Both Kelly and we invested a good amount of time discussing a potential vacation trip to Mexico. Kelly promised to email us particulars within the next day or in two days at most. About six weeks later, we still have never heard another thing from her. Hopefully she is not terribly sick or passed, but if not, she would hardly inspire us to put our time, money, and more in her hands if she is unwilling or incapable of carrying through. I had a room on the third floor with a king bed. The room was spacious and modern. The bed was really comfortable. The sink was outside of the bathroom. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. They gave me a voucher for breakfast at their bistro. I had the eggs-your-way plate and it was delicious! The cheesy scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly. The potatoes and bacon were crispy. I loved it! One little negative is that it's located right by the highway so try to ask for a room facing the shopping center, otherwise you will hear the cars. It was really windy at night so I heard the wind more. It's also located in a strip mall and near the airport. There is a good bakery (Perenn at Rancharrah) nearby! EV chargers located behind the hotel.

Price was a bit high for US, but I suppose you're coming here for convenience. Reminder to those in a budget: you can get vaccines internationally at many airports and hospitals (walk in) and pay a cash price that's around 10-30% the US price... the US medical system is kinda a profit machine (vs. public service internationally).

During the visit, I was informed for the first time that recommended vaccines would cost over $400 per vaccine and they do not take insurance...(I should have just gone to Cvs/Walgreens) These prices were not disclosed online, at the time of booking, or prior to the appointment. I declined the vaccines due to the unexpected cost. There was also no indication prior to or during booking that there was a separate $125 consultation fee, nor was I informed that declining vaccines would result in any charge. Passport Health already had my credit card on file due to holding the appointment and stated that I would be charged if I did not proceed with the vaccines. They charged my card a $100 "cancellation fee" for not moving forward with the vaccines. No consultation, guidance, or actionable travel health information was provided during the visit.

Pricing is similar to other carriers and I pray they will bring back the route to Las Vegas soon! Hope you're reading this corporate :) Currently I believe they only fly from Reno to Burbank or Orange County which is non-stop, but use to fly direct to Las Vegas a few times a day. Here are a couple of tips for you though! -You can't park your car in the JSX parking lot without having to do the valet which I believe is fairly costly so plan ahead and get a ride or do the math and get an Uber if it makes more sense. -Also be ready for a brief random bag check here and there. -Last but not least there is overhead compartments on their jets so even if you have a carry on you will need to hand it off to one their polite employees as it goes under the plane. You can carry on back packs, purses and stuff like that which would fit under the seat in front of you. Happy flying and I almost forgot to mention they have complimentary snacks & beverages just like the big boys but even better!!
