Get story in perspective: Sister-in-law is care giver for husband. Home was designed by him 45 years ago. Like us things fail , like our home furnace's. He said you really need to fix the furnace. The gas company had already turned off the gas to the unit in fear of a serious problem resulting. He wasn't allowed to turn it back on and said she had to have another furnace. We got wind of the entire situation here in Tulsa. OK, and reached out to Smart Air management. I was instructed to contact their individual in the field. After explaining who I was, he was very very helpful in working with me in getting a new furnace ordered and installed TODAY! Young mans name is Pete! I'll be forever appreciative of his professionalism. He handling all my calls and did exactly what was needed. Less than 24 hours after contacting Smart Air, they installed the furnace complete. Smart Air deserves 6 STARS! Caring gets Pete an extra Star! Oh by the way, they worked so well with me, they gave me a discount and tore up the check for the initial house call.

When I asked about the part number they said we don't know and also they refused to provide labor and materials break down. At the end they charged me $275 for Nothing. They began working at 9am, took no breaks and wrapped up at 3:30pm. It was a big job and they took no shortcuts. When it came time to pay, the bill was lower than what I was quoted! It was very easy to integrate the EcoNet thermostat with Home Assistant to monitor the system. This new system is far better than a standard dual stage because it can adjust the compressor, blower motor & outdoor condenser fan motor speeds based upon the cooling demand.
