WHAT'S IN THE BOX??? Don't lose your head if you are on the hunt for sports cards, you can just come here. There is a lot to offer in this small shop. There is so much packed into this small space but offers memorabilia and collectibles from all eras and a genres. From sports cards to pokemon to garbage pail kids, to comics, to boxing. If you are looking for cards to sign, there are plenty of single player cards to sort through. The amount of singles they have is endless. It was fun rummaging through the boxes. It was like the old days looking for hidden gems and Easter Eggs in the 8 for $10 boxes. If you have a card addiction you can find your fix here. They do box breaks on a regular basis. My first experience was exceptional. I called and spoke to Sam who was super friendly and helpful. I informed him that I was looking for a specific player's card and because of my urgency, plus the scarcity of the random player I was in need of, he took the time to look through their assortment of singles to find me one and held it for me by the time I was able stop by that afternoon. I was grateful and impressed with the service to go above and beyond. I definitely want to return, though, it is a bit of a drive. One good. One bad visit to BoxSeat Collectibles. The good: Came here after needing 10-15 minutes to kill after ordering Taste of Thai. They have an assortment of sports cards and memorabilia and friendly staff. The bad: If you need to sell any autographs or memorabilia make sure to call ahead. Only the owner is allowed to make those types of deals and if he's not in on that day you're out of luck. The friendly staff did let me know most small card shops have this policy though! read more

Not recommended. Poorly organized store. Lighting was subpar making it hard to see. Stock seemed dated; very few high end contemporary cards. A lot of old stuff in boxes that you have to sift through. More like a thrift store than a fun sports memorabilia / collectibles that you would find in Las Vegas. read more

Visited the store while on vacation in Arizona. The store was cluttered and the owner of the shop was more focused on conducting day to day internal operations than helping me as a customer. They had a moderate collection of Pokemon cards to look through. Staff is nice. There are cheaper and better Pokemon shops in the area, but this place was loaded with sports balls stuff and they gave me a $25 gift certificate, so really no complaints. If sports is more your thing I'd def reccommend this place. read more

Had small but good selection of Pokémon cards but mostly sports. One thing though I feel like should've been advertised better or more clear is that their mystery Pokémon packs are not mystery tcg packs just random bulk cards put into an envelope and called "packs". So that was a bit disappointing, other than that it's a cool shop would recommend going there. read more

Walk into a blast from the past. Looks and feels like a 1990's card shop. Time definitely stopped inside this card shop. A true Local Card shop that's still in operation. They have a great variety of all genres of card collecting. WWE, Soccer, UFC, and more. Your PC will grow even if you not looking for something specific, you'll find something here. Heads up there is a limited selection of graded cards. They run weekly box breaks, you can sign up for in-store. This LCS also dabbles is sports memorabilia which is cool. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to come back and see what's new in store. read more

A basic internet search will show you a 10am opening time for this store, but they put a sign out front saying it doesn't open until 11. What they don't tell you is there really is no opening time. I showed up at 11 to sell my old collection of baseball cards and waited 30 minutes for someone to open the shop before leaving when no one did. To anyone who hopes to buy or sell with this shop, I advise you to try Ebay. read more

I have been in here twice to have a autographed card evaluated and see if it's worth anything. Well both times the guy that I talked to (not Mike) told me Mike would have to look at the card. But the way he interacted with me and the card I had made me feel like I shouldn't come back. He just looked at the card and shrugged his shoulders a few times and mumbled a little here and there. He took down my name and number for Mike and I never heard back. He clearly doesn't have the knowledge to evaluate autographed cards so why he seemed to prejudged my card is baffling. I got the message loud and clear and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Our 11 year old son recently started collecting baseball, football and basketball cards and we thought he'd like to visit this shop. We were right-he loved it! Mike, the owner, was so nice. He was genuinely interested in us and what we were looking for. He was happy to show us items from any case. This shop has so much more than sports collectables. Walked in for new Stadium Club fully expecting to pay higher prices for wax than online or even my local card shop in Ormond Beach FL. Paid $108 for a box......they are $85 online and at time i was in we're actually $77 online so technically I paid THIRTY DOLLARS more. I didn't have the heart to walk out but I won't ever be retuning. Which is a shame as it's only 2 miles away from new apartment That markup is just absolutely atrocious. I'll stick to Blowout or find some other options for wax going forward. read more

This is a great shop! So much here I would love to move to my office to dress it up. It is easy to get lost in here because the collection is huge, cool, and all over the board. I purchased an item through the Box Seat Collectibles eBay store, paid for it immediately, then a couple days later got a message about the sale being cancelled. Apparently this business has the same items for sale in store as they do online. That's fine if you have a large quanity of each item, but it doens't really work when it's a one of a kind item. It's also againt eBay policy. They didn't offer me anything in exchange either, outside of a really lame excuse and apology. Based on the other eBay feedback they've received, it sounds like this is a regular occurance. I wouldn't waste your time or money with these guys. read more

Pulled some pretty rare cards out of packs from this store. Just this week I scored a 2013 Bowman Chrome Prospects Blue Refractor Auto along with an Orange Border Paul Goldschmidt. I've been enjoying BOX SEAT for many years, Mike has a great store with everything a card collector could ever imagine. If you have any items that you think might be of value, bring it to BOX SEAT and they will give you a great deal of information about it. Purchased my first box of 2013 Topps MLB cards, wasn't a great rip but it is all about the chase for those great inserts. Every visit Mike always has a great story to share about new products and or some amazing pulls from his regulars. I'd recommend it to all my friends who collect, great supplies and unique framed pictures and team gifts for those hard to shop for sports friends. read more
