My last air conditioner had finally succumbed to Floridas long hot Summers. By August I was already having problems with clogged drain line, something that I specifically asked the man installing my air conditioner that I would no longer have problems with, and he assured me that I would have very few problems with clogged drain lines that he was going to take care of it. Anyway, on a Sunday night my air-conditioning turned off. I called Kyzar Air. They came out. Cleared the drain line. The young man that came to help me talk to me into spending $1569 on a pump that he swore would keep the drain line from being clogged. I paid for it with my credit card and was scheduled for the next day to have it installed. My father told me the next day that I was being silly that it was too much money. I spoke to a friend who and he also told me it was way too much money so I canceled the proposed pump being installed and advised them that I would just pay for the service call that night. It took five days they did not refund my money on my credit card for the purchase and instead after five days and be calling and complaining they refund a portion of the money, leaving a balance of $710 to charge me for clearing a drain line. I'm in shock because I've had lines clogged over the last 10 years many times and it's never $710 even on weekend. They didn't provide a bill for this drain line. They just simply refunded only a portion of the 1569 that I paid them the week before. I've spoken to several professionals who all told me this Was definitely predatory and vindictive on behalf of Kyzar Air. That this is payback for me canceling the expensive pumping wanted to put in on Monday. This is a predatory company. Simple they just will do anything to keep your money. If I were you, I would avoid using Kyzar Air.

Recommended them to several of my friends. Boy was I wrong. My air conditioner stop working on a hot Friday night. So I called for service. They responded on Saturday, Their repair man took apart the entire system and after he checked inside and out he realized that we still did not have power. He then checked my circuit breaker panel and realized that one of my circuit breakers were loose. He made sure it was all the way over. His bill was for over 500 dollars. 150 for the service call. 200 dollars for Saturday and 175 dollars for electrical work??? What's worse was was the air conditioning system still didn't work. The owner Ward called me Sunday to let me know he would only send a repairman if I was willing to pay another 300 dollars for a part that his repair guy noted could be a problem plus another service call fee. Incredible A top notch Electrican came because the part his repairman said it probably was I could not buy in Home Depot or True Value. He required this piece to fix my unit (it is only there for the air conditioner company to shut the system from outside) Not needed My Electrican retired and could not fix it. He got a friend of his who knew air conditioning. It turns out that a wire inside the unit was disconnected. How did that happen? My wife has called BAM three times with no answer. Do not use them.
