance repair shop, but read some of the other more recent reviews and then find someone else. I bought a national landmark historic house with a 17 year old Wolf range that needs repair. I went to their website and put in a request, writing out all the problems. A woman called me back to schedule the appt. and asked what was wrong with it. I told her I had put it all in my request. So then she made me wait on the phone while she read it. She then tells me that because it's 17 years old, they don't recommend any repairs on it but IF they did come out, they wouldn't offer any kind of a warranty on the repairs. I dropped the phone...I had never heard of anything so ridiculous. First of all, Wolf itself offers a 1 year warranty on the parts, but she made it sound like there was no warranty being offered. I said that it sounded very unscrupulous to me to do any kind of repair work and not offer a warranty, it makes it sound like they don't know what they're doing. You can take a 40 year old car in for repair work and get a warrantly on the labor! She said she was just doing what she was told (which is likely true) but come one, if my boss told me to say something I thought was unscrupulous, I would let them know. So then I called Wolf directly and told them this. The lady on the other end said she also thought that sounded very suspicious. She said they generally say that their appliances last 20 years, but regardless, there's always parts for them. She offered to call Box Appliance and talk to them, but I said I wasn't comfortable now using them, especially after reading some of the more recent bad reviews for them here on Yelp. She recommended I just call a reputable local repair shop, as they can get genuine Wolf parts as well. That's what I guess I'll have to do. read more

Jon the repair technician came on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour. Luckily it was under warranty.
