Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job. Joe did a fast and excellent job and is just a good human being. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Without a doubt I will use him for every job I need in the future. I called Jump to fix a control Transformer and was pleased to get a same day appointment…read more Adam showed up on time and proceeded to diagnosis the issue. His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.

I did not feel any pressure to accept it quickly but I eventually did since it was the best. Scheduling installation was fast and easy. On install day Eldar arrived for the installation. He noted that my water shutoff likely needed to be replaced. Once he explained why, I had him replace the valve. Throughout the process, Eldar did a great job of answering my questions. I never felt like there was any attempt to upsell or get me to buy extra services/products. Eldar was very polite, friendly and was a great representative of Speed Plumbing. Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best. However, what gets me, is that Tri Peaks doesn't actually DO plumbing; they contract this out to a 3rd Party Company, which wasn't disclosed at all. I have someone arrive and say they are from Mr. Perfect Plumber, which caused some confusion as I vetted Tri Peaks - I didn't vet Mr. Perfect Plumbing . . . The guy from Mr. Perfect Plumbing explained the situation and was nice enough - a little pushy in terms of selling, and the quote he provided was the highest (40% more than the other highest quotes (5 others) I received for this job. I would rate higher had it been disclosed they don't do plumbing and send out to a 3rd party . . .
