Couldn't be happier with our experience. Jesus came out, assessed the situation, and offered a solution that saved us $1500 from a previous quote. The job was not straightforward, but bought us a couple of years time until we would have to complete the larger project. Even his quote for that larger one was considerably less than we had anticipated. When I suggesdted we might just go ahead with that, he advised that we really did have some time, and it was unnecessary to spend additional funds until we needed it. **response to reply I received- I had another plumber come out who charged me almost NOTHING to finish the job you failed to do. So $500.. for what? You were in and out in 30 minutes took no photos of the job, did not test the water to see if it was still leaking, never stepped foot in my house, blew up my phone while I was at work and acted unprofessionally the entire time. I did dispute it, with evidence because YOU refused to refund me or make it right. And they granted my refund because you couldn't provide evidence to them saying you did the job just like you couldn't to me. I'm majorly disappointed and now have a much more reliable plumbing company to go through because of it. Learn from it and do better Jesus!! 3/18 Called for a leak under my house and requested photos and an invoice--was told no photos were taken and still haven't received an invoice. The very next day, my kitchen sink (where the leak originated) was completely clogged. Dispatch said they'd follow up and send someone out, but I never got a call back and now no one is answering the phone. On top of that, I had to block the plumber, Jesus, due to unprofessional behavior. He repeatedly called me at work demanding payment before providing an invoice or proof of completed work--something this company has always done in the past. When I questioned it, he became argumentative and took no accountability. Also worth noting: my original appointment was missed entirely with no explanation or apology--I had to reschedule. I've always paid in full and had good experiences before, but this was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully they come correct this error on my house. I will update if this experience is better than the last. Edit: 3/20 got an invoice texted over after having someone else call on my behalf this morning. Company wants to send someone out to reassess and potentially charge more for an error they won't admit to and also have no proof of the job being completed. Did not provide license number or bond information upon request. Sketchy situation. Requested a refund but they will not without a reassessment so I am now having another plumbing company come do that today. 3/25 requested a refund on the 21st after paying another plumber to finish the job this company failed to complete. Don't expect them to do the right thing at this point. Will pursue this further if settlement is not reached. Beware of this company. They act unprofessionally and do not provide resolution if they make errors. read more

The appointment was for the afternoon, but Jose called me in the morning and told me that they could come to our house within half an hour. They assessed the broken valve, and they took about 15 minutes to buy a new valve. They installed it, and I have to commend Raul for being knowledgeable about plumbing. He performed a small cut of sheet rock, and once the valve was connected to the fridge's water line, he did an excellent job of patching up the wall. My prior regular plumber has left the area. So I put in a request on Yelp for assistance when my kitchen sink started leaking. I *thought* I *knew* what the problem was, there was a slow leak. Visible from under the sink whenever the hot water was on. It seemed to be coming from the base of the faucet where the hose attached. And the cold water shut-off valve wasn't working so an attempt on my part to repair that was beyond my skill level. (Jesus) Brad's Plumbing service had an opening and were able to come onsite for same day service, and were able to correctly identify the actual cause of the leak (worn 'O' rings on the faucet spout) and replace the cold water shut-off valve promptly. Majorly disappointed with the communication from Crystal at Brad's Plumbing. We called to get a few minor plumbing pieces installed, as well as to check for a potential leak. They sent Francisco out, who did an outstanding  job with the installation (the only reason this review is two stars instead of one), and he confirmed that we have a leak. He let us know that the office would contact us to schedule a leak specialist to visit. A few days later we hadn't heard from anyone, so we called to set up the leak specialist's visit. Crystal worked with us to find a time that worked for both of our schedules, and confirmed that the specialist would be coming this morning (Wednesday, 9/27) at 9am. The specialist did not show up this morning, and when we reached out to Crystal, she let us know that not only had she never given the specialist our address, but it turns out that he does not even serve our area. We are now left with a leak that is rapidly getting worse, and no one to help identify the source or solve the problem. When I called to figure out a solution, all Crystal did was give a flippant apology and try to blame any potential damage on the fact that she was "working" around our schedule, when, in actuality, she didn't do any work at all. Now I'm spending the day trying to find a plumbing company that will actually follow through, and trying to stave off any further damage to our home. Extremely disappointed - I would not use or recommend them if you have any sort of major or time-sensitive issue. read more

Cannot say enough about Brad's Plumbing! We had a major emergency last Thursday night when we found out water heater had broken and water was going everywhere. We turned it off and turned off the water but still had a flooded garage. I reached out to Brad's Plumbing at about 630am (we had used them as Galvan plumbing a year earlier) . By 7 am I was on the phone with Jesus and he was giving me a very reasonable quote to come out and replace our 75gas water heater. I then got a text from their office team confirming the team would be by between 9-10am to install our waterheater. They showed up in the time window, were very professional and friendly, and they had our water heater installed before 12pm. We just got our invoice and it was definitely a good price.
