It was wonderful; I bought two huge leather rocker-swivel chairs that are in my bedroom still, quite expensive, and love them. I bought an Ikea chair that I used in my AirBNB bedroom and it was perfect. I bought a mirror that's still in my hallway. There were ladies managing the desk and they were always busy doing intake, answering shoppers' questions, checking in on you when you walked in. Things were moving fast, it was all organized -- busy, and organized -- and everything was well-kept and high-end. They moved downtown, the man said, leaning back in his recliner chair, four years ago. It is not what it used to be. I'll leave it there. I'm sad. Most of the wonderful reviews you read here are from the time before the move.

We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. Once the parts came back, James and Joe from the service deapartment came to my house, disassembled the chair took it back to their shop and returned it in a few hours. Where to begin.... We bought a Bassett couch with recliners…read moreon each end, about ~$5k and at the same time we purchased two Bassett chairs ~$4,500. The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

We told him what we wanted and he showed us several different mattresses. We found one that felt great. We went home to talk about it and decided the next day to return to Mattress Land. We spoke again with Tim and he helped us order our new Mattress. When it came in he called me and said it was in and if we wanted it delivered right away his guys had an opening. The delivery guys came and in no time delivered the new mattress and hauled off the old mattress. These guys were very efficient, cordial and professional. Thank you Mattress Land. We were dreading high pressure sales people trying to sell us something we couldn't afford. That was not our experience at all! From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. I would buy from them again.
