Boyle Heating and Air provided an excellent experience from start to finish. After our basement flooded, Brandon stepped in and worked directly with our insurance company to help get our furnace and AC units replaced. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely prompt coming out the same day to assess the situation and immediately getting the process moving. Brandon handled everything efficiently and had our new units installed quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. This place is something else Contacted July 13 2019 Air unit went out and 90 degree In house. The tech came next morning early and fixed the repair Said they call me with the bill amount. Finally got a call asking the regular questions but when I mention to Paulette( ? Sp) She acted like my warranty would not cover the part.. that's odd cause it does. So after discussing with my husband, I called the Goodman manufacture and the cover all parts Even the one they repaired up to year 2022 . So today I called and talked the same lady Paulette and she started her same old attitude of it not being covered. She got nasty like the first time. She really needs a dose of Jesus. But anyways I gave her the number and serial numbers for her to call Goodman manufacture Now the company told me they needed the old part to do any reimbursement and if they dont have it they could credit it and I also told Paulette this but got that Sweet Nasty attitude. So now I'm waiting to see how this plays out 10$ part may not mean anything to Paulette as she said " it's just a 10 dollar part" as if it stupid to file but that 10$ to me is gas,insulin,or husband heart pills. We contacted Boyle Heating And Cooling because the blower in our unit sounded like it was rubbing something when it powered on. They came out and charged us $80.00 after spending about 15 minutes under our house. They did not fix anything. They stated that they would have to get pricing on parts and that they would call us back.they never called back. We called back multiple times and they kept telling us they would call us back but never did. On one occasion they said they would call back in 15 minutes and never did. A few days later when we called them back they said they would have a price for us by the end of the day but once again they never called. We finally called another company. The company came out and fixed the problem by adjusting our motor mount. No parts needed and they only charged us $75.00. I WOULD NOT reccomend Boyle Heating And Cooloing. read more
