I am leaving this review specifically for Franklin, IN Brad's Carwash. The Director/MGMT & team are incredibly kind! We have had a membership for 2 months now and each visit is a great as the previous. Incredible Value! My 6 year old is obsessed & fascinated with Car Washes so a membership is the only affordable way to bring him through daily! I have to mention that the Director/Staff are SO cool to acknowledge and accommodate my boy's interest with fun visits. We are quite literally your biggest fan! :P Stick around please! Brads "car wash" (aka: garbage disposal) ripped the rear wiper off of my wife's new car. The staff working told my wife that they aren't responsible. My wife's car is new and had no damage prior to going to this car wash. I will file a claim with usaa and let them go after brads car wash. Disgusting customer service. I use both of the Brads Car washes. They have a location in Franklin as well. The people are always smiling and the my car always comes out looking great. They also have free vacuums after the wash. read more

DO NOT GO THERE!! I have a 2022 Cadillac that I went to have my car washed at Brad Carwash. I have scratches all over the passenger side. I made an incident report the next day and was told the manager would call in 3 days. It has been 2 weeks. I went up there and the Manager turned in the paperwork and he couldn't do nothing about it. Seems like they do not like to use soap. They did let me know they were only doing basic due to a blown fuse. But if you do not have soap to clean then let the customer know too. I would go someplace else. read more

Dirty, poorly run and only some of the equipment was working.This place is a dump. The absolute worst!

I finally decided to stop in after getting my car serviced at Hubler Chevy. They've been giving me free car wash coupons for years but this was my first time stopping in. There were a few people at the vacuums but it was otherwise empty when I pulled up. I selected my car wash preference and scanned the barcode from my service paperwork, and that was it. I pulled up and two employees hosed off the front of my vehicle at the start of the wash. Towards the end of the wash there were red and blue laser lights that I didn't really understand. After the wash they have free vacuums. Overall, it was a fairly nice car wash. I will definitely stop in again if I'm in the neighborhood or after service. read more

Great value, especially if using the pressure wash self service bays! While it is best to hand wash cars, it's not always feasible at home, often due to limited tools/resources or time especially. This is a great spot for a quick car wash. The drive through offers a variety of wash option, ranging from $9 to $19, and monthly unlimited plans are available too. The pressure wash bays can be used for as little as $5 for 10 minutes (as of Nov. 2022). If memory serves, that amount won't buy anything at another big name wash (won't say names)! Some reviewers complain of faulty equipment. In past experiences, occasionally some little things wouldn't work, like tire cleaner fluid not coming through the pressure line, or the foam brush not foaming. I haven't seen any equipment issues in recent visits; it seems they're well maintained. The vacuums aren't very strong, although they're free and normally aren't needed, so no complaints there. I've had little interaction with the staff, mainly to request smaller bills back when the bays took cash or card (now just cards). Even so, the workers seem courteous and professional. I pulled into the parking lot to see if I could use the vacuums without having to pay for a car wash. I was willing to pay for their use. An employee told me that I didn't have to pay and that their vaccuums are free to anyone. They use the free vaccuums as a way to spread word of their business. As I was vaccuuming, I guy next to me started giving me problems about "not paying for a carwash and using the vaccuums." The staff started to come over but the guy left before they would address him. We appreciated the service and the courtesy of the employees and we cannot recommend this car wash enough. We appreciated them so much, my wife paid for a car wash that same day. read more

Horrible customer service. I had an issue about the car not being wash properly in the front end and the manager told me to kick rocks.

Have 4-vehicles on the monthly service. Went last week early and washed the car and the spotless rinse was not working so you have to run your wipers to clear your windows. Come in yesterday around 3pm they had the open sign on but when you pull up they had the cones and all lines shut down. Came in this Saturday let them know that I was In yesterday and was closed down.!no apologies and wanted to upgrade the wash which they charged me for and the go through the was wash and 5 days latter still no spotless rinse but they wanted to up charge you for tire shine !! It looks like I will have to cancel all four of my car's. They just don't give a damn here ! read more

I am so disappointed. I had been driving across town to this car wash, but now I will NEVER go there again. Today I took my car to Brad's for a wash, but didn't receive all of the services that I paid for. I went in after the wash to tell them that they did not give me everything that I paid for. Instead of simply running my car through the wash again so that it was done properly, the supervisor refused, even after I showed him my receipt. He acknowledged that they didn't give me the wash that I paid for, but said that it wasn't their policy to re-run cars. He didn't even offer to refund the difference. He also said that he didn't care if I ever came back and that it didn't matter to him. Unbelievably rude and flippant! Terrible customer service! read more

I must admit that I have never actually had to pay for a car wash at Brad's. I get my car serviced next door at Hubler and get a free car wash here as part of the service. I would put the prices listed in line what you pay at Crew car wash and in my experience the wash results are about the same. What differentiates Brad's for me is that you can vacuum out the inside of your car for FREE! Yes, no more having to pretend that you are at the Indy 500 to get everything vacuumed before the time runs out. This isn't huge for someone who can easily drag their personal home vacuum into the garage and take their time, but for someone like me who this would be a small feat it is a big deal. If Brad's was more conveniently located for me, I would make regular trips here, but living downtown that is not the case. If you live on the south side, do yourself a favor and try out Brad's. They can be a little hard to find since they aren't on the main road, but you won't forget where they are located after you have been there a couple of times. read more

