Unfortunately the problem was a lot more complex than either of us had guessed (as shown to me by the camera he ran down the sewer line), but he did get us back in service temporarily quickly. And then a week later his team spent three days digging up portions of my sewer line and fixing the pipes correct way. (Thanks to the original house builder that left a partially buried trap with no lid, and then a faulty joint 15 ft further down the line - the trees just LOVED it). Reasonably priced, and honest. The holes were probably a bit deeper than expected on the quote, but he didn't come back asking for more money. I definitely recommend.

By 4pm, I had received no call and after trying to get in touch with our contact person, I was told the tech was finishing up his last job and should be on-site soon. By the time 5pm approaches, I was told they would call me to reschedule. Of course, I received no call and when I tried calling a little after 5pm, the number went to voicemail because they were already "closed". The technician did end up calling me later that night to inform me that his "tools were stolen" (if that was the case, how did he finish up his "last job"?) and that he wasn't able to show up (that would have been fine had he tried to contact me as soon as his "tools were stolen"). Everything was handled very poorly on their end so we ended up finding another plumbing company to take care of our repairs.

I was shocked, but he sounded knowledgeable, so I paid him. My daughter arrived as Manny was leaving and, within an hour, reported that her toilet wouldn't flush.
