My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Boxi Park preview night - Excellent food and beverage choices at a prime location in Lake Nona! The parking options are self street parking or parking garage - free of charge as of current. The sandwiches that we ordered are flavorful, at right temperature, with fresh ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed Boxi Park! I didn't get to explore all of the food options as I had just enjoyed pizza at Park Pizza across the street, however I did enjoy some vanilla soft serve with sprinkles! On a Sunday night there was a light crowd with live music. This is a wonderful venue for a date night or even just a group of friends wanting to catch up. From what I did see there are roughly 5 or 6 food and drink "containers" and a good amount of restroom space. Be mindful that cash is not accepted here. If you have cash I believe there is a way to exchange it for a credit somehow. The location is perfect and with the growth of Lake Nona Town Center, I foresee Boxi Park becoming a staple for Lake Nona for years to come. read more

Really great place to take the family, go on a date, bring your dog, eat, drink, dance, and enjoy fun activities. Boxi park has a nice variety of places to eat. They have an Asian place, Mexican food, lobster roll truck (Claw & Order), Chicken place, ice cream, and lemonade stand, as well as two bars. Bar Nona and a brewery. There's a stage for performances. There's usually music to dance to. There's a playground for kids. Beach volleyball for everyone. In the winter they have an "ice" rink to skate on, as well as a Santa. In January they had a huge Three Kings festival with a bounce house, face painting, art caricatures, balloon animals, crafts, and a photo opt with the Three Kings, a donkey and some llamas. There's always something going on in Boxi Park. Lots of art around the park too. Free parking. read more

Boxi Park is family and dog friendly too. There is a dog park, playground and sand volleyball courts. Boxi Park is all outside but it has some shaded areas and misting fans. Tips: Boxi Park is cashless but you can exchange your cash for giftcards at the entrance. Also, there is a limited parking lot for Boxi Park but you can park in the nearby free Lake Nona Town Center parking garage. What a fun space for a Sunday afternoon hang out! We were meeting my sister, brother and nephew before we came back to DC, and wanted a place that was easily accessed by the airport, had outdoor space for the kids to play, and gave us multiple options for food. Enter Boxi Park. Not only did it meet all of the requirements, but it also had a really cool cover band playing, as well as plenty of shade for a very hot day. There were seven of us there, and we ordered self service from six different menus, which should speak to the diversity in food that was available. Never in 1 million years would I say that lobster topped waffle fries was a dish of choice but boy oh boy was it delicious. They were burgers, there were fries, there was sushi, there were tacos, there was lemonade, there were Mojito's, there was beer, and all of it was great! Boxi park is a cool hip area of Lake Nona! It's fun to go on a Friday or Saturday night as they have a DJ that plays good throwback music from the 90's and 2000's. Admission is free to get in. The area is made up of a couple of small food trucks with various cuisines ranging from Mexican to burgers. There's a volleyball court but there's always people occupying that area. They have a ice cream truck called "Before it melts," I had the blackout ice cream sundae with marshmallows and it was just okay. The vanilla ice cream is just dyed with black food coloring. It does stain the teeth so if your on a date then avoid eating this. read more

Made a family trip to Boxi park while I was in the area, and on the weekend this place is packed! This can please many crowds with the food vendor options, a playground, volleyball in the sand, and a stage for performances. Getting here at a good time can alter your experience as the crowds become more for the drinkers as it gets to the evening. In the afternoon, it is more of family crowds, and the easier to access. On this visit, I went for the sake of the playground, which was very packed, not with kids, but seating around the playground. My son had fun, but after that, we felt overwhelmed and crossed the street to get something to eat. I see the possibility of another visit going better, with the numerous food options, and beverages. Having entertainment available is a plus too, whether it's a live performance or a DJ. I'd return to try the vendors on another occasion. read more

This is the community hang out if you're living down in lake Nona. It is walkable from the housing in laureate park and with them offering the electronic shuttle, it's just a short drive. I enjoy the different stations they have. My favorite one is the lobster. They make some mean drinks too here, especially the cocktail bar. There scheduled activities for the weekend and have lots of fun events for certain holidays. The people at lake nona knows how to party. There is also a Playground and volleyball courts for people that want to stay active. It is generally great for families but as it inches closer to later in the night, it gets a bit rowdy. It's not the place to have a quiet convo. I'm hoping once every this over we'll be able to visit again. read more

We decided to try a dish from each place and my favorite was definitely Claw and Order. I recommend the lobster roll!
