The warranty on this and the customer service is an absolute joke. It is set up so they can turn it down. They didn't even allow a reply to the email that turned you down. I spent $3K on a mattress which started to sag in the first few months. Because I do not like to go through warranty's and I'm not a complainer, I sucked it up for awhile until it was hurtful to try and sleep on it. After close to 3 years on a 10 year warranty, I decided to go through with it. They turned me down because of "stains". This is a joke. First, the tiny discoloration was so hard to notice, I did not even know what they were talking about. Likely, what was there was from a serious fever that made me sweat a lot and a tiny amount must have passed through the bedding and 2nd and the most obvious, is it has nothing to do with a defective mattress. I will never buy from them again and I hope others read this and stay away form this company. No integrity! read more

Wow I had to give them one star because it wouldn't let me leave it blank. This place and the warranty is a complete joke. Had our mattress with a 15 year warranty for less than 2 years. Its terrible. Went through the on line warranty process and was declined. This is the biggest joke ever. Customer service is through a chat portal, cant even talk to someone. The mattress is terrible. They make you do all kinds of things to send the claim. I will be spending time with a sign in front of the Grants Pass store until I feel I have re-cooped my 2,700 dollars and then some. God bless any elderly people spending money with this company, or perhaps that's what they are wanting. Very sad in this day and age to deal with this. read more

Grant Pass store. The worst customer service ever. Bought a mattress set with lifts because my husband has back problems and needs to be raised up so he can get out of bed. Three weeks after we purchased it was delivered and installed. The lifts never worked right they would only lift one side so that rolled the other person out of bed. We went back into the store (a three hour drive) and reported the problem and was told it was an easy fix. Then after we made 7 phone calls to customer service and emails almost every day finally got an answer that I would get a call back that day, guess what no call. After2 months they sent a person out to fix the problem, but he had nothing to do with Sleep Train he owned a delivery company that business was with pharmacy products. He did get one remote to work but not the other so to use it one person has to get up walk around the bed adjust it then of course if the other person want to use it they have to do the same. I talked to the customer service rep from the company that made the bed and he said he would call back in 30 to 45 min you guessed it no call back. Our 120 days is about up and this thing is going back. I can't recommend ANYONE should even walk into this store. We spent over 6,000$ for the bed and sheets and pillows and this is how they treat people really unbelievable read more

Purchased a floor model after being reassurred that we would still have the 120 night guarantee. Our mattress is a little too firm and went in to exchange it for a plush firm. The same exact person that sold us our bed now informed us that, since we bought the floor model, there was no exchange!!! YES, THE SAME PERSON LIED TO OUR FACE TO SELL A MATTRESS!! He was friendly, paid close attention to our input, and took the time to clearly explain all the pro's and con's of every mattress we tried. This allowed us to make a choice that we're confident will be perfect for us. He took very good care of us during the sale, making sure we got the product we wanted for the best price possible.