Seems like somethings always broken here, whether it be the self wash or the vacuums. Has three lanes to pay but one almost never works. Place is becoming very run down, and not to mention, prices are comparative to crew, but not really better than crew. I have additionally over heard employees making racist remarks, definitely not a good look. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Great car wash when it first opened but it's obvious they don't put any money back into the place to fix up what's broken. Used to have 2 lanes to pay but one is always out of service. They have cheap paper signs with new rules. The drivers at the end of the wash do just an ok job, when you come out you still have a lot of water drops on your car. The self serve bays with water sprayers dont accept credit cards any more, they have tape on them. The sweepers work just ok, they place is starting to be run down. read more

Ehh.... I have been to much better car washes - and for the price - I wouldn't recommend going to this one... My car came out with water stains all over it, and a lot of spots missed. I am no carwash professional, but I do know that I have paid cheaper prices for a much better job. Will not be returning. read more

I have 2 memberships for unlimited washes. The wash itself is not as good as Crew but is passable. I like that you get to use the vacuums free of charge after your wash. I think if Hubler would do some updates this wash could be as good as Crew. Going to keep my membership for a bit and see if there are some updates soon. read more

I'm not going to complain about the wash because it was free from a service we had done at Hubler several months ago. But I found it funny how right the other reviewers were about the vacuum bays. They were full when I arrived for my wash! There wasn't trash laying around as others have said but I can't speak for the cans as it was cold and I wasn't getting out to check! I went through the car wash last evening and was very disappointed with the service. The men rushed me through the car wash not even 2 feet behind the car in front of me. They were in such a rush, they did not signal for my tires to turn to fit properly. The mirror above is faded and does not help me "self" direct my way into the wash. They started the automatic wash so fast that the conveyor wheels lifted up my car and then set me back down on the track. If this is going to be a consistent, I need to find a new car wash. I pay for a monthly membership and I am not happy with my service. read more

I have a 2 car wash package...As in typical business fashion they put on a nice wash when they opened up. The car's got pre washed nicely and they came out clean. The vacuum's worked well. But that has all slowly declined over time. A couple of months ago specifically I was told by an employee that they had "new management". Since then it is worse than ever. I personally have witnessed 2 days they have been completely closed all day. 3 additional days they either opened late or closed early unannounced for whatever reason they. They did have a hand written sign in the window on one occasion. The vacuum's are now absolutely horrible(tips are often gone). If you are one of the first cars through that day you may have to ask them to turn the vacuum's on...I've had to do this a few times. Also, it should be noted that the pre wash the employee's are supposed to do before you enter the wash sometimes doesn't even get done. If it does you rarely get 2 employee's to do the entire car in the tough spots. Basically the passenger side never gets touched most times and it shows in the end. Stepping back in time here a bit...when I first starting using Brad's they blew the glass portion of my vehicle mirror off. They tried to say that is was do to an aged vehicle more than the wash. No, it wasn't a beater either. Obviously I had an issue with that. They ended up fixing it after some conversations. But I learned that my Cobra Mustang show car would never get a wash there because it was "aged" and they would not want to pay if it happened to get damaged. Fast forward with one final thought...Almost this exact review was sent in email to them recently. I believe everyone deserves a chance to know the issues and address them before you make your opinion known to the world. So I asked to be contacted in response to that email. I love this car wash. My whole family had the unlimited monthly washes. For the past couple months now, they have forgotten to put a wiper protector on the back of my car and when going through the driers, my wiper for my hatchback opens up. Just got my wash and was in the unlimited pass line for 15 + minutes while they had to "reset the system." Besides those, really good car wash. By the way, their vacuums are FREE. Not a lot of things nowadays are FREE. read more

This car wash use to be the best. The was use to be perfect, free vacuuming and so clean. I went today and the car wash is still pretty great. It gets your car much cleaner then Crew Carwash. However the vacuums have gone downhill and do not pick up as much as they use to. The are falling apart and crappy. The trash cans are always overflowing. read more

I have only been to this carwash one time. To be honest with everyone, I personally never even knew that this place existed. I received a free carwash from Hubler Chevrolet for having my vehicle serviced there. Now, on to the review. As I stated, it was my first time there. I have been to Mike's, now Crew carwash numerous times, along with Sparkling image. I have refused the bag on the wiper arm every time. Never had any issues at any time. I tell Brad's not to put it on and I go through the carwash and it rips my rear wiper arm off. They say nothing. They don't offer to pay for the damage or anything. Prior to that happening, one of the gentlemen, which turns out to be the manager, deliberately took the pressure washer as you go through to my Patriots sticker. Very rude and very unprofessional. I will never go back to this place ever again even if I were to get another free carwash. That free carwash cost my $45 to replace the rear wiper arm. Save your money, go somewhere more professional. read more
